I WAS DRIVING HOME AT HIGHWAY, I HEAR NOISE SCRAPPING NOISE FROM UNEVEN PAVEMENT AND ROLL OVER SPEED BUMP AND A PIECE OF METAL LIKE U SHAPE FELT OFF. WHEN I GET HOME, INSPECTED I SAW MY VEHICLE FUEL TANK HAGGING ON ONE SIDE. FOR SAFETY TO PREVENT TANK TO FELT OFF I HAVE TO GET A STRAP TO SECURE IT THE TANK TO THE FRANME .
6.2 engine with catastrophic engine failure. No warning prior to failure.
The “add engine oil” light kept coming on and I initially thought it was because they forgot to reset it after my oil change because my car wasn’t reading it was due for one. I came to find out that my car is likely burning excess oil, according to the dealership, since all of the oil was gone. GM says that it’s normal to burn oil and as long as it’s up to 2 quarts between oil changes it’s fine. The dealership recommended that I get oil consumption test and sometimes it burned more oil than normal and other times it did not. We had to go every 1,000 miles which was an issue because it’s our main vehicle for family transportation and sometimes I would have to go under 1,000 miles because we needed it for a longer trip and would be over if waited until we got back. Also, my engine fan was making a very loud noise that would run for a while after my car was turned off and I was told multiple times it was fine until one time they checked it and it was indeed an engine malfunction and my engine would overheat when I went above a certain speed. The first fix wasn’t right and had to go back. I wasn’t burning enough oil to warrant GM to do anything.
My two children and I were traveling to another state and had been driving about 2 hours when the engine in my 2022 Suburban suddenly quit working while I was in the middle of a highway. I had just accelerated and merged onto a multi-lane highway moving all the way to the far left lane when my engine completely went quiet and seemed to quit working. The car all of a sudden shifted into Neutral and started losing speed. I had to put my hazard lights on and cross back across the lanes to get back over to the emergency lane on the right all while losing speed. We were all pretty scared because the Suburban just seemed to quit working and wasn't responding. I'm thankful we were able to get safely to the emergency lane before the car completely stopped. Once I was in the emergency lane, I tried to see if the car would go back into Drive position but it would not. I turned the car off and waited about a minute and tried to power it back on but the only thing that worked was the electrical stuff in the car (the screen for my dashboard and car play/nav system) and the engine remained quiet. Once the tow truck arrived an hour later, the worker tried to jump the engine but it did not respond. It was obviously scary and has been a huge inconvenience but it also left us in a very unfortunate situation because we were in a different state and did not know the area or anyone nearby that could come and pick us up once the tow truck arrived. I was pretty much stranded with my 2 daughters and all of our luggage in a different state on the side of the road.
On January 29, 2025, while my wife was driving our 2022 Chevrolet Suburban with a 6.2L gas engine on a state highway, the vehicle suddenly lost acceleration and power to the wheels while accelerating to the posted 55 mph speed limit. This occurred without any prior warning, creating a highly unsafe situation in morning commute traffic. The vehicle was immediately taken to a Chevrolet dealership, where the issue was diagnosed as a failed transmission control valve. This failure, which resulted in a complete loss of power while driving at highway speeds, is a known defect affecting certain GM models. The part in question, the Transmission Control Valve, is currently in high demand and is on a national backorder due to numerous similar failures. A recall has already been issued for diesel engine models with the same problem, but no recall exists for the gasoline-powered versions like ours. Chevrolet has confirmed the diagnosis and is aware of the issue, but the replacement part is currently on a national backorder, and the repair has been delayed indefinitely. Since the incident, the vehicle has been undriveable, causing significant inconvenience, and Chevrolet has been unable to provide an estimated date for repair. The sudden loss of power created a dangerous situation on a busy highway, as there were no warning lights, messages, or symptoms prior to the failure. This is particularly concerning given that the part involved is on backorder due to the widespread nature of the issue. Chevrolet's lack of a clear repair timeline, coupled with the fact that this issue has been identified in other models, raises questions about the company's response and whether a broader recall or safety bulletin will be issued for vehicles like ours. The vehicle’s failure has not only been a major inconvenience but also a safety concern, highlighting the need for urgent attention to address this defect.
