THE RADIO STARTED DISPLAYING PHONE AND DID NOT WORK, I DO NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO PLUG IN A PHONE TO MY CAR. THIS HAPPENED OFF AND ON FOR A WEEK THEN ON 11/17/2014 I WENT TO START THE CAR AND THE CAR WOULD NOT START, THE GAUGES WENT CRAZY AND THE IGNITION LOCKED AND WILL NOT LET ME TAKE THE KEY OUT. THE ANTI THEFT ICON KEEPS COMING ON AND I NOW HAVE TO TOW IT TO THE DEALER TO HAVE IT FIXED. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS CARS ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND FROM READING THE OTHER COMPLAINTS HERE IT SEEMS THAT GM SHOULD BE INVESTIGATING THESE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS AND EXPANDING RECALLS FOR THESE ISSUES. *TR
I WAS DRIVING IN TOWN AND THE POWER STEERING WARNING FLASHED ACROSS THE DASHBOARD READER. I ASSUMED I WOULD NEED TO GO GET SOME POWER STEERING FLUID TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE NEXT DAY I WAS DESCENDING RAPIDLY DOWN A VERY STEEP CURVING HILL WHEN THE POWER STEERING WENT OUT COMPLETELY AND I COULD NOT CONTROL THE VEHICLE! I NARROWLY AVOIDED A COLLISION WITH ANOTHER CAR AND SOME TREES! SINCE THEN I HAVE DONE SOME RESEARCH AN FOUND INNUMERABLE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS VERY ISSUE ACROSS SEVERAL MODEL YEARS OF THE COBALT. IT IS WELL DOCUMENTED THAT THIS IS A SERIOUS AND CHRONIC ISSUE AND GM HAS LARGELY IGNORED THE SAFETY OF THOSE WHO KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS!! WHAT A BAD BUSINESS MODEL! WE ARE A ONE CAR AND ONE INCOME FAMILY AND NOW I SIMPLY CANNOT LET MY TEENAGERS DRIVE AT ALL BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE $1000.00 TO FIX MY CAR RIGHT BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS! THANKS GM!! *TR
WHILE DRIVING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS USING CRUISE CONTROL THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY DECELERATED. THIS ABRUPT SLOWING ALMOST CAUSED AN ACCIDENT BECAUSE I ALONG WITH THE OTHER DRIVERS BEHIND ME HAD NO WARNING OF SUCH A SUDDEN REDUCTION OF SPEED. A "REDUCED ENGINE POWER" LIGHT CAME ON, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE TO A SAFE HIGHWAY SPEED, AND IT NO LONGER EXHIBITED THE POWER NECESSARY TO CLIMB A HILL. IF THIS HAD HAPPENED ON A FREEWAY OR ON A MOUNTAIN PASS IT COULD HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS OR DEADLY. THE DEALERSHIP DIAGNOSED A FAULTY THROTTLE BODY WHICH WAS SUBSEQUENTLY REPLACED. THIS HOWEVER DIDN'T RECTIFY THE SITUATION AND THE CONDITION STILL RANDOMLY HAPPENS. WE NO LONGER FEEL SAFE DRIVING THIS VEHICLE.
