AWD SERVICE REQUIRED.
Since purchasing my car, I’ve experienced at least 9 instances of the vehicle completely cutting off, while driving. I have one of these incidents on video. The car will cut off, tell me to “Shift to Park and hit the Start button” while in traffic, posing severe danger to myself and other drivers. There are recalls describing this exact problem, yet my VIN number is not included in the recall. Most recently, my vehicle stalled/cut off immediately after getting an oil change. Once restarted, began running rough, shaking, and would not accelerate. I took it to a mechanic who said the problems all seemed the same as the recalled vehicles and all subsequent problems stemmed from the main power train issue. I was advised to take it to the dealer, which I did, and the dealership is trying to charge me $3,705 to fix a commonly known and previously recalled issue with this year/make/model vehicle. I’ve contacted FCA and they cannot give me any answers, explanation, or assistance.
OIL FILTER HOUSING LEAKING OIL , FRONT STRUTS FAILURE IN REAR
I PURCHASED MY 2015 CHRYSLER C IN 2017. I STARTED HAVING ISSUES WITH THE TRANSMISSION JUMPING EVERY NOW AND THEN. MY CAR IS AT 60K MILES NOW AND I HAVE A SENSOR LIGHT ON TELLING ME SERVICE AWD. I TOOK IT TO HAVE IT DECIDED AND THE READING I GOT BACK WAS P1634 AND P1634 00. THE POWER TRAIN ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED BEFORE I OWNED IT AND NOW FROM THE SOUNDS OF IT, MAY BE GOING BAD AGAIN. I SMELL A BURNING SMELL FROM TIME TO TIME WHEN DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. I'M TRYING TO TAKE MY CAR IN TO GET SERVICED BUT EVERYONE'S TELLING ME NO OPEN RECALL. IT HAS DONE IT BEFORE LIKE 6 MONTHS AFTER WE BOUGHT IT BUT IT HASN'T DONE IT AGAIN. I THOUGHT I HAD TURNED THE WRONG KNOB SO DIDN'T REALLY LOOK INTO IT MUCH UNTIL RECENTLY. IT ALMOST GOT IS KILLED. WE WERE GETTINGOFF AN EXIT TURNING RIGHT AND IT DIED IN THE MIDDLE OF TURNING. IN FRONT OF THE CARS COMINGOUR WAY. . IT SHUTS OFF WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED AND FLASHES "SHIFT TO PARK" IN ORDER TO DO THAT YOU HAVE TO COMPLETELY STOP AND SHIFT IT THEN TURN OFF YOUR CAR IN HOPES IT'LL START RIGHT UP... IT DONT. WE WERE ON A BUSY OVER PASS WHEN IT HAPPENED A FEW DAYS AGO. YESTERDAY (04/26/2021) WE WERE BY THE COURT HOUSE AND IT DONE THE SAME THING. TODAY (04/27/2021) IT DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO START. IT IDLED HIGH AND ACTED LIKE IT WAS DYING. I OF COURSE HAD TO DRIVE MY CHILDREN TO SCHOOL SO IT WAS SCARY.
Engine stalls, and dies constantly. Seems to help if it idles for 15 minutes prior to driving even in the warm summer months. All lights went off, looked like a Christmas tree, car floored wouldn't go above 30 mph. Made it home, next day all the lights were off except for the check engine light.
Speed settings will accelerate and loose power without manually adjusting. Electrical will cut in and out. Breaks system will kick in randomly.
