REAR CAMERA GOES IN AND OUT WHENEVER IT WANTS TO. INTERIOR (THE MAKING OF THE CAR) IS SLIGHTLY COMING AWAY FROM FRAME. (NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT)
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 300. WHILE DRIVING, THE POWER STEERING STOPPED WORKING, THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED, AND THE STEERING WHEEL TURNED ON ITS OWN. SOUTHFIELD CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (28100 TELEGRAPH RD, SOUTHFIELD, MI 48034, (248) 331-9937) STATED THAT THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKE MODULE CAUSED THE FAILURES AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
AFTER PURCHASING THE VEHICLE IN DEC. 2018, I WAS NOT GETTING A SMOOTH RIDE. I RETURNED IT TO THE DEALER FOR SCHEDULED OIL CHANGES( 5,000) AND 50,000; 60,000 SERVICE INTERVALS. AFTER A ROUGH SNOWY WINTER, I PURCHASED 4 NEW TIRES, FRONT END ALIGNMENT, AND STILL WASN'T GETTING SMOOTH RIDE. DEALER DETERMINED I NEEDED NEW FRONT STRUTS, ( PAID OVER $1,100 FOR THE STRUTS)AND ANOTHER ALIGNMENT. I'M STILL NOT GETTING A SMOOTH RIDE WHEREAS I FEEL EVERY BUMP I COME ACROSS WHILE DRIVING ON CITY STREETS AND MILDLY ON THE HIGHWAY.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 300. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO START THE ENGINE, THE SERVICE STABILITY, ABS, AND TRACTION CONTROL WARNING INDICATORS REMAINED ILLUMINATED. ALSO, THE VEHICLE HESITATED TO ACCELERATE AND WOULD NOT RESPOND IMMEDIATELY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE LOST POWER AND DID NOT IMMEDIATELY ACCELERATE WHEN DEPRESSING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HERITAGE DODGE (9219 HARFORD RD, BALTIMORE, MD) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED .THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 42,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ALL FOUR DOOR PANELS FELL APART. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PANEL GUARDS POPPED UP ON ALL FOUR DOORS AND BECAME LOOSE. AS A RESULT, WATER LEAKED INTO THE VEHICLE AND THE PANELS HAD BULGES. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO MIAMI LAKES CHRYSLER (16600 NW 57TH AVE, MIAMI LAKES, FL 33014, (305) 820-3814), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THERE WAS NO REMEDY FOR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 45,890.
DROVE CAR TO TOWN THURSDAY 10/11/18 EVERYTHING WAS FINE GET IN CAR FRIDAY MORNING 10/12/18 START CAR WARNING COMES UP ON DISPLAY ECS ABS AWD DISABLED, I DO NOT DRIVE VEHICLE TILL FRIDAY 10/18/18 TO TAKE IT TO DEALERSHIP, THEY CHARGED $89 TO RUN SCAN TOOL TO FIND OUT FRONT LEFT WHEEL SPEED SENSOR IS FAULTY WOULD BE $240 TO REPLACE SENSOR, WHICH CONSISTS OF 3 BOLTS AND BEING PLUGGED IN, AND CODE CLEARED . THIS IS NOT A 3 HOUR JOB. CURRENTLY THERE ARE NO WHEEL SPEED SENSORS AVAILABLE AND ARE ON INDEFINITE BACK ORDER DUE TO AN UNBELIEVABLY HIGH DEMAND. CAN NOT DRIVE CAR SAFELY DUE TO THE CAR BEING CRIPPLED BECAUSE OF A $29 SENSOR. I HAVE OWNED THIS CAR LESS THAN 6 MONTHS AND HAVE DRIVEN LESS THAN 5000 MILES, THE SENSOR LITERALLY WENT BAD IN MY DRIVEWAY, THE MECHANICS NEW IT IS A MASSIVE PROBLEM AND ARE CHARGING PEOPLE WAY OVER WHAT SHOULD BE FOR WHAT IS AN OBVIOUSLY DEFECTIVE PART. THEY ALSO TOLD ME IS WOULD BE FINE TO DRIVE UNTIL THEY CAN GET THE PART WHICH IS UNTRUE DUE TO 2 SAFETY MODUALS AND ONE DRIVE TRAIN FUNCTION BEING DISABLED. THE FACT THAT THEY ARE ON AN INDEFINITE BACKORDER FROM THE FACTORY TELLS THIS IS A MODEL WIDE PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.