Engine failure, losing engine coolant and engine oil. After change oil, roughly 1500 miles, engine losses about 3-4qts of oil.
While driving my vehicle, it suddenly shook, a vibration started, and then the car began misfiring. I own two Chevrolet Suburbans, and since the same issue had happened before with the other one, I was more experienced this time. However, this time, there were also unusual noises coming from the vehicle. It wouldn’t accelerate, kept shaking, and multiple warning lights appeared on the dashboard, such as Engine, Traction, and ESC. The issue occurred as I tried to move forward after waiting at a red light. Since I had experienced this problem before, I immediately pulled over to a safe spot, ensuring our safety. I took the car to a different nearby mechanic. The mechanic stated that this is a common problem with these vehicles and that they encounter it quite often. I explained the previous incident I had experienced. The mechanic confirmed that the engine needed to be replaced. I purchased a new engine from Chevrolet and had it installed by the mechanic. I have already submitted a complaint to you regarding my other vehicle, which is the same model and year. I own two 2022 Suburbans, and both had their engines replaced within the past two months. The removed engines were sent to Chevrolet, but I have not received any information regarding the condition or cause of failure.
On 12/28/2024, while accelerating on the highway, I received without warning a reduced engine power warning and the RPM's were racing when I depressed the gas pedal. I was in moderate traffic in excess of 55 MPH and had difficulty safely making it to the right shoulder of the roadway as traffic was passing by at a greater rate of speed than I was able to travel. The vehicle would not go more than 30-35 MPH and it would not go into reverse after I was able to make it to a safe location. It was towed to a local dealership where I was later advised it was a transmission issue (valve body). The vehicle remains at the dealership awaiting repair as there is a large backorder for the valve body (I was told 8 at this point).
6.2 liter engine that seized without prior warning or indication. Has been blown up since 12/24/24. Vehicle is currently sitting at the Chevy dealer. Dealer has stated the engine failure was solely seized connecting rod bearings. GM has denied the claim stating the vehicles has 62,000 miles on it, putting it 2,000 miles out of warranty. Numerous calls and emails to GM directly. Dealer claims no one has reached out to them from GM since warranty declined. GM is stating the dealer hasn’t responded to them and that there isn’t anything they can do at this time. GM is also refusing to purchase the vehicle back.
3rd row seat headrest will not stay up. This is a problem with 2021 and some 2022 suburbans Dealer is charging me to replace it. This is a safety issue that should be apart of the original recall # N2022316750
Engine failure while driving.
VEHICLE TRANSMISSION BANGS AT 50-65MPH SO MUCH SO THAT THE VEHICLE GOES INTO LIMP MODE. CODE APPEAR ON DASH, MUST SHUT TRUCK OFF AND WAIT ON SIDE OF ROAD TIL GOES BACK TO NORMAL IDLE. RESTART VEHICLE, THE ENGINE LIGHT STAYS ON FOR THE NEXT 3 STARTS THEN CLEARS TIL IT HAPPENS AGAIN.
