THE CAR ENGINE WAS RUNNING BUT I WAS STOPPED AND THE ENGINE JUST SHUT OFF, I THOUGHT I HIT THE IGNITION KEY WITH MY KNEE. I TURNED IT BACK ON AND IT SHUT OFF AGAIN, TURNED IT BACK ON AND ALL OK. EARLY FEBRUARY THE ENGINE JUST STOPPED WHILE WIFE WAS DRIVING ABOUT 40 MPH., IT HAPPENED TWICE MORE TO HER AND TWO TIME TO ME, EACH TIME SHORTLY AFTER LEAVING HOME AND GOING ABOUT 40 MPH. DEALER CHARGED $536 TO FIX RECEIVER, TRASMTR, & TRIM RING. CAR ENGINE HAS STOPPED TWICE SINCE, BEEN BACK TO DEALER TWICE AND THEY FOUND NOTHING WRONG. THERE WAS A RECALL ON THE WIN MODULE DETEN RING ISSUED 6-16-11 AND MY CAR'S WAS REPLACED ON 7-29-11. THE SYSTEMS OF ENGINE SHUTTING OFF WERE SAME WITH RECALL AS HAPPENING NOW WITH OUR CAR AND INVOLVED THE FOB AREA WHICH WE PAID TO HAVE FIXED AND IT ISN'T. WE WERE TOLD THE VIN WILL SHOW CAR NOT FIXED SO I CAN'T EVEN TRADE IT IN AND IT IS STILL A DANGER TO DRIVE. FOUND PEOPLE WITH SIMILAR COMPLAINT ON EDMONDS.COM. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STALLED. THE CONTACT HAD INADVERTENTLY TOUCHED THE KEY FOB WITH HIS KNEE, CAUSING THE KEY IN THE IGNITION TO TURN FROM START TO ACCESSORY MODE. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWICE. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE CONTACT REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 11V139000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:IGNITION) BUT WAS ADVISED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY RECALLS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 64,100.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE REQUIRED A LONGER STOPPING DISTANCE WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE FAILURE RECURRED WHENEVER THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 73,000.
THE ENGINE DIES WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN OPERATION. IT HAPPENED ON BOTH DECEMBER 15 AND DECEMBER 17. THE FIRST TIME WAS I WAS DRIVING IN TOWN AT ABOUT 30 MPH. THE SECOND TIME WAS ON THE HIGHWAY AT 55 MPH. I WAS ABLE TO PULL OFF THE ROAD BOTH TIMES WITH SOME DIFFICULTY SINCE THE POWER STEERING AND BRAKES WEREN'T WORKING. AFTER PULLING OVER, I WAS ABLE TO START THE CAR AGAIN. THE LOCAL DEALER IN TERRE HAUTE, IN INFORMED US THAT SINCE THEIR DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE DID NOT INDICATE A PROBLEM THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND ANY FIXES THAT ARE NOT INDICATED AS NECESSARY BY THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY. *TR
IGNITION SWITCH WOULD NOT TURN THE CAR ON AND HAD TO BE TOWED. *JS
THE VEHICLE APPEARS TO BE STALLING WHILE IN MOTION. THE STEERING WHEEL, BRAKES, AND GAS PEDAL ALL LOCK UP LEAVING THE DRIVER UNABLE TO CONTROL THE VEHICLE IN ANY WAY. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON AT LEAST 10 OCCASIONS. THE LOCAL CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP ATTEMPTED TO FIX THE VEHICLE, BUT WAS UNABLE. CORPORATE WAS NOTIFIED AND SENT OUT A CORPORATE MECHANIC WHO WAS ALSO UNABLE TO FIX THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE HAS LOCKED THREE ADDITIONAL TIMES (SINCE THE LAST ATTEMPTED REPAIR) AND BOTH THE DEALERSHIP (WHO IS NOW REFUSING TO SERVICE THE VEHICLE) AND CORPORATE (WHO HAVE NOT RETURNED CALLS OR EMAILS) HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. AFTER CONDUCTING AN INTERNET SEARCH I SEE THAT THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED ISSUE--IT HAS BEEN REPORTED MULTIPLE TIMES TO THE NHTSA AS WELL AS ON OTHER WEBSITES. THIS IS A DANGEROUS AND DEFECTIVE VEHICLE. CHRYSLER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THIS DEFECT ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AND IS NOT DOING ENOUGH TO PROTECT THE SAFETY OF ITS CONSUMERS. *TR