I NOTICED ONE OF THE HEADLIGHTS WASN'T WORKING WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS RUNNING & PARKED. THE NEXT DAY WHEN I TURNED ON MY BRIGHT LIGHTS ALL OF THE LIGHTS FAILED, INCLUDING THE REAR LIGHTS. THIS HAPPENED AFTER DARK WHILE DRIVING SO I'M LUCKY TO HAVE NOT BEEN INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT! FROM THEN ON THE AUTOMATIC HEADLIGHTS WOULD NOT WORK. TO GET ANY LIGHTS TO COME ON I HAD TO TURN THE KNOB AND RANDOM LIGHTS WOULD WORK. THE NEXT DAY, ONLY THE FOG LIGHTS WORKED WITH NO REAR LIGHTS OTHER THAN WHEN BRAKING. 2 DAYS LATER, ALL THE LIGHTS WORK EXCEPT THE 2 HEADLIGHTS! CRAZIEST THING EVER!

THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE LOCAL DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 47,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT CALLED ON BEHALF OF THE DRIVER. WHILE MAKING A LEFT TURN, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND THE DRIVER CRASHED INTO A VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO BE DRIVEN FROM THE SCENE. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE POWER STEERING SEIZED AGAIN WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT COASTED THE VEHICLE TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND THE POWER STEERING WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE HOME. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE TECHNICIAN NOTICED THAT THE ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS LATER TOWED TO KEFFER CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (8214 E INDEPENDENCE BLVD, CHARLOTTE, NC 28227, (704) 532-1050), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 49,000.
TL* TAKATA RECALL. THE CONTACT OWNED A 2015 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, APPROACHING THE LIGHT, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO STOP. AS A RESULT, OF THE BRAKE FAILURE THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE REAR OF A TOW TRUCK TOWING A VEHICLE. THERE WAS NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AND THE CONTACT WAS ISSUED A TICKET. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS NO VISIBLE INJURY, HOWEVER, SHE WAS TAKEN TO THE EMERGENCY CENTER FOR A CHECK UP. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE TOLD THE PARAMEDIC THAT HER NECK AND BACK WERE HURTING. THE CONTACT WAS EXAMINED AND RELEASED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOTALED AND WAS TOWED TO A TOW YARD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WITHIN A MONTH, SHE WENT TO HER DOCTOR AND WAS TOLD THAT HER KIDNEY NEEDED TO BE WATCHED. THE CONTACT HAD TWO BACK SURGERIES SEVEN MONTHS LATER AND A NECK SURGERY NINE MONTHS LATER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SURGERIES RESULTED FROM THE CRASH. THE CONTACT LATER RECEIVED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS: 18V332000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL) AND 19V018000 (AIR BAGS). THE DEALER WAS NOT CALLED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 15,000. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
WHEN ACCELERATING ON A FREEWAY RAMP AND ALSO FROM A STOP THE TRANSMISSION HAS FAILED TO CHANGE GEARS UNTIL THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED. IT HAS HAPPENED ONCE IN EACH SITUATION. HAVING TO APPLY THE BRAKES WHEN ACCELERATING TO JOIN FREEWAY TRAFFIC IS NOT A GOOD THING. IN BOTH CASES A TURN WAS INVOLVED, TURNING ON TO THE RAMP (LEFT) AND TURNING ONTO ANOTHER STREET, ALSO TURNING LEFT. IN NEITHER CASE WAS IT A "HARD" ACCELERATION.
