THE TIRE PRESSURE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FAILED TO ALERT THAT THE LEFT REAR (DRIVER'S) SIDE TIRE DEVELOPED A SLOW LEAK. AS A RESULT, THE TIRE WAS DRIVEN WITH DANGEROUSLY LOW TIRE PRESSURE. THE TIRE WAS RUINED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE TPMS DID REGISTER A TIRE PRESSURE FAULT WHEN A NEW TIRE WAS MOUNTED.