TRAVELING IN RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC WHEN THE CHEVY SILVERADO APPLIED HIS BRAKES ALL OF A SUDDEN. TRIED TO CHANGE LANES, BUT COULDN'T AS THERE WAS CARS PRESENT. HIT THE SILVERADO IN THE MIDDLE TO DRIVERS SIDE FRONT END. BEING THE MAIN POINT OF CONTACT. YET THE DRIVERS AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CAR WAS TOTALED, AS THE FRAME WAS BENT AND THERE WAS EXTENSIVE DAMAGED TO THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. *TR
THIS VEHICLE HAS 40000 MILES ON IT. APPROXIMATELY AFTER A MONTH OF OWNING IT, THE TMPS VALVE STEM BROKE OFF THE TIRE WHILE REFILLING WITH AIR. THE SENSOR HAS NOW BROKEN OFF THREE SEPARATE TIRES. I RESEARCHED WHETHER THIS WAS AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH THESE VEHICLES AND FOUND OUT THAT IS HAS BEEN. WHY IS NOTHING BEING DONE ABOUT THIS? WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF SOMEONE WAS DRIVING ON THE ROAD WHEN THIS HAPPENED? THESE VALVE STEMS ARE ALUMINUM, NOT RUBBER AND THEY CORRODE QUICKLY. ALSO, THEY ARE NOT CHEAP TO REPLACE APPROX. $100 EA. SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT THIS BEFORE THERE ARE SERIOUS INJURIES OR DEATHS FROM FAULTY EQUIPMENT. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL, IT TRAVELED ABNORMALLY TO THE FLOORBOARD. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE BRAKES REQUIRED REPLACEMENT EVERY THREE MONTHS. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE DOOR FAILED TO LOCK. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THERE WAS SMOKE COMING FROM UNDERNEATH THE FRONT OF THE HOOD AND DISCOVERED THERE WAS ANTIFREEZE LEAKING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 88,000.
VAN PURCHASED BRAND NEW IN FEBRUARY 2011. HAVE HAD BRAKES REPLACED ONCE UNDER CHRYSLER BRAKE RECALL/REPAIR PROGRAM. REPLACED INITIALLY AT APPROX 16000 MILES. NOW BRAKES HAVE FAILED AGAIN WITH IMPROPER STOPPING AT 30 MPH RESULTING IN GRINDING, SQUEAL, AND EXCESS VIBRATION WHICH SCARED ME AT TIME OF STOP. *TR
ON 6 OCCASIONS SO FAR, MY VAN HAS DIED WITH NO WARNING WHILE I HAVE BEEN DRIVING IN TRAFFIC. THE ENGINE LIGHT HAS NEVER COME ON TO INDICATE ANY PROBLEMS. ON THE FIRST 3 OCCASIONS I WAS DRIVING STRAIGHT IN COMPLETELY DRY CONDITIONS WHEN THE ANTI SLIP INDICATOR CAME ON, STAYED ON, AND THEN THE VAN DIED. ON THE LAST 3 OCCASIONS NO INDICATORS CAME ON. THE VAN JUST DIED WITH NO WARNING. WE WERE PART OF THE 11V139000 RECALL, BUT ALL OF THE INCIDENTS OF THE VAN DIEING HAS HAPPENED SINCE THAT RECALL. AS I INVESTIGATED THIS PROBLEM ON THE INTERNET I RECEIVED OVER 53,000 HITS FROM 2010 TOWN AND COUNTRY OWNERS EXPERIENCING THIS SAME PROBLEM. WHEN WILL CHRYSLER BE REQUIRED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS PROBLEM AND FIX IT BEFORE A MAJOR ACCIDENT AFFECTS MY FAMILY? 11V139000 RECALL ANTI SLIP LIGHT STUCK ON. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER INSERTING THE KEY IN THE IGNITION, THE VEHICLE WOULD START AND STALLED IMMEDIATELLY AFTER. ALSO, WHEN DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 50 TO 60 MPH THE VEHICLE WOULD STALL WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS. THE CONTACT WOULD HAVE TO PLACE THE VEHICLE IN PARK AND RESTART IT. THE VEHICLE WAS LATER TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE IGNITION MODULE FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND THEY OFFERED HIM CASH ASSISTANCE TOWARDS THE REPAIR. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 37,000.