DAUGHTER DRIVES VEHICLE TO COLLEGE. SMELLING GAS AND NOTICED DROPS UNDERNEATH CAR. PER MECHANIC IT LOOKED LIKE COMING FROM FUEL PUMP AND WAS TOLD TO TAKE TO DEALER FOR EXTENDED SAFETY BULLETIN 09226, CRACKED PLASTIC SUPPLY PORT FUEL PUMP. DEALER STATES THAT IS NOT IT AND IT IS THE FILLER NECK OF FUEL TANK. NEEDS TO BE REPLACE )ITS PLASTIC???!!!) $1500. THIS CAR IS GETTING OUT OF CONTROL EXPENSIVE AND THIS PROBLEMS IS ALSO A WELL KNOWN ISSUE THAT IS NOT ADDRESSED BY GM. ONLINE THERE ARE SCORES OF PEOPLE WITH SAME ISSUE. A FUEL TANK SHOULD NOT BREAK, PERIOD. CAR IS WORTHLESS TO SELL AFTER IGNITION RECALL ANYWAY. *TR
ON FRIDAY, WHEN I TRIED TO BACK OUT OF MY PARKING SPACE, MY WHEEL WAS EXTREMLY DIFFICULT TO TURN. AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS BECAUSE THE WEATHER WAS CHANGING AND IT WAS COLD OUTSIDE. THROUGHOUT THAT DAY, THE WHEEL BEGAN TO LOOSEN UP, BUT IT WAS STILL A LITTLE STIFF. THE NEXT DAY, SATURDAY, I TRIED TO TURN MY WHEEL AND IT WOULD NOT TURN. THE WHEEL FELT LIKE IT WAS STUCK. I LET MY CAR WARM UP AND EVENTUALLY I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE THE CAR. ON SUNDAY, I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO PEP BOYS TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG. THEY DIAGNOSED THAT MY STRUTS WERE CRACKED AND THAT WAS CAUSING THE PROBLEM. AND THEY QUOTED ME ABOUT $600! SO I TOOK IT TO PRECISION AUTO TUNE FOR A SECOND OPINION. AT PRECISION, THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE STRUTS! AND THAT I NEEDED A NEW POWER STEERING MOTOR, WHICH COSTS ME $423.00. THEY REPLACED THE MOTOR ON SUNDAY. MONDAY MORNING, I WENT TO DRIVE TO WORK AND MY WHEEL WOULD NOT TURN AT ALL! I HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED BACK TO PRECISION. SO NOW THEY'RE TELLING ME THAT ITS THE STEERING COLUMN THAT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. AND THAT WOULD COST OVER $1000. I DO NOT HAVE THAT KIND MONEY AND I'M STILL WAITING ON GM TO FIX THE IGNITION SWITCH FROM THE RECALL. I'M TAKING THE CAR TO A DEALERSHIP AND HOPEFULLY THEY CAN FIX THE IGNITION AND THE STEERING FREE! INORDER FOR PRECISON TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK, THEY TOOK OUT THE NEW MOTOR AND PUT THE OLD ONE BACK IN. *TR

THE CONTACT RECEIVED RECALL NOTIFICATIONS FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V047000 (AIR BAGS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) AND NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V171000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE PARTS NEEDED WERE UNAVAILABLE TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO ADVISE WHEN THE PART WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
I WAS GETTING IN MY CAR TO GO HOME, AND THE SERVICE AIR BAG SOON APPEARED ON THE SCREEN WHERE THE ODOMETER IS. IT WENT OFF FOR ABOUT 5 TO 7 DAYS, THEN CAME ON AGAIN. I WENT TO JON HALL CHEVROLET IN DAYTONA BEACH TO LOOK UP RECALLS. I WAS TOLD ALL WERE TAKEN CARE OF. IN AND AROUND NOVEMBER 12TH, 2014, IT CAME ON, AND ON NOVEMBER 21ST, 2014, IT HAS COME ON AGAIN. I AM LEASING THIS CAR FROM DRIVE TIME. I HAVE CONTACTED THEIR LEASE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT, AND THEY SAID IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE CARE OF THIS. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO, CAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE I'M GOING TO THE RIGHT RESOURCES, BUT GIVEN THE RUN AROUND ABOUT WHAT TO DO. IS THERE ANY HELP FOR ME IN MY SITUATION? VEHICLE LEAKS GASOLINE. A LOT OF IT. TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALER AND HAD THE FUEL PUMP MODULE REPLACED (SUPPOSEDLY) AS PART OF A RECALL. TOOK THE CAR IN A SECOND TIME BECAUSE IT WAS LEAKING A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF GASOLINE, PARTICULARLY AFTER PUTTING GAS IN THE GAR. ACCORDING TO THE DEALER, IT IS A CRACK IN THE GAS TANK, AND THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE FUEL PUMP MODULE. THE GAS TANK CRACK COULD VERY WELL BE RELATED TO THE RECALLED FAULTY FUEL PUMP. THE DEALER MIGHT BE USING THE GAS TANK TO EXPLAIN AWAY THE FUEL PUMP ISSUE. THEY HAVE KEPT MY CAR FOR A COUPLE DAYS NOW AND WANT TO CHARGE ME A DIAGNOSTIC FEE FOR TELLING ME THAT IT IS AN ISSUE NOT RELATED TO THE RECALL. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS. THE LEAKING FUEL IS ENOUGH TO SET THE CAR ON FIRE. THE DEALER COULD BE EXPLOITING CUSTOMERS (FOR PROFIT) THAT COME IN FOR THE FUEL PUMP RECALL, ALTHOUGH I HAVEN'T OBSERVED ANY CLEAR EVIDENCE OF THIS. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET COBALT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE FUEL LINE WAS CORRODED AND LEAKING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL LINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 147,000.
