The contact's boyfriend sustained injuries to his neck, hip, and back. The contact was not aware of the injuries sustained by her boyfriend's cousin but stated that prior to the collision, his cousin had surgery regarding a pacemaker. The female driver did not sustain any injuries. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow yard and deemed totaled by the insurance company. I PURCHASED A 2008 DODGE CHARGER V8 HEMI GOLD FROM THRIFTY MOTORS INC. AND I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT THAT THE CAR HAD 113,440 MILES ON IT. I LOOK AT THE INSPECTION STICKER AND IT SHOWS 114,000 ON 11/1/2018. I LOOK AT THE 2008 DODGE CHARGER GOLD VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT ON INSTAVIN AND I FOUND THAT ON 11/26/2018 THE CAR WAS SOLD AT AN AUCTION WITH 113,437 MILES ON IT.

EVERY TIME I TRY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, I'M TOLD THERE ARE NO PARTS AVAILABLE NO MATTER WHERE I CALL. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW THIS CAN BE RESOLVED SO THAT I MAY GET MY VEHICLE FIXED? THANK YOU

MY CAR, DODGE CHARGER 08 HAS A RECALL SINCE JULY OF 2016 FOR THE PASSENGER AIRBAG THAT THE INFLATOR MAY RUPTURE WHICH CAN CAUSE METAL FRAGMENTS TO BE RELEASED THROUGHOUT THE CAR DURING A CRASH AND CAUSE OTHER INJURY. I DON'T FEEL SAFE DRIVING MY CAR DURING THIS AS I HAVE A CHILD AND DON'T WANT THEM HURT DURING THE POSSIBLE CASE OF AN ACCIDENT CAUSING THE AIRBAG TO DEPLOY. THE RECALL STILL HASN'T BEEN FIXED, 8 MONTHS LATER, EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A GOVERNMENT RECALL FOR IT.