AFTER PUTTING SOME MILEAGE ON THE VEHICLE, I START TO NOTICE UNEVEN WEAR ON THE TIRES THIS IS WITH GOING TO THE DEALER EVERY 3,000 MILES OR EVERY 3 MONTHS FOR THEIR RECOMMENDED OIL CHANGES, AND TIRE ROTATIONS. I ALSO NOTICE A CRACK ON THE SIDEWALL I SPOKE TO THE DEALER THEY SAID IT IS NOT COVERED. I WAS UPSET IT IS A NEW VEHICLE WITH ABOUT 6000 MILES, THEY REFUSE TO SEEK ANY FREE FIX. AT THIS TIME AS I DRIVE THE VEHICLE I CAN FEEL THE ROADS EVERY IMPERFECTION DUE TO THE EARLY PREMATURE WEAR OF THE TIRES. *TR
OCTOBER 1, 2012 STARTED WITH DEAD BATTERY. AFTER PICKING UP "FIXED" VEHICLE AFTER TWO WEEKS AND ATTEMPTING TO DRIVE OFF LOT, THE VAN WOULD NOT GO OUT OF PARK. AFTER PLAYING WITH IT, IT FINALLY WENT INTO GEAR. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. RETURNED VAN - IT WOULD NOT GO INTO PARK. NOW DECEMBER 13. VAN STILL IN REPAIR. HAVE REPLACED TIPM TWICE AND PCM. $1,600. CHRYSLER SAYS THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A PROBLEM BEFORE. *TR

THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER SHIFTING THE GEAR LEVER INTO PARK AND ATTEMPTING TO TURN THE VEHICLE OFF. THE KEY FAILED TO EJECT FROM THE IGNITION AND REMAINED IN THE ON POSITION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER BUT THE CONTACT WAS UNSURE ABOUT THE REPAIRS PERFORMED. THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V373000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, AIR BAGS) HOWEVER, THE PART NEEDED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000.
THE VEHICLE HAD A COMPLETE LOSS OF POWER. THIS HAS HAD ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. I CANNOT STEER OR BRAKE OR DO ANYTHING. I CANNOT START IT FROM NEUTRAL. I HAVE TO PUT IT IN PARK TURN IT OFF AND RESTART IT. IT HAS HAPPENED WHILE GOING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AND PULLING OUT INTO INTERSECTIONS. I'M REALLY AFRAID IT'S GOING TO CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. THIS STARTING HAPPENING AFTER MY THE KEY FOB RECALL WORK WAS COMPLETED. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD. *TR

HEADLIGHTS FLASHED QUICKLY THEN WOULD NOT COME BACK ON WHEN STARTING THE VEHICLE, IT HAS HAPPENED 3 OR 4 TIMES INTERMITTENTLY. MOVING THE SWITCH MAKES NOT DIFFERENT AND SHUTTING OFF THE VEHICLE AND RESTARTING MAKES NO DIFFERENCE AS WELL. *TR

AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE AXLE BROKE CAUSING THE WHEEL WELL AND THE TIRE TO BE JAMMED UP INTO THE SIDE. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED. THE POLICE WAS NOTIFIED AND A REPORT WAS AVAILABLE IF NEEDED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE AXLE, THE FRONT SUSPENSION AND TIRE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE ARM AS A RESULT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 32,000.