WHILE DRIVING INTO MY PARKING SPOT SUDDENLY ABS, AWB UNAVAILABLE, PERFORMANCE SHIFTING UNAVAILABLE, SERVICE AIRBAG, CRUISE CONTROL UNAVAILABLE, FRONT PARK SENSE UNAVAILABLE, LANE SENSE UNAVAILABLE, DASH LIGHTS APPEARED AS MY CAR LOST ANY AVAILABILITY TO SHIFT GEARS, ACCELERATE OR DECELERATE
I HAVE A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. AFTER THE CAR SITS FOR A FEW HOURS AN ENGINE HAS TIME TO COOL COMPLETELY DOWN IT SHUTS OFF ON ITS OWN AFTER RESTART AND ACCELERATION. IF I START TO SLOW DOWN IT WILL SHUT COMPLETELY OFF AND TELL ME TO PUT INTO PARK. IT HAS DONE IT COUNTLESS TIMES ON BUSY ROADWAYS, WHEN IM COMING TO A STOP AT STOP SIGNS OR TRAFFIC LIGHTS. IT IS STARTING TO ALSO SHUT OFF AS I AM TURNING. NOT ONLY IS IT EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND COMPLETELY UNSAFE BUT ITS EXTREMELY ANNOYING. IT SEEMS TO DO IT MORE IF THE ENGINE HASNT COMPLETELY WARMED UP BEFORE I DRIVE IT. THEY HAVE RECALLS FOR THIS EXACT PROBLEM ON CERTAIN CHRYSLER 200S BUT APPARENTLY MINE DOESNT FALL UNDER THAT RECALL AND SEEMS RIDICULOUS THAT IT DOESNT. SEEMS AS THOUGH TENS OF THOUSANDS OF THE 200S ARE HAVING THIS SAME ISSUE BUT THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT ONES ARE FIXED. IS CHRYSLER WAITING FOR FAMILIES TO DIE IN CAR ACCIDENTS BEFORE THEY FINALLY FIX THE PROBLEM!?
Transmission not properly shifting into gears. Car suspension is always slamming. Air bag error code
Cruise Control will randomly accelerate or decrease speed. Transmission won’t shift properly run high rpms then jump and eventually shift. Air bag constantly is pulling messages. Electrical and engine stalls.
SAYS TO SHIFT INTO PARK AND RESTART THE CAR. TAKES A FEW TRIES TO TURN ON. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND PERFORMANCE SHIFTING UNAVALIABLE NOTICE SHOWED UP. NOW IT THERE IS A HERKING MOTION EVERYTIME THE GAS IS TOUCHED.
BEGINNING AT MILEAGE 83,931 ON 4/5/2021, MY 2015 CHRYSLER 200 COMPLETELY SHUT OFF AND LOST ALL POWER WHILE SITTING IN TRAFFIC AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT. THE CAR WOULD NOT BUDGE NOR RESTART FOR SERVAL MINUTES, LEAVING ME STRANDED AT A BUSY INTERSECTION DURING RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC. AFTER THE CAR RESTARTED, I DROVE HOME WHILE THE INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS WOULD INTERMITTENTLY FLICKER AND GO COMPLETELY DARK THEM COME BACK ON AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED. TODAY, 4/6/2021, MY CAR SHUT COMPLETELY OFF, NO POWER AND NO WARNING, ONCE AGAIN LEAVING ME STRANDED FOR MINUTES BLOCKING TRAFFIC. THE CAR, ONCE AGAIN RESTARTED AFTER WAITING APPROXIMATELY SIX MINUTES. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS AND CAN CAUSE A SERIOUS CRASH AND POTENTIALLY KILL ME, MY CHILDREN, AND OTHER DRIVERS ON THE ROAD DUE TO THE CAR SHUTTING OFF WITHOUT WARNING WHILE TRAVELING IN IT. AFTER THE INCIDENT OCCURRING TODAY, THE CAR BEHAVED AS IF IT WERE GOING TO SHUT OFF WHILE IN MOTION; HOWEVER, I WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT THE REST OF THE WAY HOME WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
MY CAR WAS REPAIRED FOR A RECALL IN 2016 FOR THE POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER. RECENTLY THE CAR HAS BEEN DYING OUT WHILE STOPPING, IN DRIVE THRU AND WHILE WAITING IN TRAFFIC. I'VE BROUGHT IT TO 4 MECHANICS WHO COULDN'T FIND THE ISSUE. TODAY THE MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT THE ISSUES THE VEHICLE IS HAVING ARE IN DIRECT RELATION TO THE ISSUE THAT WAS COVERED IN THE ORIGINAL RECALL. REPAIR WAS FAULTY AND DEALER IS REFUSING TO FIX THE ISSUE THAT IS HAPPENING AGAIN.