CAR KEEPS SAYING SERVICE FUEL SENSOR. I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR IN MARCH 2015 AND IN JUNE 2015 THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THE GAS TANK PICTURE KELP BLINKING. I TOOK IT TO CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP IN DUNCANVILLE ,TX AND THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED THE PROBLEM. WELL MY CAR HAVE BEEN TO THE SHOP 5 TIMES WITH THE SAME PROBLEM OVER THE PAST 3 YRS. IT IS CURRENTLY DOING THE SAME THING AT THIS TIME SO THIS WILL MAKE THE 6TH TIME IT HAS TO GO TO THE SHOP FOR THIS ISSUE. MY WARRANTY IS OUT AND I DON'T FEEL I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS PROBLEM. I CAN'T EVEN GET MY CAR TO PASS INSPECTION UNTIL THIS PROBLEM IS FIXED I DON'T KNOW IF THE DEALERSHIP REPORTED THE PROBLEM BUT I REPORTED IT TO CHRYSLER CORPORATION LAST YEAR. .

MY CHRYSLER DEALER IS SLOW IN DEALING WITH TWO RECALLS. ONE YEAR WAITING FOR AIR BAG RECALL SOLUTION AND NOW I'M TOLD "NO PARTS" FOR EMISSION CANISTER RECALL. WHY THE DELAY AT THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE CENTER?
WHILE DRIVING THE CAR ON THE FREEWAY THE GAS PEDAL PRESSED DOWN AND ACCELERATED ON ITS OWN. I WAS UNABLE TO USE THE BREAKS TO SLOW DOWN AND THE THROTTLE CONTROL LIGHT CAME ON. IT DID AFTER A MINUTE OR TWO STOP ACCELERATING AND WENT INTO LIMP MODE BUT THE THROTTLE CONTROL LIGHT SHUT OFF. I NOW HAVE THE CAR IN THE SHOP BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO PULL ANY CODES LIKE IT ERASED ITSELF FROM THE MEMORY.
MY 2015 CHRYSLER 300S HAS A DIAL GEAR SHIFT THAT WILL NOT GO INTO GEAR. I RESIDE IN ND AND THOUGHT IT WAS THE FRIGID WEATHER. THE CARS DIAL SHIFT WAS STUCK AND II HAD MY TWO CHILDREN WITH ME IN THE COLD -40 TEMP AND -30 WINDCHILL. I HAD TO WALK TO GET HELP AND LEAVE MY KIDS IN VEHICLE. AFTER BEING STUCK FOR 4 HRS, I TRIED IT AGAIN AND THE SHIFT WENT INTO GEAR. IT NEVER HAPPENED AGAIN UNTIL OCT 20TH AT 10:38 AM. THE WEATHER WAS NICE BUT THE SHIFT ONCE AGAIN LEFT MY KIDS AND I STRANDED AFTER PARKING AT A THRIFT STORE. AFTER SEVERAL TRIES AND 1 HR THE GEAR WORKED AGAIN. I'M A WIDOW WITH 2 UNDER AGE KIDS AND NEED A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND THIS IS NOT IT. THE RADIO CHANGES STATIONS WHEN IT WANTS, AND THE HEATED SEATS AND HEAT WORK WHEN USED. THE HEAT ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE WORKS WHEN IT FEELS BUT THE AIR DOES BLOW. THERE IS JUST NO HEAT!! FOR NORTH DAKOTA THAT'S NOT GOOD !! MY CAR IS CHRISTINE OR YOU BUILT A DANGEROUS UNSAFE CAR !! NOW, I HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE IT FIXED AND THE DIAL SHIFT WILL COST ME $400, THE SEATS $300, AND THE ELECTRIC PROBLEMS ARE STARTING AT $500 PER BISMARCK REPAIR SHOPS, INCLUDING CHRYSLER!! I AM TAKING MY CAR TO EIDE CHRYSLER OCTOBER 27TH AT 9 AM AND WILL HAVE TO PAY LABOR COSTS WITH WHATEVER EXTRA THEY CHARGE BECAUSE THIS VEHICLE WAS BUILT PPOR AND UNSAFE!! THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AND OFF BOTH TIMES. WHEN GETTING IN TO START IT , THE SHIFT WOULD NOT WORK. THE FIRST TIME WAS VERY COLD, THE SECOND WAS A NICE DAY. THERE'S NO RHYME OR REASON FOR THESE EXPERIENCES.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO RIVERSIDE AUTO SALES OF MARINETTE AND MENOMINEE INC (715-735-3361, LOCATED AT 4030 HALL AVE, MARINETTE, WI 54143) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT BACK TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 9,085.

