THE CAR STALLS WHILE COMING TO A STOP OR WHEN SITTING AT A RED LIGHT. IN A FEW MINUTES THE CAR WILL START AND DRIVE JUST FINE UNTIL THE SAME THING OCCURS AGAIN
WHILE DRIVING AT NIGHT MY VEHICLE HEAD LIGHTS TURN OFF AND ON, THEN SOME TIME WILL NOT COME BACK ON. I HAVE TO TURN THE LIGHT SWITCH ON AND OFF TO GET MY LIGHTS BACK ON.

AFTER FILLING UP WITH GAS THE CAR WILL STALL REPEATEDLY FOR SEVERAL MILES. IT THEN RUNS NORMALLY UNTIL THE NEXT FILL UP. I RECENTLY BOUGHT THE CAR FOR MY SON WHO JUST TURNED 16. THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED WAS THE FIRST TIME HE FILLED UP WHILE DRIVING ALONE. NEEDLESS TO SAY HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. LUCKILY HE WAS ABLE TO PULL OFF THE STATE HIGHWAY HE WAS DRIVING ON (3 LANES EACH DIRECTION) BEFORE IT TOTALLY STOPPED. THE POWER STEERING SHUT OFF SO HE HAD A VERY DIFFICULT TIME EVEN TURNING OFF THE MAIN ROAD. IT NOW HAS DONE THE SAME THING FOR THE LAST 3 FILL UPS WHICH WERE ALL AT DIFFERENT GAS STATIONS TO RULE OUT BAD GAS AT A PARTICULAR STATION. THIS SEEMS TO BE A VERY DANGEROUS ISSUE THAT SHOULD BE ADDRESSED.

THE K39 TRANSMISSION INTERLOCK LEAVER WENT BAD. IT WOULD NOT LET ME TAKE THE CAR OUT OF PARK. THERE WAS A RECALL ON THE 2007 CHRYLSER 300C, BUT NOT ON THE 2005. I FOUND NUMEROUS CLAIM ON LINE ABOUT THIS DEFECTIVE PIECE IN THE 2005 CHRYSLER 300C. *TR
FILLED THE CAR WITH GAS AND THE CAR DIED WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF THE GAS STATION. RESTARTED THE CAR AND HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN TWO MORE TIMES. THIS HAS SINCE HAPPENED AFTER EVER FILL UP SINCE. WE BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE MAY 1ST 2015. THE ISSUES WITH IT DYING STARTED HAPPENING THE VERY FIRST FILL UP. WE JUST FIGURED IT WAS A VAPOR LOCK BUT AFTER READING THE COMPLIANTS, OVIOUSLY NOT. THIS NEEDS TO BE RECALLED AS SOMEONE IS GOING TO HURT.
TAKATA RECALL - I WENT TO THE AUTOMAX CHRYSLER DEALER IN SHAWNEE OKLAHOMA IN 2015 TO HAVE THE AIR BAG REPLACED. THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE, AND PUT ME ON A LIST. IN 2016 I AGAIN RECIEVED A RECALL NOTICE ON THE TAKATA RECALL, AND ENTERED THIS VEHICLE IN THE ONLINE LIST TO HAVE IT EXPEDITED. I'VE NOT YET RECEIVED NOTICE OF AN AVAILABLE AIRBAG. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED THE CHRYSLER AND IN AUTOMAX FOR NTO FOLLOWING UP TO ENSURE THAT I'M SAFELY REPAIRED.
I WAS DRIVING HOME FROM WORK IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA AROUND MY HOME GOING ABOUT 25-27MPH. I CAME TO A STOP AND MY CAR LITERALLY WENT UP IN WHITE SMOKE, LEAKED LARGE AMOUNTS OF OIL AND THAN THE CAR SHUT OFF, AT TIME I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HAVE BEEN TILL THIS DAY TAKING IT TO MANY REPAIR SHOPS TO HAVE WHAT THEY THOUGHT WAS WRONG FIXED UNTIL I FINALLY TOOK IT TO ENGINE SPECIALIST AND SAID ENGINE BLEW. I HAVE NOT HAD CAR MORE THAN 3 YEARS AND CHRYSLER DOESN'T WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT AND REFUSE TO HELP. IT IS NOT FAIR TO US WHO PAY SO MUCH MONEY ON A CAR THAT CHRYSLER THEM SELF TOLD ME WAS A BIG ISSUE IN THE 2005 CHRYSLER 300C 5.7 V8 HEMI HAVING ENGINE FAILURE AND DON'T EVEN RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO BUY THIS PATICULAR MODEL OF CAR.. PLEASE HELP I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO AND THINK THESE ENGINES SHOULD BE RECALLED AND CHRYSLER SHOULD BE FORCED TO FIX THEM.
MY WIFE WAS TAKING OUR TWO KIDS TO SCHOOL WHEN THE CAR MADE A HORRIBLE NOISE WHEN FIRST TRYING TO START THE CAR EARLY IN THE MORNING. I HAD IT TOWED TO MY MECHANIC WHERE HE FOUND THAT THE CYLINDER VALVE SEAT FELL OFF THE CYLINDER HEAD AND FELL DOWN INTO THE PISTON CAUSING SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE VALVES AND PISTON. REPLACING THE ENGINE FOR $8000 WAS AN OPTION, HOWEVER YOU ARE REPLACING IT WITH THE SAME TYPE OF ENGINE THAT COULD POTENTIALLY REPLICATE THE PROBLEM AGAIN. AFTER RESEARCHING THIS SEEMS TO BE A MANUFACTURES DEFECT OF THIS ENGINE FOR 2005-2006 CHRYSLER 300 C. THIS HAPPENED 4 MONTHS AFTER MY WARRANTY EXPIRED. *TR

ON 4/15/2015 AND 5/7/2015 THE ENGINE ON OUR CAR JUST STOPPED RUNNING AS I WAS MAKING A TURN AT THE INTERSECTION OF TWO STREETS. WE LOST ALL POWER BRAKES AND STEERING TO THE CAR AND I HAD TO LET IT COAST OFF TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. I MANUALLY STOPPED THE CAR AND PUT IT IN PARKING GEAR.