CAR STALLED WHILE I WAS DRIVING ONCE ON THE HIGHWAY AND I HAD TO SWERVE ON TO THE SIDE OF THE RIDE ALMOST CRASHING AND CAUSING A ACCIDENT AND THEN A COUPLE OF TIME ON THE MAIN ROAD WHICH ALSO RESULT INTO ME HAVING TO SWERVE OUT OF TRAFFIC ALMOST CAUSING A ACCIDENT. THE CAR WILL TELL ME PUT IT IN PARK I DID THAT AND THEN SOMETIMES IT WILL START UP SOMETIME IT WON'T .
CAR JUST STOP WHILE DRIVING AND WHEN AT A COMPLETE STOP THE CAR JUST LOSE LOSES POWER WON'T MOVE WAIT A FEW SECONDS IT JUST TAKE OFF
VEHICLE WAS PARKED FOR 30 MINUTES. CAME OUT OF STORE AND CAR WOULD NOT START. CHANGED THE BATTERY IN STORE PARKING LOT AND STILL WOULDN'T START BUT THE BATTERY LIGHT AND ENGINE LIGHT WERE ON.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT OCCASIONALLY THE VEHICLE WOULD RESTART AFTER EXPERIENCING THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT CALLED HERITAGE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM HARRISBURG (6060 ALLENTOWN BLVD, HARRISBURG, PA 17112) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V470000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE DEALER PROVIDED THE CONTACT WITH A COST FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE COULD NOT BE ADDED TO THE RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 78,000.
THE 2015 CHRYSLER 200 C HAS STALLED AND STOPPED 3TIMES WHILE THE CAR WAS IN MOTION AND WOULD NOT CRANK BACK UP UNTIL AFTER 5 MINS THE FIRST IN A PARKING A LOT AND THE OTHER TWO TIMES ON A BUSY HIGHWAY WHICH COULD HAVE RESULTED IN ME IN AND MY PASSENGERS BEING INJURED. THE RECALL CODE FOR THIS ISSUE IS R24. AND WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THERE WAS A RECALL ON THE CAR BUT NOT FOR THAT ISSUE
there have been recalls to other chrysler 200 for these reasons. I am having issues with all of these and no recall. Steering linkage or strut issue The electrical goes out on the dash and console of the car. cannot use air or any of the buttons Warning light to check gas cap Power terrain was fixed once and it came back the same way Tire pressure also not working
WITHOUT ANY WARNING, VEHICLE WILL SHUT OFF MAKING IT HARD TO STEER AND BRAKE. VEHICLE WILL THEN TAKE UPWARDS OF 15 MINUTES BEFORE IT WILL RESTART. THIS HAS HAPPENED WHILE IN MOTION, AND, WHILE PARKED.
HAVE HAD CAR LESS THAN A YEAR. AIR BAG LIGHTS CONSTANTLY COME ON AND I HAVE TO GET IT REPAIRED - LIGHT IS ON WHILE DRIVING AND WHILE STOPPED. LIGHT CAME IN THE DAY I GOT THE CAR AS I WAS LEAVING THE LOT AND THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING FOR IT. ALSO THE CAR KEEPS STALLING. HAD THE BATTERY REPLACED AND ALTERNATOR CHECKED, WHICH IS RUNNING ALMOST LIKE BRAND NEW. THE CAR STILL STALLS WHILE DRIVING IT WITH NO WARNING SIGNS AT ALL. NO LIGHTS ARE ON IT WILL JUST HAPPEN, AGAIN, WITH NO WARNINGS. EVERYTHING GETS LOCKED UP AND I CAN'T EVEN PUT THE CAR IN NEURAL TO BACK IT OUT FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. THE CAR CAN BARELY HANDLE HIGHWAY SPEED LIMIT OF 70, THE BUMPS OR GROVES IN THE ROAD ALMOST FEEL LIKE IT'S PUSHING THE CAR AND IT WILL SPIN OUT (THIS IS IN DRY WARM WEATHER). I'VE CHECKED THE TIRES THEY ARE FINE. THE ENTIRE SUSPENSION IS BAD AND NEEDS REPLACED. THE CHARGING SYSTEMS FOR YOUR PHONES DON'T ALWAYS WORK, IT'S OFF AND ON. THE CHARGERS WORK JUST FINE IN THE HOUSE SO IT'S NOT THE CORDS ITSELF. WAS SHOWN THE CARFAX BEFORE BUYING AND THERE ARE NO ACCIDENT REPORTS.