THE CONTACT CALLED A LOCAL DEALER (MITCHELL AUTOMOTIVE LOCATED AT 1522 US 45 WEST POINT, MS 39773) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE REMEDY PARTS FOR THE RECALL WERE ON BACKORDER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE RECALL DETAILS WERE NOT PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE AND VIN WERE NOT AVAILABLE.
AC ON DRIVERS SIDE ONLY BLOWS COLD AIR. EVEN WHEN SYNC IS TURNED ON, PASSENGER SIDE WILL CHANGE IN TEMPERATURE, BUT DRIVERS SIDE WILL STILL BE COLD.
TAKATA INFLATOR I AM GETTING AN IMAGE OF ALL FOUR TIRES KEEPS INFLATING AND DEFLATING IN DIFFERENT AIR SIZE OF ALL FOR TIRES LIKE IT HAS MIND OF ITS OWN AND IT ACTS IF IT HAS AN AIR PUMP BUILT IN THE FRONT TIRES SAYS LEFT TIRE HAS 32 AND RIGHT TIRE HAS 33 THEN ALL IN A SUDDEN THE LEFT TIRES INFLATS AIR AND IT BECOMES 34 RIGHT SIDE STAYS THE SAME 33 THEN BACK TIRES DOES THE SAME THING IT GIVES ITS OWN AIR AND TAKES AWAY AIR ON THE OTHER SIDE. WHAT IS GOING ON IT SEEMS DANGEROUS AND THE IMAGE OF MY CAR IS ON DASH BROAD. IT WAS IN MOTION WHILE I AM DRIVING AND EVEN IF I PARK THE CAR IT CHANGES AIR LEVEL OF THE TIRES WHEN I AM DRIVING ON FREEWAY OR ON THE SIDE STREETS. I THINK ITS THE LEVELING I THOUGHT IT NEEDED AIR AND I PUT AIR AND IT CONTINUED TO PUT AIR ON ITS OWN AND TAKE AIR OUT ON ITS OWN. THERE IS A RECALL ON THE DATA SYSTEM DO YOU THINK THAT SOMEONE HAS GOTTEN INTO THE SYSTEM OF THE CAR? MY WIFE PULLED OUT OF THE GARAGE, FORGOT HER GLASSES, PULLED HALFWAY BACK INTO THE GARAGE , PUT THE CAR IN PARK. AS SHE WAS EXITING THE CAR, IT LUNGED FORWARD HITTING OUR GARAGE WALL. WE HAVE THE ROTARY DIAL SHIFTER ON THIS CAR. IT REMINDED ME OF THE ACTOR IN LOS ANGELES WHO GOT OUT OF HIS CAR TO GET HIS MAIL AND HIS JEEP WENT OUT OF PARK AND UNFORTUNATELY PINNED HIM AGAINST HIS FENCE AND WAS KILLED. I HAD THE CAR INTO SERVICE AND IT WAS INSPECTED BY THE DEALER AND ALSO AN INDEPENDENT ENGINEERING FIRM. I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM CHRYSLER SAYING THAT NOTHING WAS FOUND TO BE WRONG WITH THE CAR. I DON'T BELIEVE THIS AT ALL. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT CHRYSLER HAS AN ISSUE WITH THEIR ELECTRONIC SHIFTERS.