I WAS DRIVING IN TOWN AND SUDDENLY LOST ALL POWER. I HAD TO USE THE MOMENTUM OF THE CAR TO MOVE OVER 2 LANES OF TRAFFIC IN ORDER TO GET PULLED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. HAD IT TOWED TO THE MECHANIC AND FOUND OUT THAT BOTH THE FUEL PUMP AND THE ELECTRICAL PANEL UNDER MY FUSE BOX HAD GONE OUT. THIS COST ME OVER $1800.00 TO HAVE FIXED AND THE MECHANIC STATES GM WAS AWARE OF THE FUSE BOX ISSUE AND TO WATCH FOR A RECALL. ALSO THE FUEL PUMP WAS A SPECIALTY THAT WAS NOT PLACED IN MOST CARS OF THIS YEAR/MODEL AND HAD TO BE ORDERED FROM THE FACTORY. THE PROBLEMS THAT ARE HAPPENING WITH THESE CARS ARE RIDICULOUS. GM SHOULD HAVE TO PAY THE OWNERS TO HAVE THE ENTIRE CAR REPLACED. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2007 CHEVROLET COBALT. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, ANOTHER VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE FRONT OF THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE SPUN OUT OF CONTROL AND BECAME AIRBORNE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE LOWER BACK, RIGHT ARM, AND NECK, WHICH REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE OTHER DRIVER SOUGHT MEDICAL ATTENTION, BUT IT WAS UNKNOWN IF ANY INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
NOTICED SMELL OF LEAKING FUEL. CHECKED RECALL SITE FOR CHEVROLET AND CALLED CHEVROLET RECALL TELEPHONE NUMBER BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT UNDER RECALL BUT UNDER "SPECIAL WARRANTY". TOOK TO DEALER AND WAS TOLD THAT FUEL PUMP WAS UNDER "SPECIAL WARRANTY" BUT THE TANK WAS ALSO LEAKING AND THIS WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE THAT I STRONGLY FEEL THAT NOT ONLY SHOULD THE FUEL PUMP BE COVERED, BUT ALSO THE TANK ITSELF. *TR
MY 2007 COBALT STARTED TO SMELL LIKE FUEL THE PAST FEW MONTHS AT FIRST OUTSIDE THEN STRONG ON INSIDE. MY FATHER LOOKED UNDER THE CAR, AND NOTICED AROUND WHERE THE FUEL PUMP IS LOCATED FUEL WAS SPILLING OVER AND WAS ALSO IN THE TRAY UNDER GAS TANK. WE CALLED A DEALER AND HE SAID THAT THEIR IS A RECALL , BUT OUR STATE INDIANA WAS NOT INCLUDED. HOW CAN THIS BE , THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD, AND POSSIBLE DEATH TRAP. I HAVE A 2007 CHEVY COBALT WITH THE FUEL LEAK COMING FROM THE TOP OF THE TANK, RUNNING DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK - I CAN SMELL GAS WHEN EXITING OR WALKING PAST THE CAR - VIN # [XXX]... TODAY AT 4:56 PM. I HAVEN'T GOTTEN A REPLY ON MY INQUIRE. I SPOKE TO A GM CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE THE CAR TO CHEVY DEALER AND IF IT IS THE FUEL PUMP MODULE THAT IS LEAKING, THEY WOULD TALK TO THE DEALER. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE DEALER THAT I NEED TO PAY $250.00 FOR THE CAR - WHY? AND I NEVER GAVE THEM AUTHORIZATION TO REPAIR AND I WILL MAKE PAYMENT. THE DEALER IS HOLDING MY CAR FOR PAYMENT. I NEED MY CARE, CURRENTLY I AM USING A RENTAL CAR, WHICH I INTEND TO PUT IN A CLAIM TO GM. PLEASE ADVICE. MY COBALT HAS HAD ISSUES WITH THE LOWER CONTROL ARMS ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS SINCE MY PURCHASE IN 2012. I FINALLY FOUND A MECHANIC WHO TOLD ME IT WAS THE CONTROL ARMS AND HAD THEM REPLACED, AND WITHIN THE YEAR WAS TOLD TO HAVE THEM REPLACED AGAIN. NOW I HAVE BEEN TOLD MY SUSPENSION IS GONE. THESE COMPLICATIONS SEEM LIKE REOCCURRING ISSUES WITH NOT ONLY COBALTS BUT MANY CHEVY VEHICLES.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AT 800-222-1020 AND STATED THAT THERE WAS A 12 MONTH WARRANTY. CASE NUMBER: 8-3182953508 WAS PROVIDED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 83,000.
