I HAVE TWO RECALLS ON THIS VEHICLE FOR THE SAME THING (R03). ONE IN MAY AND ONE IN DECEMBER FOR THE WIRELESS IGNITION NODE MODULE. I HAVE CONTACTED THE DEALER MANY TIMES AND TOLD THAT CHRYSLER IS NOT SENDING THEM THE PARTS. I WENT FROM SEVEN(7) ON THEIR LIST TO FIX IT ON 11-2-15 TO 10 ON THEIR LIST ON 12-28-15. ANOTHER DEALER IN THE ST.CLAIR/PORT HURON,MICHIGAN AREA TOLD ME I WOULD BE 200 ON THEIR LIST. THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMIN. DOES NOT CARE IF WE GET KILLED OR NOT. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TO US YET BUT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN WRITTEN DOWN FOR OUR LAW SUIT IF NEEDED BY OUR KIDS. COME ON GOV. GET OFF YOUR DUFFS AND DO SOMETHING.

VEHICLE STALLS ON A FREQUENT, DAILY BASIS. TODAY, IT STALLED THREE TIMES IN AN HOUR PERIOD. THIS STARTED HAPPENING THREE WEEKS AGO AT 76, 600 MILES. THE TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT WOULD COME ON AND THE CAR LOSES POWER FOR STEERING AND BRAKES. THE RADIO STAYS ON. TODAY, I WAS ABLE TO SHIFT INTO NEUTRAL AND RESTART THE CAR, WHILE THE CAR WAS STILL MOVING. THE THIRD STALL WAS IN HEAVY TRAFFIC AND IT BARELY TURNED OVER. VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT BACK TO DEALER ON 4/22/15 FOR FAILING THE EMISSION TEST AND THE STALLING ISSUE. THEY COULDN'T REPLICATE IT AND THE VEHICLE DIDN'T QUALIFY FOR ANY RECALLS. I AM DROPPING IT OFF AT THE DEALER THIS AFTERNOON FOR ANOTHER INSPECTION. BTW, THERE ARE NO CODES IN THE COMPUTER NOR DO ANY SYSTEM WARNING APPEAR ON MY IN-DASH COMMUNICATIONS SCREEN. I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO CHRYSLER CORPORATE CARE AND HAVE A REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THE COMPLAINT REPORT.

OUR AIRBAG LIGHT CAME ON AND I HAD DEALERSHIP DIAGNOSE THE MINIVAN. TO MY SURPRISE THE CAUSE OF THE LIGHT ACCORDING THE DEALERSHIP IS WHEN DRIVER HAD MOVED THE SEAT BACKWARD THE WIRES GOT DAMAGED AND THAT CAUSED THE AIR BAG LIGHT TO COME ON. ACCORDING TO THE SERVICE ADVISER JAY AT ED VOLYES CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE DEALERSHIP FIX WAS TO REPLACE WIRES AS AIR BAG WILL NOT FUNCTION IN CASE OF ACCIDENT. DEALERSHIP CHARGED FOR 3 HOURS OF LABOR AND DIAGNOSIS CHARGES PLUS PART. PROBLEM COULD COME BACK AGAIN FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND AS SEATS ARE DESIGNED SO WE CAN MOVE IT AROUND (FRONT, BACK, UP, DOWN, ETC) ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING LONG DISTANCE AND IF YOU TAKE A BREAK TO RELAX. I THINK CHRYSLER SHOULD BE PAYING FOR WORK AND DOING RESEARCH ON WHY THIS HAPPENING.

I STARTED RECEIVING RECALL NOTICES IN MAY OF 2015 FOR MY VEHICLE. THE RECALL NOTICE IS R03/NHTSA 14V-373 INVOLVING THE IGNITION KEY. EVERY TIME I CALL THE DEALER, ZIEGLER CHRYSLER DODGE IN DOWNERS GROVE ILLINOIS, THEY TELL ME THAT THEY ARE WAITING ON THE PARTS, THAT I AM ON THE LIST AND THAT THEY WILL CALL ME AS SOON AS THEY RECEIVE THE PARTS. AFTER A YEAR OF WAITING I AM FRUSTRATED. I THINK THAT IF THERE IS A SAFETY RECALL, THEN THERE SHOULD BE PRESSURE ON THE MANUFACTURE AND DEALERS TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. THANK YOU

OUR 2010 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY ONLY HAS 55,444 MILES AND WAS MAKING A BUZZING/HUMMING NOISE. SO WE TOOK IT TO TWO DIFFERENT MECHANICS AND WAS TOLD THAT THE TRANSMISSION DIFFERENTIAL BEARINGS NEED TO BE REPLACED/REBUILT. CALLED CHRYSLER TWICE AND GOT NO HELP AT ALL. ALSO CALLED AND WENT TO NISSAN OF DENVILLE NJ, THE DEALER THAT WE GOT IT FROM 17 MONTHS AGO AND ALSO GOT NO HELP AT ALL. *TR
EXPERIENCED POWER STEERING FAILURE (FEELING WAS COMPLETE LOSS OF STEERING) IN FOLLOWING CONDITION. WHILE DRIVING AT ABOUT 40-45 MPH AND COMING TO MIDDLE LANE FOR MAKING A LEFT TURN APPROACHING RED LIGHT. ESC LIGHT CAME ON. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE ON THIS VEHICLE. ROAD CONDITION: DRY. I AM WORRIED THAT VEHICLE MAY LOOSE COMPLETE CONTROL IF THIS HAPPENS AT HIGHWAY DRIVING SPEED. DURING BOTH INCIDENT, USE THE KEY TO TURN OFF THE IGNITION AND POWER THE VEHICLE BACK ON AND IT STARTED FUNCTIONING AS INTENDED.