AT APPROX. 20000 MILES, THE ROTARY KNOB TO SHIFT THE TRANSMISSION WAS COMPLETELY FROZEN IN PLACE. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, AND REPEATEDLY TURNING CAR ON AND OFF, THE VEHICLE ENGAGED. VEHICLE AT THE TIME OF THIS INCIDENT WAS PARKED ON MY DRIVEWAY.

THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT BODY SHOP, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE DEALER (NORTHLAND CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM, 14100 W 8 MILE RD, OAK PARK, MI 48237 (248) 398-8200) WAS CONTACTED AND DID NOT OFFER A DIAGNOSIS FOR THE AIR BAGS. IVE OWNED MY 300C FOR LESS THAN A YEAR AND ALL OF THE SUDDDEN MY A/C CONTROL FROM THE DRIVERS SIDE ONLY CAME OUT COLD WHEN I HAD IT ON HIGH BUT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE DID COME OUT HOT I DONT KNOW IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE HAPPENED LAST MONTH AND IT STILL DOESNT WORK
CLUSTER FAILURE WHILE DRIVING ON THE INTERSTATE AT 65MPH. THIS HAPPENED AT APPROX. 45K AND NOW AT 75K (MILEAGE). THE MODULE IS COMPLETELY NOT OPERATING, CONSTANTLY FLICKERS AND BLACKS OUT. NO FUEL MONITORING, TIRE PRESSURE, ENGINE COOLANT TEMP., ETC. PLEASE INVESTIGATE QUALITY AND MANUFACTURING TO RECALL THIS ITEM. ALSO, THE 2015 CHALLENGER HAS BEEN RECALLED FOR THE SAME ISSUE, FYI.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE BUT DECLINED TO COVER THE REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000.

AN ERROR MESSAGE APPEARED INDICATING TO PUT THE VEHICLE IN PARK. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHERE THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 33,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

I PURCHASED MY 2015 CHRYSLER 300 LIMITED TWO DAYS SHORT OF A MONTH. I BOUGHT IT USED FROM CARMAX, WITH 15K MILES. I HAVE PUT ON ABOUT 1K MILES SO FAR, AND I AM NOTICING A BURNING SMELL - LIKE HEATED CERAMIC, WHILE INSIDE THE CAR WHEN I AM STATIONARY, AFTER THE CAR HAS BEEN DRIVEN FOR ABOUT AN HOUR (HIGHWAY AND STREET). SMELL IS MORE NOTICEABLE OUTSIDE THE CAR (AFTER I PARK) AND WHEN I LOOKED UNDER THE HOOD FOR POSSIBLE LEAKS - NO LEAKS PRESENT, BUT THE SMELL IS COMING FROM THE DRIVER'S SIDE OF THE ENGINE. I HAVE ALSO NOTICED THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS SHIFTING A LITTLE HARDER BETWEEN GEARS (NOT BY MUCH, BUT NOTICEABLE FROM HOW IT DROVE A MONTH AGO OFF THE LOT). USE THE VEHICLE FOR COMMUTE TO WORK AND RUNNING AROUND TOWN. I DON'T RACE THE ENGINE, AND TRY TO KEEP THE GAS MPG AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE (LIGHT GAS PEDAL FOOT). CONCERNED THAT I SEE THERE WERE RECALLS FOR THE ALTERNATOR ON PREVIOUS MODEL YEARS - BURNING UP AND CAUSING FIRES. ALTERNATOR IS IN THE SAME AREA AS THE SMELL. NO RECALLS OR COMPLAINTS ON FILE FOR THIS SITUATION FOR MY YEAR AND MODEL.
ON A LEVEL SURFACE WITH AND WITHOUT THE AUTO RUNNING, SEAT BELTS ARE FULLY EXTENDED, AND WILL NOT RETRACT.
