ALSO THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE BRAKES AS THEY WERE NOISY WHEN THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING IN REVERSE. THE BRAKE PEDAL EXTENDED TO THE FLOORBOARD AND POPPED BACK UP WHEN DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 13,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 17,386.