While driving my vehicle, it suddenly shook, a vibration started, and then the car began misfiring. It wouldn’t accelerate, kept shaking, and several warning lights appeared on the dashboard, such as Engine, Traction, and ESC. At that time, I was with my two sons, aged [XXX] and [XXX] . We were turning onto an empty and quiet street, so our safety was not at risk. However, if this had happened in heavy traffic, it could have posed a significant danger, as the vehicle’s power dropped dramatically, and it all happened very suddenly. I took the car to a mechanic. Initially, the fuel injector was replaced, but the problem persisted, and the mechanic recommended an engine replacement. After that, I went to an authorized service center, and they also recommended an engine replacement. I purchased a new engine from Chevrolet and had the mechanic install it. The mechanic told me that this is a common issue and mentioned that two other Suburban engines were replaced this year. My next complaint will also be related to my second vehicle, which is the same model Suburban, experiencing similar issues. I own two 2022 Suburbans, and both have had their engines replaced in the past two months. The removed engines were sent to Chevrolet, but I have not received any information regarding their condition or the cause of the failure. While traveling back from Labor Day Weekend on [XXX], I was driving in the Dallas Fort Worth area when I experienced loss of power to our vehicle on a major highway [XXX] and [XXX] ) and directly on a bridge with my entire family in the vehicle (4 kids and all of our luggage). It was a very dangerous and scary situation. We had to wait one hour for a tow truck to come and take my vehicle to the closest GM dealership. I was left stranded, 3 hours from my home with my four children and luggage. The Chevrolet dealership contacted me 9 days later and informed me the technician looked at the vehicle and determined the engine was locked up/seized. It would take 9 months to get the vehicle back into the shop to determine what caused the issue and then take 6-12 months for a new engine. I have a family of 6 and I'm left car-less for two years. Yet I still have to make the monthly payment on a vehicle that I won't be driving or be in possession of. MY BIGGEST ISSUE: GM has known that they have had engine issues for many years. Particularly, with Dynamic Fuel Management causing lifter issues which leads to engine failure, yet never disclosed this to me when I purchased the vehicle. Furthermore, they never disclosed that the issue was so prevalent that motors were back ordered for over a year. Consumers are being misled into spending their hard earned money on vehicles that have major mechanical design flaws known to the manufacturer. Once the mechanical flaw is realized, the vehicle can't be repaired for up to two years. Hiding this data from consumers should be criminal. Furthermore, General Motors to this point has been no help, with the GM customer satisfaction team telling us they can't do anything until a dealer diagnosis the issue, and the dealer stating they can't diagnose the issue until May of next year, at which time they would then look to order the motor which will take 9-12 months to deliver and install. While driving on vacation our car just slowed down gave the message, “reduced acceleration, drive with care” and then shut off while on the high way. We were able to start it again but after that haven’t had that message but have had the message to service safety restraint system multiple times. I have taken my SUV to the dealership multiple times for both issues and they have said multiple codes generate but they can’t find anything to fix.
As I was driving, in July of 2024. I noticed that that I had a traction control system warning on my dashboard. I didn’t think of it to been serious. Then all sudden the engine kind stalled. So the car wasn’t going passed 40 miles per hour. So I managed to take it to dealership. Once there the technician mentioned to me that I wasn’t alone with this type of engine failure. He added and showed me another suburban with the issue. He said that the engine needs to be completely replaced. Because there is metal in the the oil pan. He added the cost of the repair would be $8000 to $12000. So that’s when I decided to take the car to the automation Chevy dealership. They confirmed the issue and charged me $8200 to fix it. I really expected GM to cover the cost. But I was that they would not. Upon further research I found out that that many people had the same engine issue. I am hoping that the government should take action to investigate these engines failures. I think GM failed his customers especially in the COVID era of 21 and 22. Thx
The 2022 Suburban lost all power and came to a dead stop in the travel lane of a busy major highway. The vehicle becoming disabled in the middle of flowing travel resulted in a rear end crash from a vehicle traveling approximately 60 MPH.
Wipers quit working while driving through a rain episode. We tried to have the car to "reset", stopped at a gas station, stopped the car, we all got off and locked the car for at least 5 minutes. Still no wipers.
In several separate unreplicable instances, the vehicle has turned off while driving, once on the highway, once on my street, once turning across heavy traffic, and others. I've almost died a couple times and I've taken it to the dealership several times, they have Not been able to find anything wrong with it and have been unable to replicate the issue. The engine has been replaced, and it was happening before and since. My 2023 is also doing the same thing.
Driving up steep hill [XXX] slight noise lots of smoke no warning lights before complete engine failure did not know if I would get it to side of highway towed to dealer and they confirmed locked up engine there was a lot oil on highway from vehicle lots of smoke from under hood thought it might catch fire from oil dealer confirm locked up engine waiting on more information INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
Engine seized while driving. Broke down in middle of the highway with children in the car.
The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the second-row middle seat belt was latched; however, the seat belt failed to lock as intended. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 27,000.
