TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CADILLAC ESCALADE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED AND CRASHED INTO TWO OTHER VEHICLES. AFTERWARDS, THE VEHICLE TRAVELED ANOTHER ONE HUNDRED FEET AND THE ENGINE RPMS WENT BACK TO NORMAL. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,000.