I PURCHASED A 2015 CHRYSLER 300 IN MAY OF 2015 BRAND NEW; ON APRIL 18,2016 I SWERVED TO KEEP FROM HITTING A DEER IN WHICH THE VEHICLE ROLLED OVER TWICE. I CONTACTED CHRYSLER ABOUT THE CONCERN OF THE AIRBAGS NOT IMPLODING. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN CLASSIFIED AS 'TOTALED.' I KNEW BEFORE I HAD EVEN CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER, THAT THEY WOULD USE THE SENSORS AS NOT HAVING ANY PROBLEMS. I THINK THAT CHRYSLER SHOULD AT LEAST OFFER ME SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION FOR WHAT THIS VEHICLE COST; A LIFE COULD HAVE BEEN LOST (SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN'T REPLACE) DON'T YOU AGREE THAT SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION SHOULD BE GIVEN?
RUNNING HEADLIGHTS ARE TOO BRIGHT. SINCE THE PURCHSE OF THIS VEHICLE I AM CONSTANTLY HAVING OTHER DRIVERS FLICK THEIR HEADLIGHTS ON AT ME TO INFORM ME MY BRIGHT LIGHTS ARE ON, WHICH THEY ARE NOT! I JUST HAD AN INCIDENT LAST NIGHT, A DRIVER IN FRONT OF ME THOUGHT I WAS RUNNING MY BRIGHT LIGHTS ON, THE DRIVER PULLED OFF THE ROAD AND GOT BEHIND ME WITH THEIR BRIGHT LIGHTS ON AS A WAY OF LETTING ME KNOW, THIS DRIVER WAS APPROX 10 INCHES OFF OF MY BUMPER DOING 50 MPH. PLEASE OFFER A DIMMER BULB. THIS ISSUE WILL INSUE "ROAD RAGE" FROM OTHER DRIVERS!

MY 2015 CHRYSLER 300S MODEL WITH LESS THEN 300 MILES ON IT HAS SERVER CORROSION DUE TO HEAVY RUSTING ON AND AROUND THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER CONTROL ARMS AND BOLTS AND BUSHINGS. I LIVE IN TEXAS AND THE VEHICLE HASNT BEEN EXPOSED TO ANY HARSH CLIMATES WITHIN THE TWO WEEKS OF OWNERSHIP. THE VEHICLE HAD APPROXIMATELY 100 MILES (TEST DRIVE MILES) WHEN PURCHASED. FROM THE RESEARCH I HAVE DONE THERE ARE SEVERAL LATE MODEL CHRYSLER'S 300 WITH THE SAME RUSTING ISSUE, IN SOME CASES SEVER CRASHES HAVE BEEN REPORTED DUE TO SUSPENSION BREAKING FROM RUST CORROSION.
THE ENTIRE FRONT SUSPENSION HAS MAJOR RUSTING AND WAS NOTICED A WEEK AFTER PURCHASE. THE VEHICLE IS BRAND NEW AND AT THE TIME OF NOTICING THE RUST, IT HAD LESS THAN 200 MILES. I DO NOT LEAVE IN AN AREA THAT THE CAR HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO ANY ROAD SALT OR DE-ICING AGENT. THE RUST APPEARS TO MORE THAN JUST SURFACE RUSTING AND HAS CAUSED ALL THE BOLTS, BUSHING AND CONTROL ARMS TO HAVE MAJOR RUST AND IN SOME PARTS THE METAL IS FLAKING. I FEEL THE SAFETY OF MYSELF AND MY PASSENGERS ARE AT RISK AND NEVER HAVE SEEN THIS AMOUNT OF CORROSION ON A VEHICLE, MUCH LESS A BRAND NEW ONE

CAR SHIFT HARSH WHEN STOPING OR COMING TO A STOP. DEALER SAYS ITS PART OF LEARNING PROCESS. MY CAR NOW HAS 45K MILES.FIRST COMPLAINT WAS AROUND 1000 MILES. EVERYTIME I TAKE THE CAR TO THE DEALER THEY ALWAYS SAY THE SAME THING.