Engine failure at 27k miles on a highway going highway speeds (45-50 MPH). This failure happened on a night when it was 5 degrees and dropping, vehicle full of my family + my parents. Complete engine failure, no way to run heat or move the vehicle at all. Engine failure #2 at 37k miles while driving down a 2 lane road, was able to pull into an apartment complex Complete vehicle infotainment failure, not able to use handsfree device, backup cameras, front and rear safety sensors. Engine failure #3 at 65k miles on a 4 lane highway going 65-70 MPH. Was able to get to a turn lane. Engines have shuddered / lost power steering / electrical many times while going 70+ MPH on 3+ lane highways
High pressure pump failed at 73000 miles.
Check engine warning light appeared on dashboard. When servicing the vehicle at dealership, they found catalytic converter not burning up exhaust gases properly. Need to replace y-pipe, part #86781749. I found NHTSA document N232419720 - Emission Recall Incorrect Catalytic Converter Service Part, that references my car make and model. I am requesting an investigation to have this included in a recall and to have replacement costs reimbursed.
While driving on the highway at 55 mph during a long-distance trip, the engine of my 2022 Chevrolet Suburban (6.2L V8) failed suddenly without any warning lights, messages, or prior symptoms. The vehicle lost power unexpectedly, creating an extremely dangerous situation. I was traveling to a national wheelchair basketball tournament and had a passenger in the vehicle at the time. Our safety was immediately at risk due to the abrupt loss of power in a high-speed traffic environment. The vehicle was towed to the dealership, where the issue was confirmed as a complete engine failure. The dealership later replaced the engine under warranty. I was informed that the engine installed was the same model currently under active recall (N252494001), which affects the 6.2L V8 engine in this vehicle type due to defective crankshaft or connecting rod components. The failed engine is no longer available for inspection, but the dealership should have records of the inspection and replacement. There were no warning lamps, error codes, or drivability issues prior to the failure. The malfunction was immediate and severe.
The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated that the rear driver’s side seat belt failed to enter the locking mechanism. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed but not repaired due to the cost. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 70,000.
The car turned itself off while driving 55 to 60 mph on a highway. Would not turn back on after getting to the side of the road. Very dangerous.
UNKNOWN: Approximately once a week, all of the sound stops in the vehicle including the blinker sound, radio & connected phones. I'm unsure if affects anything else. I have googled this issue and it seems as if other GM vehicle owners have the same issue. There were no warnings or warning lights.
- Truck makes a sizzling sound when parked - Car wouldnt start and needed battery jump, unknown source draining the battery - Truck has engine issues , started shaking and died in the middle of the highway, GM replaced engine - Engine replaced after less than a week, truck would not start, Gm replaced starter - After 2 days and using the vehicle once, truck would not start again. GM is trying to root cause issue but cant find a resolution Since the car stopped when we were on the highway and none of the fixes seem to be working I am worried that the car will abruptly stop again and put my life and others at risk
Vehicle became disabled and will not start due to failed fuel pump control module. This could be very dangerous if this would have happened in traffic; or, if vehicle occupants became stranded in an unsafe area. Vehicle must be towed to dealership to affect repair.
The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated while driving at approximately 70 MPH, the vehicle began to shake, fumes came out from the exhaust, and the check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with an engine lifter failure. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 175,000.
Had an issue where the left/right turn signals stopped functioning. This occurred while in-use while waiting to make a turn. Shutting the car on and off did not correct the problem. Contacted dealer and advised to bring in. I chose to disconnect the battery rebooting the vehicles BOM. Issue resolved after a vehicle reboot. This is a serious software issue.
at some point,we noticed that every time we crank it up, the engine would sounding weird, like it was low on engine oil, we checked the engine oil, and it was no less then 2 quarts low, that was realy weird, because we change the oil as needed and we definitly make sure that we add the amount recomended by GM, also this past weekend, it was rainy, we were out doing some shopping and on the way back home the windshield wipers stoped working, we could not take the vehicle out for the rest of the weekend until it stopped raining.
Had an issue where the main front digital cluster went black upon a start-up and drive. No speedometer, engine status, gear status or anything. Shutting the car on and off did not correct the problem. Contacted dealer and advised to bring in. I chose to disconnect the battery rebooting the vehicles BOM. Issue resolved after a vehicle reboot. This is a serious software issue.
