THE GAS GAUGE ON OUR 2007 CHEVY TRAILBLAZER HAS STOPPED WORKING. THIS NEARLY CAUSED AN ACCIDENT BECAUSE SUDDENLY I THOUGHT I WAS LEAKING GAS ON THE FREEWAY AFTER RECENTLY FILLING UP. THE CAR IS 3 YEARS AND 2 MONTHS OLD WITH 42,000 MILES. THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON DEFECT JUDGING BY THE COMPLAINTS ON THE INTERNET. CHEVY/GM WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE IN FIXING THIS KNOWN DEFECT OTHER THAN CHARGING $800+. *TR
