THE FAILURE CAME SUDDENLY. ONE DAY, WHILE DRIVING, THE AIRBAG LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THEN WAS EXTINGUISHED A FEW MINUTES AFTER. THE SECOND OR THIRD TIME IT ON REMAINED LIT PERMANENTLY. I IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE GARAGE IN WHICH I BOUGHT THE CAR ON OCCASION. COULD FIND THE FAILURE. HE ASKED ME TO GO DIRECTLY TO THE CHRYSLER DEALER. THE FAILURE HAS NOT REPAIRED, EVEN THE CRUISE CONTROL AND THE HORN ARE INOPERATIVE. I CAN NO LONGER TAKE THE VEHICLE. I CALLED THE CHRYSLER DEALER IN REGION TO TALK HIM ABOUT IT. HE TOLD ME THAT THIS FAILURE, WITHOUT ANY OTHER FAILURE WILL BE CHARGED AROUND 300-350 EUROS BECAUSE MY CAR IS NO LONGER ON SAFETY WARRANTY AND IT IS ALSO NOT AFFECTED BY THE RECALL OF THE CHRYSLER VOYAGER FOR THOSE SAME FAILURES. THE CHARGE IS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR ME. IT IS THEN I TRY TO FIND HELP ON INTERNET THAT I CAME ACROSS YOUR WEBSITE. THAT IS MY ENTIRE PROBLEM. THREE MAJOR PROBLEMS: 1 - AIRBAG LIGHT ILLUMINATED PERMANENTLY 2 - SPEED CONTROL (CRUISE CONTROL) NON FUNCTIONAL 3 - HORN INOPERATIVE

I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT 24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASING A BRAND NEW CHRYSLER VOYAGER, I FIND OUT THAT THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT ELEMENT IN AUTO SAFETY IN THE INSTANCE OF A CRASH IS DEFECTIVE. HOW AM I TO FEEL ABOUT STRAPPING IN MY 12 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER OR WIFE IN A VEHICLE WITH EQUIPMENT THAT COULD RESULT IN THEIR DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY? *AK