My vehicle was sold as EQUIPPED W/ FRONT/REAR PARK ASSIST; INCLUDES LATER RETROFIT printed on the window sticker . I took delivery nearly 2 years ago and this safety retrofit has still not been completed . I have reached out to GM customer service who provides vague excuses and no further information for repair. I see new GM vehicles just like mine on the lot with these systems installed and working . Isn’t this a serious concern that 2 years later these vehicles have still not been retrofitted ? Are there other concerned customers ? Is there an investigation underway looking for explanations from GM . What more can I do as a consumer to make sure no children are ran over by cars missing these sensors ?
the steering wheel heater turned on unexpectedly (it was 70 degrees outside) when I started the car this morning. The wheel was hot to the touch. To turn it off I had to turn it on and then off again. I am worried it may have a short or be a fire hazard if it is on all the time or without being turned on by a sensor or the driver.
It was diagnosed as the Telecommunication Module, this part malfunctioned causing issues with audio in the vehicle. The audio would at times play normal, at times go completely out losing all sound to turn signals, hazard signals, and safety sensor audios inside the vehicle. It would additionally lose communication between the key fob and the unit causing warnings during driving and non-start issues. With that said, the lose of audio when expecting safety sensor sounds, or sudden audio on complete full volume with the only resolution being to shut the car off is a safety issue. The vehicle had to be pulled over on the travel portion of the highway to resolve the sound issues on multiple occasions. Software updates, radio head change didn’t matter, until it was diagnosed as the module described above. Occurrences were completely random.
When the vehicle was ordered I paid an extra amount for "driver safety alert package" to include rear and front parking sensors. It's a big car and these are quite important for safe operations. Upon car delivery in 3/2022, I got a note saying the chip operating the driver assist is missing and will be provided later. The dealer promised to install it within a quarter. More than a year went buy, and the service department recently told me that GM would not make the chip available, even tough new cars are now being delivered with the same chip. As GM or the dealer would not respond to my request, I'm filing this complaint, hoping you can get them to finally provide the missing chip and to allow safe operation of the vehicle as ordered.
The contact owns a 2020 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V274000 (Engine and Engine Cooling). The contact stated that on several occasions while checking the oil level, there was no oil on the "dip stick". The contact stated that the engine consumed 2-3 quarts of oil approximately 4,000 miles. Additionally, the contact stated that while driving on several occasions at various speeds, the low oil warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the piston and piston ring were damaged due to excessive wear and sticking. The vehicle was repaired but the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken to the same dealer where it diagnosed that the cylinder head had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken back to the same dealer where the failure was not replicated. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.
2022 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARD TO ENGINE STALLING, ILLUMINATED AIR BAG LIGHT AND LOUD RATTLING SOUND COMING FROM THE ENGINE.
The contact owned a 2022 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated while his wife was driving at approximately 30 MPH she crashed into another vehicle striking the driver's side door of the other vehicle, which then crashed into another vehicle in the rear having been redirected from the force of the impact. The vehicle had been moved in the same direction that the wife's vehicle was traveling. The vehicle that the wife had crashed into had run a stop sign. The contact stated that all the front air bags deployed, however, the wife told him that the passenger side air bag had begun to emit smoke after deploying and then a fire started. The contact stated that the vehicle had stopped after the impact and that his wife was having difficulty unbuckling her seat belt. The wife had stated that OnStar had contacted her the moment following the crash, she told OnStar that she was having trouble unbuckling and that the vehicle was on fire. OnStar released her seat belt. The police, ambulance, and fire department were on the scene. There were no injuries, however, the contact's vehicle was fully engulfed in flames and exploded. The contact stated that the fire department extinguished the fire with water. The police wrote a report. The other two vehicles drove away from the scene, and the contact's vehicle was towed to a police impound lot. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated that while his wife was driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled. The message to restart the vehicle was displayed. The contact stated that the failure had occurred while the Auto START/STOP feature was enabled and disabled. The failure forced the contact's wife to shift into park or neutral before the vehicle would restart. The failure occurred several times while the contact's wife was driving the vehicle several times and stopping at the red light when the vehicle stalled. The contact stated that the vehicle had been taken to a dealer previously and the failure was not duplicated. The contact stated that the failure occurred intermittently. The vehicle was taken to a second dealer, but the failure could not be duplicated. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact was informed that unless the failure was recognized, the vehicle could not be diagnosed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.