WHILE WALKING OUT OF THE STORE THE CAR WOULD NOT UNLOCK BY USING THE FOB. WHEN I OPENED IT MANUALLY AND PUSHED THE UNLOCK BUTTON, IT STILL WOULD NOT UNLOCK. I HAD TO HAVE EVERYONE CLIMB IN THROUGH MY DOOR TO GET TO THEIR SEATS. THE NEXT DAY THE CAR WOULD NOT LOCK WITH THE FOB AND BY MANUALLY PUSHING THE BUTTONS. I HAVE NOW TAKEN IT IN TWICE AND THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIX IT. AT RANDOM TIMES AND DAYS THE DOORS EITHER DO NOT UNLOCK, THEY WILL LOCK AND NOT LET PEOPLE OUT, OR THE TRUNK WILL NOT OPEN. IT HAPPENS WITH THE FOB OR BY PUSHING THE MANUAL BUTTONS. FOR BEING A BRAND NEW CAR IT HAS BEEN VERY FRUSTRATING THAT NO SOLUTION HAS BEEN FOUND. IT HAS STAYED AT THE DEALER FOR 3 WEEKS AND AFTER GETTING IT BACK NOT 2 WEEKS HAVE PASSED WHERE IT HAPPENED AGAIN. I JUST TOOK IT IN AGAIN THIS WEEK AND RECEIVED IT BACK SO I AM WAITING TO SEE IF IT IS FIXED OR IF IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN.
MY REAR SUNROOF EXPLODED. I WAS DRIVING DOWN A HIGHWAY AT APPROXIMATELY 55 MILES AN HOUR ON AN OVERCAST DAY WITH AN OUTDOOR TEMPERATURE OF APPROXIMATELY 52 DEGREES (F). MY WINDOWS WERE ALL CLOSED. WHILE DRIVING I HEARD A BIG BANG, AND WITHIN SECONDS I NOTICED THAT ME REAR SUNROOF HAD A LARGE HOLE IN IT. I IMMEDIATELY DROVE THE CAR DEALERSHIP WHERE I HAD PURCHASED THE CAR 15 MONTHS AGO. THEY INSPECTED THE DAMAGE AND NOTED THAT IT WAS AN OUTWARD EXPLOSION AS THE REMAINING GLASS IN THE SUNROOF WAS PUSHED OUT, NOT IN. THEY ALSO INSPECTED THE CAR FOR ANY SIGNS THAT SOMETHING MIGHT HAVE EXPLODED WITHIN THE CAR AND SHOT THROUGH THE ROOF - THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO SUCH SIGNS. THE CAR DEALERSHIP CONTACTED CHRYSLER TO SEE IF THEY WOULD COVER THE DAMAGE AS IT WAS OBVIOUSLY THE RESULT OF SUBSTANDARD GLASS OR A DESIGN FLAW. CHRYSLER DENIED COVERAGE. I SEARCHED THE INTERNET FOR EXPLODING SUNROOFS AND FOUND OUT THAT MY EXPERIENCE WASN'T UNIQUE. THERE WERE MANY ACCOUNTS OF OTHER SUCH INCIDENCES, AND EVEN SOME RECALLS BY ONE OR TWO CAR MANUFACTURERS. MY CONCERNS ARE: 1) SAFETY. I WAS ALONE IN THE CAR, AND WAS NOT HURT. HOWEVER, I'M NOT SURE IF I HAD BACKSEAT PASSENGERS IF THEY WOULD HAVE ESCAPED INJURY. I AM ALSO CONCERNED ABOUT MY SAFETY IF THE FRONT SUNROOF (OVER MY HEAD) WOULD HAVE EXPLODED INSTEAD OF THE REAR SUNROOF. 2) RESPONSIBILITY. THE DENIAL OF ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS INCIDENT BY CHRYSLER IS TROUBLING. I STILL HAVE THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY AND EVEN PURCHASED EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR THIS VEHICLE. THIS EXPLOSION WAS OBVIOUSLY CREATED BY A DESIGN FLAW OR THE USE OF SUBSTANDARD GLASS. 3) COST. THOUGH NO FAULT OF MY OWN, I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RATHER EXPENSIVE REPAIR. *TR