WHEN THE CAR COMES TO A STOP FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME IT SAYS TO PUT IN PARK. THEN IT WON'T GO BACK INTO DRIVE SO I HAVE TO TURN OFF AND RESTART. IT HAS A HARD TIME RESTARTING AFTER THAT.
AT 80,000 MILES A OIL LEAK BECAME VERY NOTICEABLE. THE REAR MAIN OIL SEAL WAS DESTROYED. DUE TO THE OIL LEAK THE FRONT BELLY PAN(68102931AB) BECAME A DANGEROUS HAZARD. THE FRONT BELLY PAN BECAME COMPLETELY SOAKED IN OIL AND WAS DRAGGING UNDER THE CAR. ONCE THE CAR WAS TAKEN APART BY THE TECH IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE OIL COOLING HOUSE (68105583AF) WAS CRACKED.
The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler 200. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, she checked the oil in the vehicle, and the dipstick showed that the engine was 1 ¼ quarts of oil low. The contact topped off the oil level however, after a month the contact checked the oil again and noticed that the oil level was very low. The contact was concerned that the vehicle was consuming too much engine oil. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer who inspected the vehicle and diagnosed the failure with the power train control module. The power train control module was reprogrammed however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 67,000.
The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler 200. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the driver’s side headlight failed to function as intended. The message "Headlight not Working" was displayed. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic; however, no cause for the failure was found. The driver’s side headlight was replaced; however, several days later, while driving at an undisclosed speed, the passenger’s side headlight failed to function as intended. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. However, no cause for the failure was found. On a separate occasion, while driving at an undisclosed speed, the transmission failed to shift as needed. While the shift button was moved to reverse(R), the reverse(R) light failed to illuminate, and an abnormal dinging sound was coming from the vehicle. The message "Transmission Issues" was displayed on the instrument panel. The vehicle failed to move while in reverse. The contact stated that the failure was predominant during cold weather. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed, and determined that the transmission sensor clusters had failed. The dealer reprogrammed the Powertrain Control Module and the Transmission Control Module. However, the failure persisted. The contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 16V529000 (POWER TRAIN); however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 120,000.
IMY CAR WILL NOT SHIFT OUT OF THE FIRST GEAR JUST OUT OF NO WHERE WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY, HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED AND SHOP IS SAYING TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE IS BAD AND I SEE MANY REVIEWS THAT THIS HAPPENS WITH THIS CAR AROUND 90000 THE SHOP IS ALSO SAY THEY SEE THIS PROBLEM A LOT I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THERE IS NOT A RECALL
THE OIL COOLER IS BUSTED AND LEAKING OIL.
CAR OIL FILTER LEAKING OIL CAUSE FIRE

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER STEW HANSEN DODGE RAM CHRYSLER JEEP FIAT (12103 HICKMAN RD, URBANDALE, IA 50323, (877) 841-4585) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH NEEDING THE OIL FUEL ADAPTOR TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT UNDER RECALL. THERE WAS NO ASSISTANCE PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 75,000.