When I started up the vehicle with the key fab button I noticed the cabin air blower came on as normal however when we went to the cockpit we noticed the engine was not running. When we went to start the vehicle (holding break and pressing start button) the dashboard started the Z71 launch sequence and then went to a dashboard as if I was in the normal drive mode however the dashboard was extremely dimly lit as if the backlight was not on and the engine still was not running. After several attempts to start using the brake+start button method we noticed a clicking sound that seemed to be coming from the engine cabin just in front of the passenger cabin however it would never ignite/start the engine. After several attempts to start the engine through the brake+button, we tried to just press the start button, which would sometimes be prompted on the dashboard, and get some feedback from the dashboard through better backlighting and messages I now cannot recall but never ignited the engine. When we tried again with the key fab x2 button (hoping it would either start or "cancel" the current vehicle state), we received no response from the vehicle. When we attempted to shift, it stated the "conditions were not met", which I perceived as the correct response. The vehicle was stuck in this "mode" with the air blower still running and exterior lights still on and it was only a matter of time until the battery ran out. When it ran out later that day (though not completely ded) in rebooted in the same tweener mode. However, when we came the next day with a tow truck and a fully dead battery in the Suburban, the vehicle booted right up as normal. The tow truck driver indicated several new Tahoe drivers experiencing the same issue. To me, this is a software launch issue. While the vehicle was not perceived to be in danger, it left us stranded in what could be a dangerous location. Several episodes as reported by tow truck. Unsure if inspected. No symptoms before problem.
The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Suburban. The contact stated that after an unknown over-the-air (OTA) software update was performed, the Forward Collision alert system failed to operate. The contact was made aware of the failure while reversing the vehicle. The contact stated that the alert failed to alert her of a nearby vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and the dealer confirmed that the Forward Collision alert system chip needed to be installed; however, the chip was on backorder. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and confirmed that there was a chip shortage. The failure mileage was approximately 1,000.
I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Suburban on December 6, 2022 equipped with4 Bridgestone Alenza A/S 02 tires sized 275 50R22. On December 21, on my way home I hit a bump. When I got home I could audibly hear air leaking out of the passenger rear tire. I called OnStar who sent a tow truck driver out to put the spare on. We could not find a nail or anything in the tire but there was about a 1.5 inch crack in the sidewall about 1 inch away from the rim with nothing sticking in it. I took it to the dealership where I purchased the tire and they ordered a replacement tire. They said that I could file a complaint with the State Department of Transportation if I wanted. It cost me about $328 to repair. On February 12, around 9:00 pm, I was about an hour and a half away from home about to drive back when the tire sensor light came on saying the passenger rear tire had low air pressure. I pulled into a park and went to look and I again could audibly hear air leaking from the tire. I had not hit any bumps this time, but the tire was completely flat within 20 minutes. When the tow truck driver came to put the spare on, I explained to him what happened previously and that was the second time this had happened within 2 months of purchasing the vehicle. He looked at the tire with me and it had the same tear in the sidewall in the same location as the previous tire. There was no nail or object in the tire, just a 1.5 inch long rigid crack. I noticed that there had been a Bridgestone recall for this type of tire for size 275 55R20 in 2021 because of a pin hole in the sidewall. I believe that my tires are defective.
This is the second Chevrolet Suburban we have owned. In both cars, the middle seat of the 2nd and 3rd row bench seats are missing a head rest. This could result in a severe neck injury to the passenger in a car accident. How is Chevrolet allowed to roll out these cars from the factory with this obvious safety defect?
I was driving on the interstate and my sunroof exploded. There were few cars around me and I was not under a bridge. I did not see anything coming at the car or see anything drop or fall behind us. Just heard a lot exploding noise.
