ON THE WAY HOME FROM A CELEBRATION IN OUR TOWN, I HIT A DEER. I IMMEDIATELY HEARD A LOUD COUPLE OF BANGS, NOT JUST FROM THE IMPACT AND SMOKE WAS COMING OUT FROM THE STEERING COLUMN AND GLOVEBOX. ONSTAR CALLED IMMEDIATELY AND SAID THAT MY AIRBAGS HAD DEPLOYED AND THEY ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. THE CONCERN IS THAT THE AIRBAGS FIRED BUT DID NOT DEPLOY.
PURGE VALVE SHUTTING OFF VEHICLE..DEALERSHIP CLAIM THEY REPLACE ROTORS BUT LIED..I HAVE REPLACE ON BOTH SIDE TURNING SIGNAL MIRROR 4XS..BACK LIGHTS ARE ALWAYS GETTING WATER IN THEM SEAL KEEP BREAKING.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 BUICK LACROSSE. ANOTHER VEHICLE CRASHED HEAD ON INTO THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WHILE IT WAS STATIONARY. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED BRUISES TO THE STOMACH, LEG, HEAD, AND RIGHT SHOULDER, WHICH REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER COLLISION LOT. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,000.
WAS STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT, TURNED RIGHT ONTO A BRIDGE JUST 15 TO 20 FEET AND THE FORWARD COLLISION ALERT LOCKED UP BRAKING SYSTEM. THERE WERE NO CARS IN FRONT OF ME OR BEHIND ME AT THAT TIME (THANKFULLY, BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE CAUSED A CRASH). THE BRIDGE IS CONSTRUCTED OF STEEL AND ALSO HAS A STEEL ROAD BED. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 BUICK LACROSSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS WERE DEFECTIVE AND FAILED TO PROVIDE THE PROPER LIGHT COVERAGE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES. THE DEALER RAISED THE HEADLIGHTS; HOWEVER, THE DEFECT WAS NOT CORRECTED. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THAT THE HEADLIGHT DESIGN COULD NOT BE CHANGED. THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WENT BLANK FOR AT LEAST 10 SECONDS BEFORE RESETTING AS THOUGH THE CAR RESTARTED, WHILE DRIVING ON I95 AT A SPEED OF 65-70 MPH. THE CAR DID NOT STALL. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 BUICK LACROSSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LOW BEAM HEAD LAMPS PRODUCED POOR VISIBILITY WHILE DRIVING IN THE EVENINGS. THE CONTACT HAD THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS ADJUSTED TWICE BY THE DEALER, BUT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO REMEDY THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. IN WARM WEATHER EVENINGS CONDENSATION FORMS ON OUTSIDE OF FRONT WINDOW. BUICK SERVICE STATES MANUFACTURING/DESIGN DEFECT AND ONLY SOLUTION IS TO KEEP WINDSHIELD WIPERS RUNNING AS CANNOT SEE THROUGH FRONT WINDOW. REALLY LAME CORRECTION AS MY OTHER VEHICLES DID NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 BUICK LACROSSE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE SHOOK AND JERKED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED AND DRIVEN TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE VEHICLE WAS LATER TOWED TO A LOCAL DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 88,978. UPDATED 07/26/16*LJ
WHEN I COME CLOSE TO A CAR AHEAD AT ANY DISTANCE I HAVE IT SET AT IT WILL NOT WORN ME AND FLASH RED ON THE DASH LIKE IT IS PROGRAMED TO DO, ONLY IF A CAR IS TURNING TO THE RIGHT OR LEFT.
