Vehicle was no longer responsive and had to be towed to Central Cadillac of Houston; where later it was determined that the vehicle needed a new engine. The Vehicle is a 2023 with less than 5,000 miles on it. Currently General Motors/Cadillac is not acknowledging that a buy back is needed for the vehicle, even though it meets requirements for the Texas Lemon Law.