BATTERY AND ALTERNATOR GOOD CAR WON'T START , HAVE LIGHTS AND POWER WON'T TURN OVER UNTIL JUMP

ADDITIONALLY, THE GEAR SHIFTER FAILED TO SHIFT ONCE THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY AND WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT SLOW SPEEDS, THE ELECTRIC EMERGENCY BRAKE ENGAGED INADVERTENTLY CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO STOP IN TRAFFIC. THE VEHICLE ALSO FAILED TO SHUT-OFF UNLESS THE BATTERY WAS DISCONNECTED. THE VEHICLE NOT IN PARK WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHILE THE GEAR SHIFTER WAS INDICATING PARK. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION MODULE AND WIRING HARNESS TO THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE BATTERY AND TWO FUEL INJECTORS WERE REPLACED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. AN UNKNOWN DEALER WAS CONTACTED HOWEVER, OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 66,000.*DT*JB
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I HAVE A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHEN I DRIVE THE CAR SOMETIMES WHEN I START IT UP IT KINDA DON'T WANT TO START. THEN IT FINALLY DOES. IT WILL STALL WHEN DRIVING WHEN I COME TO A STOP THE CAR WILL DIED BATTERY LIGHT COMES ON STEERING WHEEL GETS TIGHT AND CAR JUST STOPS. I WILL HAVE TO COST AND PULL OVER TO THE SIDE. THEN I WILL START IT BACK UP AND IT STILL DONT REALLY WANNA START BACK UP. THE RED BATTERY LIGHT COMES ON WHEN IT DIES .... THE CAR WILL START BACK UP BUT WITH ISSUES.
STARTED THE CAR AND THERE WAS NO POWER STEERING AND COULDN'T TURN THE WHEEL. THERE IS NO PLACE TO CHECK FOR POWER STEERING FLUID. IF YOU TURN THE WHEEL TO THE RIGHT, WHEN IT WORKS, A AIR COMPRESSION NOISE IS MADE. TURNED IT OFF AND BACK ON AND IT WORKED. STOPPED AT A STOP SIGN AND IT QUIT WORKING AGAIN.
THE CAR STARTS THEN SHUTS OFF WHILE DRIVING. THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES IN DANGEROUS SITUATIONS ON THE ROAD. THE CAR WON'T START BACK UP FOR A FEW MINUTES, THEN DRIVES FINE AGAIN. THIS HAPPENS MOST OFTEN WHICH CAR SITS UNUSED OVERNIGHT. MOSTLY HAPPENS IN THE START OF DAY.
THE VEHICLE WOULD CUT OFF CAUSING ME TO SWERVE TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD TO AVOID AN ACCIDENT. IT WOULD STALL WHILE DRIVING WHICH ALSO CAUSED ISSUES. THEN IT WOULD JUST NOT START AND ONCE TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE.
I WENT TO START MY CAR THIS MORNING AND IT WOULDN'T START SO I USED JUMPER CABLES AND IT STARTED BUT IT WAS IN NEUTRAL AND WON'T CHANGE GEARS
THE TRANSMISSION KEEPS STALLING
While driving, my car will accelerate when depressing the brake. If cruise control is set to say 60 mph, the car will continue to accelerate well after the desired speed has been reached. When pressing the brake to disengage cruise control, the car will still try to accelerate for about 10 seconds, even while depressing the brake. I'm not sure if that is related to this, or if it is a separate issue, but my car will also stall out when coming to a stop or slowing down, especially if braking hard. When the engine stalls, power steering and braking are also lost. My car has stalled several times in the middle of intersections, on a busy highway coming to a red light or slowing down because of a hazard in front of me, and at stop signs. I also check my oil regularly, and do routine oil changes. When I check the oil, and when I have my oil changed, the oil level is almost ALWAYS low, and has even been completely empty a couple times. I've confirmed that there is no leaking under the car. Sometimes I smell burnt oil coming from my car. I fill the oil up, and less than a month, and the oil is almost gone. More worrisome to me, is the fact that even though the oil was completely empty, my oil light never came on. So it was by luck that I checked the oil and noticed that it was empty because I wouldn't have otherwise known. My check engine light will come on from time to time, and I have it checked for the codes each time. The following are the codes that have shown up every single time: P2172; U1424; P106A
The car would accelerate downhill with cruise control on. It would shift abrupt at any moment
IN THE PAST 3 YEARS THE ACTIVE GRILLE SHUTTER HAD TO BE FIXED 3 TIMES. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WOULD ALWAYS COME UP FOR THIS ISSUE AFTER IT WAS STATIONARY OR PARKED OVER NIGHT AND THEN THE LIGHT WOULD COME UP WHEN IT WAS TIME TO DRIVE AGAIN. FINALLY THE DEALERSHIP FIXED THE THE PROBLEM THEY SAID THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE FIXED. AFTER THE TRANSMISSION WAS FIXED MY CAR NOW OVERHEATS AFTER BEING IDLE FOR MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES. ALSO THE PASSENGER AIR BAG SENSOR WAS FIXED TWICE BUT LIT UP ON MY DASHBOARD RECENTLY AGAIN.