REAR BRAKE ROTORS WARPED AFTER 13.000 MILES. CHRYSLER SAYS ONLY FRONT BRAKE WARPING COVERED BY SPECIAL EXTENDED WARRANTY. *TR

THE CONTACT ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE THE FOLLOWING DAY, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE DEALER COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE, BUT THEY REPLACED THE OXYGEN SENSOR AND BATTERY. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 11V139000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 74,123.
ENGINE IS USING EXCESSIVE OIL WITH NO OBVIOUS BURNING THROUGH EXHAUST OR LEAKS ON THE GROUND. VEHICLE NOW HAS 71,000 ON IT AND USES QUART OF OIL EVERY 500 OR SO MILES. VEHICLE SEEMS TO RUN FINE, JUST USES OIL. *TR
FRONT AND REAR DISC BRAKES SEEM TO BE UNDERSIZED FOR THE WEIGHT OF THE VEHICLE. HAVE REPLACED BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS MULTIPLE TIMES AND CAN'T GET MORE THAN APPROXIMATELY 10,000 MILES OUT OF THEM. EVEN NEW, ON RELATIVELY SHORT ROAD TRIPS, THE BRAKES GET EXTREMELY HOT AND START TO FADE AND CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO SHUDDER WHEN BRAKING. THE BRAKES GET SO HOT, THEY'VE DESTROYED THE CHROME CLADDING ON THE ALLOY WHEELS. CONTACTED CHRYSLER AND THEIR ONLY RECOMMENDATION WAS TO INSTALL "HIGH PERFORMANCE" BRAKE PADS. I HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT PADS TO NO AVAIL. I CURRENTLY HAVE VENTED, DRILLED AND SLOTTED ROTORS WHICH SEEMS TO HELP BUT STILL DOESN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THE 2010 VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH 12" ROTORS WHILE THE NEWER VEHICLES OF THE SAME SIZE AND WEIGHT ARE EQUIPPED WITH 13" ROTORS. WHEN ASKED, CHRYSLER SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE A BRAKE RETROFIT FOR THE OLDER VANS TO INSTALL LARGER BRAKES.
HEADLIGHTS DID NOT COME ON AT NIGHT AFTER STARTING ENGINE. THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS. IT IS INTERMITTENT AND THE LIGHTS WILL BE NORMAL FOR A WEEK OR TWO OR THREE AND THEN THE PROBLEM OCCURS AGAIN. SEVERAL HOURS OR THE NEXT MORNING AFTER A PROBLEM ALL IS NORMAL. SOMETIMES AFTER STARTING THE HEADLIGHTS FLASH ON AND OFF. WE ARE AFRAID TO BE AWAY FROM HOME AT NIGHT IN THIS VAN. AFTER READING THE NUMEROUS SIMILAR COMPLAINTS AND CONSIDERING THE SAFETY IMPLICATIONS WITH THIS PROBLEM I AM AMAZED THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO RECALL. *TR

THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V373000 (AIR BAGS AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) AND STATED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME TO SCHEDULE THE RECALL REPAIR. THE DEALER DID NOT GIVE A SPECIFIC DATE FOR WHEN THE PART WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE WHEN THE VEHICLE WOULD BE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER COULD NOT PROVIDE AN ESTIMATED DATE FOR WHEN THE VEHICLE WOULD RECEIVE THE RECALL REPAIR. AT FIRST I NOTICED THAT THE AUTO HEADLIGHTS DID NOT COME ON IN MY DARKENED GARAGE LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. THEN WHEN I TURNED THE LIGHTS ON, THE HEADLIGHTS