The contact owns a 2010 Chrysler 300C. While driving at an undisclosed speed and approaching a roundabout, the brake pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was restarted and driven to the residence. The owner performed a diagnostic test but found a recorded history of the vehicle shutting down in the computer. The vehicle was not repaired, and the failure persisted. The contact referenced NHTSA Campaign Number: 10V200000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); however, the VIN was not included in the recall. WHEN DRIVING MY VEHICLE ON THE ROAD. AT LEAST ONCE EVERY 2 DAYS MY CAR SHUTS COMPLETELY OFF, BUT POWER AND RADIO STILL ON.. MY ENGINE SHUTS DOWN
IGNITION SWITCH CAUSED ENGINE TO SHUT DOWN WHILE DRIVING AND CAUSED PROBLEMS WITH STARTING. AFTER THREE TRIPS TO DEALER PROBLEM WAS FOUND TO BE THE IGNITION SWITCH AND WAS REPLACED. STALLING WHILE DRIVING IS A SAFETY ISSUE THAT SHOULD BE CAUSE FOR A RECALL. NOTE! THE EXPENSIVE IGNITION SWITCH WAS REPLACED AT MY COST. I HAVE THE REPAIR INVOICES.

MY 2010 CHRYSLER 300 WHICH BOUGHT BRAND-NEW AND IM THE ORIGINAL OWNER ...DASHBOARD SEPARATING ON BOTH SIDES CAUSING THE AC VENTS TO BREAK AND LIFT. CHRYSLER RECOGNIZES THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM AS A MANUFACTURE DEFECT. YET THEY WOULD LIKE THE CONSUMER TO PAY A HIGH DEDUCTIBLE TO REPLACE THE DASHBOARD KNOWING IT'S A MANUFACTURE DEFECT.

CAME OUT OF STORE, TURNED IGINITION OVER AND SMOKE STARTED COMING OUT OF VENTS DROVE ABOUT 25 FEET AND HAD TO EVACUATE CAR SMOKE WAS CHOKING US. HUSBAND LIFTED HOOD AND NO SMOKE THERE. SO HE WENT TO THE BATTERY IN THE TRUNK AND DISCONNECTED THE CABLE THINKING IT WOULD STOP BUT THE SMOKE GOT THICKER. FLAMES STARTED COMING OUT OF THE DASH. A CITIZEN CAME RUNNING WITH A FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND WAS PUTTING THE FIRE OUT AND THE FIRE DEPT CAME AND FINISHED IT.
MY CAR IS A LEMON AND I WANT TO BE REFUNDED, EITHER A NEW CAR OR MY $25,000 CASH THAT I PAID FOR THE CAR IN 2010. NOW MY CAR IS BEING RECALLED FOR DANGEROUS AIR BAGS!!! ALSO ALL OF MY TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS ARE DEFECTIVE. MY CAR'S BRAKES ARE WARPED! ON A HIGHWAY IN MOTION MY BRAKES MAKE NOISE AND THE STEERING WHEEL SHAKES! THE TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR LIGHT STAYS ON AND DOESN'T GO OUT ON THE DASHBOARD.

THE CAR SHUTS OFF WHILE DRIVING. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME AT LEAST 5 TIMES IN THE PAST MONTH SO FAR USUALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF A TURN. I HAVE TO PUT THE CAR IN PARK AND TURN THE KEY IN ORDER TO START IT UP AGAIN. IT STARTS UP AND I'M ON MY WAY AGAIN. THE ISSUE IS THERE IS NO WARNING LIKE THE CAR SLOWING DOWN OR VIBRATING OR A DASHBOARD WARNING LIGHT BEFORE IT SHUTS DOWN. I'M AFRAID THE DRIVER BEHIND ME WILL RUN IN TO ME BECAUSE OF THIS. I'VE HAD A DIAGNOSTIC TEST DONE TODAY AND THE REPAIR SHOP COULD NOT TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG BECAUSE THEY SEE NO HISTORY OF ANY CODES COMING UP. THEY WOULD NEED TO SEE IT HAPPEN. THAT WOULD BE HARD TO DO.

DRIVERS REAR TIRE SUDDENLY LOST AIR PRESSURE WHILE ON THE FREEWAY, WENT TO GAS STATION AND WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PLACE AIR IN THE TIRE IT BLEW IN MY FACE, INNER SIDEWALL SEPARATED AT SEAM WITH 18 INCH GASH. THE TIRES WERE ON MY CAR LESS THE 5 MONTHS & HAD LESS THAN 2,000 MILES. LOOKING AT YOUR SITE I SEE MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS OF SAME THING HAPPENING TO OTHERS. THE TIRE IS NOT AVAILABLE NATION WIDE AND PER MICHELIN CUSTOMER SERVICE ON BACK ORDER WITH NO PRODUCTION DATE AVAILABLE. I HAVE 3 MORE OF THESE TIRES ON MY CAR AND DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING ON THESE TIRES AFTER REVIEWING THE COMPLAINTS ON YOUR SITE.

TAKATA RECALL: ALTHOUGH I HAVE CONTACTED MY DEALER (CONWAY CHRYSLER) SEVERAL TIMES SINCE I FIRST LEARNED ABOUT THE RECALL LAST SUMMER (07/17/15), THEY HAVE NOT REPLACED THE TAKATA AIR BAG. I ASKED THEM TO DISCONNECT THE AIR BAG. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT, BECAUSE THAT WOULD MAKE THEM LIABLE. AS YOU KNOW, THE CAR IS A DEATH TRAP!

WHENEVER I MAKE A RIGHT TURN INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC , THE ESP TRACTION COMES ON AND SLOWS MY CAR DOWN, THIS HAPPEN AT A LOW RATE IS SPEED, EVEN WHEN IT'S WET OR WHEN IT DRY, THIS HAS BEEN OCCURRING EVERY TIME I MAKE A RIGHT, I THOUGHT IT'S ONLY SUPPOSE TO DO THIS WHEN IT'S RAINING AND IT HAS SLIPPERY ROADS, BUT IT FOUND IT ALL THE TIME.
