Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated that while attempting to register the vehicle, it was discovered that there was a mileage discrepancy. The vehicle was a private sale. At the time of purchase, the vehicle mileage was 135,000, and at the time of registration, it was discovered that the mileage was 190,000. The VIN was not available. Local authorities had not been contacted.
The contact owns a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated while depressing the accelerator pedal and brake pedal simultaneously, the brake pedal went to the floorboard. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer and diagnosed; however, no failure was determined. The contact was informed that the function was normal. The dealer also suggested that issue might be related to a software failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the failure occurred previously and the brake master cylinder was replaced; however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 64,000.
LIGHT BULB GOES ONUT, IN FRONT HEADLIGHTS AFTER REPLACING IT. REPLACE IT 3 TIMES AND IT CONTINUES TO GO OUT.
BACKUP LIGHTS WERE STUCK ON. HAD TRUCK RUNNING AND PUT TRUCK IN REVERSE. THE FUSE BLOCK UNDER THE HOOD STARTING BURNING. THE TRUCK KEPT RUNNING EVEN AFTER TURNING OFF THE SWITCH AND REMOVING THE KEY. HAD TO ACTUALLY PULL THE FUSE BLOCK OUT OF THE TRUCK TO GET IT TO TURN OFF AND STOP IT FROM BURNING. SITTING AT LOCAL DEALERSHIP NOW WAITING TO HEAR FROM THEM. SHOULD HAVE TAKEN PICTURES.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE AIR INTAKE HOSE NEEDED TO BE TIGHTENED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE SERVICE ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL SENSOR NEEDED TO BE RESET. ON ANOTHER OCCASION, THE CAM SHAFT POSITION SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BOTH TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,000.
I was told from a mechanic that the header where my spark plugs go is wrapped do to the manufacturer and is causing the spark plugs to misfire. The truck has died at a stop, is causing the truck to run horrible. I am sorry if I am not explaining it all properly. My dad bought this truck brand new in 2013 and he passed away in 2015 and I paid of the car so I could have the memory. So I have had it and been in the truck pretty much off the lot. its has only 95 thousand miles and has had this issue always, but I was always told problems with spark plugs and coils until now. please help