MY CAR IS STARTING AND IT IS SAYING IT'S BECAUSE THE ENGINE NEEDS TO WARM UP BUT NO MATTER HOW LONG I WARM THE CAR FOR I CAN'T SEEM TO START IT. I'VE SEEN A LOT OF PEOPLE ONLINE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE BUT NOBODY HAS FOUND A SOLUTION.

UPON INVESTIGATION, THE CONTACT ASSOCIATED THE FAILURE WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V470000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) HOWEVER, THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 87,000.

MY SON WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT, HE WENT OFF OF THE ROAD, AND TOTALED MY CAR, THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. I BOUGHT THIS CAR BRAND NEW IN JAN,2015, AND HAD A COUPLE OF RECALLS TO GET IT FIXED FOR CERTAIN PARTS. ALSO I WAS HAVING SURGE PROBLEMS WITH THIS CAR.
IN THE MORNING I WAS BACKING INTO A PARKING SPOT WHILE SLIGHTLY TURNING AND THE CAR STARTED ACTING UP AND THEN DIED. WOULDN'T START WITH START BUTTON. AFTER PLACING THE REMOTE NEXT TO START BUTTON AND WAITING A BIT I WAS ABLE TO START IT UP AFTER A FEW TRIES. FINISHED PARKING. AFTER WORK, I WAS DRIVING HOME AND WAS WAITING TO TURN AND DO UTURN AND THE CAR ONCE MORE DIED. NOT SURE IF I WAS COMPLETELY STOPPED OR INCHING FORWARD WHILE WAITING FOR INCOMING TRAFFIC TO CLEAR. TRIED STARTING IT UP AGAIN THE SAME WAYS AS IN MORNING. THE CAR WOULDN'T START. AFTER STANDING 5 MINUTES IN A TURNING LANE, I GOT IT TO START. FINISHED THE DRIVE HOME WORRYING. ALSO WHILE DRIVING, TIME FROM TIME, ALL OF THE DASHBOARD FLICKER AND THEN GO COMPLETELY DARK. AFTER A FEW MINUTES, THEY COME BACK ON. THAT IS SPEED, RPM, GAS LEVEL, ENGINE TEMPERATURE, AND ALL OTHER DASHBOARD LIGHTS. CAUSES DISTRACTION WHILE DRIVING AND ALSO RESULTS IN ME BEING UNABLE TO SEE SPEED THE CAR IS TRAVELING AT.
CAR SHUTS OFF WHILE BRAKING, AND TURNS EVERYTHING OFF. IT ALSO 'LOCKS' THE BRAKE, AND TAKES MINUTES TO RELEASE. WHEN THIS HAPPENS ALL LIGHTS TURN OFF, PUSH TO START WON'T WORK, AND ENGINE WILL NOT START. THE CAR CUTS OFF AT THE MOST INOPPORTUNE TIMES, AND MAKES DRIVING EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. IT'S BEEN SHUTTING OFF MORE FREQUENTLY, AND FOR LONGER MOMENTS AT A TIME. THIS USUALLY OCCURS ON STREET'S BUT HAS OCCURRED IN TWO DRIVE-THRUS. ON ONE OCCASION THE CAR SHUT OFF MID-TURN. AGAIN THIS MAKES DRIVING INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS, AND IS FRUSTRATING AND INCONVENIENT. THIS IS MY ONLY MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION SO DRIVING HAS BECOME A RISK.
VEHICLE WILL NOT GO INTO THE "PARK" TRANSMISSION SETTING. RED LIGHT WITH AIR BAG WARNING.
VEHICLE RANDOMLY SHUTS OFF WHILE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION WHEN I DECELERATE. THIS TYPICALLY HAPPENS WHEN I'M GOING LOW SPEEDS ABOUT 25-20MPH. I'VE BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICING 2X FOR THIS SAME ISSUE AND IT CONTINUES TO HAPPEN
