MY BRAKES GO TO THE FLOOR INTERMITTENTLY. I HAVE TO PUMP SEVERAL TIMES TO GET BRAKE FUNCTION BACK. I DRIVE IN STOP & GO TRAFFIC 5 DAYS PER WEEK TO AND FROM WORK. HAVE TAKEN THE CAR TO THE DEALER SHOP 4-5 TIMES. THEY CANNOT REPLICATE THE PROBLEM. IT IS VERY SCARY & UNSAFE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHRYSLER 300. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE BRAKES FAILED TO WORK AND THE ABS AND TRACTION WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER STATED THAT IT WOULD COST $104.00 TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
2011 CHRYSLER 300 ALTERNATOR FAILED. *MW THE ROTORS WERE ALSO REPLACED DUE TO SEVERE RUST. *JB
WAS IN A TRIP IN SAN ANTONIO, TX TOWARDS SIX FLAGS THEIR IS HILLS WELL COMING DOWN ONE TO STOP AT THE LIGHT THE CAR DINT WANT TO MAKE A COMPLETE STOP AND THE WAS A VERY UGLY NOISE COMING FROM THE BRAKES AND NO IT WAS NOT THE ANTI-BRAKES BECAUSE THAT SOUNDS DIFFERENT. TOOK IN TO NEAREST DEALER TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT AND THE CAR STAYED OVER NIGHT AND WAS CHECKED TWICE BY A TECHNICIAN AND THEY COULDN'T DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THEY DID STATE THAT THEY COULD HEAR SOMETHING BUT COULDN'T FIND OUT WHAT IT WAS. 3 1/2 WEEKS LATER I BROUGHT THE VEHICLE TO SERVICE IN THE DEALER WERE I BOUGHT THE CAR NEW AND THEY TELL ME THAT IT IS THE ROTORS THAT NEED TO BE RECTIFIED BUT ARE NOT SURE IF THAT IS IT OR NOT. THEY ALSO HEAR SQUEAKING ON AND OFF AT DIFFERENT POINTS BUT DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.

CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO SAFETY RECALL FOR VEHICLE *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED CHRYSLER FAILED TO NOTIFY HIM ABOUT A MAJOR RECALL AND THEY FAILED TO CORRECT THE RECALL ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE CONSUMER CAME ACROSS THE RECALL, BY READING ABOUT IT IN THE NEWSPAPER. AFTER CONFIRMING, HIS VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN THE RECALL, THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE REPAIRS WERE MADE.
