2013 Cadillac SRX Air Bags & Restraints Problems

The contact owns a 2013 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 MPH the driver suffered a medical emergency and lost control of the vehicle causing the vehicle to crash into a fence. During the crash, the front end of the vehicle was damaged but the airbags did not deploy. The driver sustained a fractured jaw and fractured thoracic vertebrae. A police report was taken at the scene and the vehicle was towed to the vehicle holding facility. The cause of the failure was not yet determined.