STILL DID NOT COME ON. ONCE THE CAR HAD BEEN TURNED ON AND OFF A FEW TIMES AND A FEW HOURS LATER, THE LIGHTS WORKED AGAIN. THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 OTHER TIMES, IN A VERY INTERMITTENT FASHION. ONCE THE LIGHTS CAME BACK ON IMMEDIATELY AFTER TURNING THE CAR OFF AND ON. ANOTHER TIME, THE LIGHTS REMAINED OFF EVEN AFTER TURNING THE CAR ON AND OFF. THE RIGHT SLIDING DOOR WHEN ACTIVATED WOULD START TO OPEN. WHEN ABOUT HALF WAY OPEN IT WOULD START TO SHUTTER AND WOULD CLOSE AGAIN. IF SOMEONE WAS STARTING TO GET OUT THE DOOR, THE DOOR WOULD HIT THEM. THE DEALERSHIP THIS VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED FROM TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT , BUT THEY COULD FIX THEM FOR $350 PER DOOR. AFTER READING OF RECALL K 14 THAT CHRYSLER WAS CAMPAIGNING IN OCT 2010, I MANUALLY MOVED MY WIRING HARNESS IN THE LOWER DOOR WELL. THIS RESULTED IN A TEMPORARY FIX. NOW I MUST MOVE IT PERIODICALLY TO HAVE THE DOOR OPERATE PROPERLY. JUST RECENTLY, THE LEFT DOOR STARTED TO ACT THE SAME WAY. MY GRANDCHILDREN HAVE GOTTEN HIT BY THE ERRATIC ACTION SEVERAL TIMES BUT NEVER WERE PHYSICALLY INJURED. THIS VEHICLE HAS A BUILD DATE OF 08-09. DRIVING AND SUDDENLY THE HEADLIGHTS START FLICKERING ON AND OFF AND BRIGHT AND DIM. IT WAS HAPPENING INDIVIDUALLY, SO ONE LIGHT MAY BE ON AND THE OTHER ONE OFF. MY VAN HAS BEEN SHAKING UPON BRAKING AND RECENTLY HAS BEGUN MAKING A RUBBING NOISE. WHEN TAKEN IN FOR A BRAKE INSPECTION THEY SAID THAT MY REAR BRAKES AND ROTORS ALREADY NEED REPLACED AND THAT IT WAS UNCOMMON FOR NEWER VEHICLES WITH 30,000 MILES ON IT TO NEED REPLACEMENTS AND THAT I SHOULD CHECK TO SEE IF IT HAS BEEN RECALLED. IT HAS NOT BEEN, HOWEVER, I HAVE NOTICED NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS THAT IT'S HAPPENING TO MANY OWNERS. I LOVE MY VAN, AND WOULD LOVE FOR CHRYSLER TO STEP UP AND REPLACE THE FAULTY BRAKE SYSTEM. *JS
A FEW MONTHS AGO A SQUEAKING NOISE BEGAN ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. AT THE END OF MARCH I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEARLERSHIP TO HAVE THE SQUEAK LOOKED AT AS WELL AS HAVE THE FRONT BRAKES AND ROTORS REPLACED (AT THE TIME THE VEHICLES MILEAGE WAS 22,160). SERVICE ADVISOR REPORTED THAT THE SQUEAKING WAS LIKELY THE RESULT OF THE REAR BRAKES AND WAS NOT UNCOMMON. THE SQUEAK HAS CONTINUED. SET UP ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR MAY 17TH TO HAVE THE VEHICLE INSPECTED AGAIN. SERVICE ADVISOR ADVISED THAT THE SQUEAKING ISSUE IS INDEED STILL THE REAR BRAKES, THEY ARE NOT BAD AND THE PADS ARE HALF GONE BUT DOES NOT RECOMMEND THAT THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED AT THIS TIME. AS OF JUNE 19TH, THE SQUEAK CONTINUES AND AT TIMES GET'S WORSE. WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS WHY THE BRAKES SQUEAK WHEN I AM NOT EVEN PRESSING ON THE BRAKE PEDAL. CHRYSLER REPLACED THE FRONT BRAKES, WHY ARE THEY NOT REPLACING THE REAR BRAKES WHICH OBVIOUSLY HAD MORE WEAR AND TEAR DUE TO THE FRONT BRAKE ISSUE THEY DID ADDRESS. CHRYSLER NEEDS TO ADMIT FAULT ON THIS ISSUE AS WELL. *JS