PARKED VEHICLE AND ENTERED HOUSE. ROUGHLY TWO MINUTES LATER THE NEIGHBOR WAS BANGING ON THE DOOR SAYING THE CAR WAS ON FIRE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT OVERHEATING OR SMOKING WHEN WE LEFT IT. WE USED A GARDEN HOSE UNTIL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT ARRIVED AND MY HUSBAND DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY. THE FIRE SEEMS TO HAVE BEGAN AT OR NEAR THE FUSE BOX. IT ALSO APPEARS TO HAVE BURNED INTO THE FUEL LINE. WITHOUT THE PRESENCE OF OUR NEIGHBORS AND LIVING TWO BLOCKS FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, IT COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH WORSE. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET COBALT. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, FUEL FUMES EMITTED INTO THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL MODULATOR PUMP CONNECTION POINTS WERE CRACKED WHICH RESULTED IN A LEAK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 87,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET COBALT. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE VEHICLE LOST POWER STEERING AND THE POWER STEERING, SERVICE ENGINE, AND SERVICE AIR BAG INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE STALLED AND WAS ABLE TO BE RESTARTED; HOWEVER, THE INDICATORS REMAINED ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT SHUT OFF, BUT THE KEY WAS ABLE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE IGNITION. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND THE TRANSMISSION MODULE WAS REPLACED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE NEVER EXPERIENCED IGNITION FAILURE UNTIL IT WAS REPAIRED ACCORDING TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V047000 (AIR BAGS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 95,000.
PUT MY CAR IN PARK, TURNED THE IGNITION OFF, PRESSED THE RELEASE BUTTON ON THE SEAT BELT AND IT FAILED. I WAS STUCK IN MY CAR FOR OVER FIVE MINUTES BEFORE I DECIDED I HAD TO SLIDE UNDER THE WAIST/LAP RESTRAINT IN ORDER TO AVOID CUTTING THE SEAT BELT. *TR

THE CAR HAS A HARD TIME STARTING UP... THEN A STRONG GAS FUME SMELL CAME FROM MY CAR.. MY CAR ALMOST CAUGHT ON FIRE BECAUSE IT'S LEAKING SO MUCH FUEL.. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS AND HOPE GM TAKES RESPONSIBILITY AND FIXES THIS ISSUE BEFORE SOMETHING FATAL OCCURS. *TR
CAR WAS PARKED IN PARKING LOT. WHEN CAR WAS STARTED AND NOTICED STRONG SMELL OF GAS AND FOUND GAS TO BE RUNNING OUT OF BOTTOM. MANAGED TO GET IT HOME. HOME IS VERY CLOSE TO STORE. UPON INSPECTION FOUND HOLES IN THE FUEL LINE. BEGINNING TO RUST OUT. CAR IS ONLY 7 YEARS OLD AND DEVELOPING SEVERE RUST UNDERNEATH. IF NOT HAVE NOTICED LEAK COULD HAVE CAUGHT FIRE WITH IGNITION SOURCE. *TR

CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO IGNITION SWITCH RECALL ISSUES. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED SHE HAD PROBLEMS WITH STARTING AND TURNING OFF THE VEHICLE, AS THE KEY WOULD NOT COME OUT OF THE IGNITION. A PROBLEM ALSO DEVELOPED WITH THE GEAR SHIFT. THE IGNITION SWITCH WAS REPLACED. HOWEVER, SHE EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEM, AGAIN. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET COBALT. THE CONTACT NOTICED STRONG FUEL FUMES IN THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO PLACED THE VEHICLE ON A LIFT FOR AN INSPECTION. IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WAS A FUEL LEAK ABOVE THE FUEL TANK AND ADVISED THE CONTACT TO CHECK WITH THE MANUFACTURER WHO HAD A SERVICE CAMPAIGN TO ADDRESS THE REPAIR. THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL TANK, MODULATOR, VAPOR LINE, AND FUEL LINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT ONLY THE FUEL TANK WOULD BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS STILL AT THE DEALER TO HAVE THE OTHER COMPONENTS REPLACED. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET WITH MY 2007 CHEVY COBALT, I DO NOT WANT TO COMPLAIN, HOWEVER, SOMETHING MUST BE DONE. FOR AS LONG AS I HAVE HAD THE CAR I HAVE HAD A NUMBER OF PROBLEMS. HOWEVER, THE DEALERSHIP FAILED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE WARRANTY. I NEEDED TO REPLACE MULTIPLE KEYS AND DOOR HANDLES. RECENTLY. THE CAR HAS FAILED AND IS SITTING. I FIND THIS IRONIC SINCE MY WARRANTY RECENTLY RAN OUT. THE TIMING CHAIN JUMPED AND BENT THE VALVES. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS REPAIR AND IS VERY COSTLY. I HAVE HAD EVERYTHING CHECK REGULARLY. THERE WAS NO WARNING AND I NEARLY WRECKED MY CAR, AS I WAS DRIVING WHEN IT HAPPENED. I RECENTLY RECEIVED ANOTHER RECALL FOR THE IGNITION SWITCH. THE CAR WAS RECALLED BEFORE FOR A SIMILAR ISSUE. PRIOR TO THE ENGINE ISSUES RECENTLY, I HAD NOTICED AN IGNITION AND STEERING PROBLEM. HOWEVER, NOW I CANT EVEN MOVE THE CAR TO GET THE RECALL ISSUE RESOLVED. THIS VEHICLE WAS MY FIRST CAR, THE CAR IS NEARLY NEW AND WAS WHEN I BOUGHT IT. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. ESPECIALLY SO CLOSE TO THE WARRANTY EXPIRATION AND WITH NO WARNING. THERE WAS NO WAY TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT COBALTS HAD ZERO TOLERANCE. THIS SHOULD NOT BE THE CASE. I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR IF I KNEW OF THESE POTENTIAL PROBLEMS. MY 2007 COBALT FIRST SHOWED SIGNS OF LEAKING FUEL IN THE SUMMER OF 2014. I TOOK IT TO GET INSPECTED AND WAS TOLD I NEEDED MY FUEL LINE PURGE SOLENOID REPLACED. I DID SO, BUT THE LEAKING DID NOT STOP. THEN, ON 30 DECEMBER 2014 I GOT IT REINSPECTED AND WAS TOLD THERE IS ACTUALLY A CRACK IN MY FUEL TANK AND THAT THE TANK NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THERE IS CURRENTLY A RECALL FOR MY MAKE AND MODEL OF VEHICLE, BUT IT IS ONLY FOR VEHICLES MANUFACTURED IN CERTAIN STATES. I LOOKED UP MY VIN AND MY VEHICLE WAS NOT MADE IN ANY OF THE STATES LISTED, BUT THE CONDITIONS MATCH THE RECALL DETAILS EXACTLY. OHIO 45103 TEL 513-752 1238 I PAID AKERS ON JULY 23 FOR THE REPAIRS, WHEN I WENT TO WYLERS THEY SAID THEY HAD TO SEND IN THE CLAIM FORM BUT THEY FIRST HAD TO PROVE I HAD A GM PUMP PUT IN, IT WAS THE END OF SEPT BEFORE THE ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER RETURNED MY CALL, [XXX] SAID HE COULD NOT REACH ANYONE AT AKERS, FEW DAYS LATER BOB TOLD ME THE CLAM FORM HAD BEEN SENT IN AND I SHOULD SEE IT BACK IN 4 5 OR 6 WEEKS, SHOULD HAVE BEEN MIDDLE. OF NOVEMBER, TOOK UNTIL MIDDLE OF DECEMBER FOR BOB TO RETURN CALL, SAID LOST MY NUMBER, I HAD LEFT MESSAGE ONCE A WEEK WITH MY NAME AND NUMBER, END OF DECEMBER. THE SERVICE MANAGER CALL MY GIRLFRIEND HER NUMBER WAS ON THE INVOICE AND TOLD HER THE CLAIM HAD NOT BEEN TURNED IN THEY HAD LOST THE PAPERWORK, I HAD TO FAX COPY TO RODNEY GREY 513-260-4924, JANUARY RODNEY CALLED MY GIRL FRIEND TOLD HER HE HAD A CHECK BUT WE COULD NOT HAVE IT BECAUSE THE RECALL WAS OVER ON JULY 14-2014 AND WE HAD THE REPAIRS AFTER THAT.
