THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
ON MY WAY TO THE GAS STATION TO FILL UP MY TANK , WHEN I ARRIVE I PUT MY CAR IN PARK AND AS I'M ABOUT TO STEP OUT THE CAR ROLLS BACK , I'M THINKING MAYBE I PUT IT IN REVERSE BY ACCIDENT BUT NO IT WAS IN PARK BUT IT GOT STUCK IN REVERSE MY CAR HAS ALMOST 80K MILES ON IT 2008 DODGE CHARGER . THIS INCIDENT ALMOST MADE ME HIT THE CAR BEHIND ME BECAUSE IT ROLLED BACK LUCKILY FOR EMERGENCY BRAKES IT DIDN'T . HAD TO HAVE MY CAR TOWED THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER KNEW HOW TO PUT IT BACK IN PARK SO HE DID AS I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP THEY SAID NO RECALL FOR MY TRANSMISSION NOT FOR MY CAR , YOU WOULD THINK SINCE THE RECALL IS ABOUT THE TRANSMISSION LINKAGE BECOMING LOOSE OR SOMETHING AND STARTLING THE DRIVER AND CAN RESULT IN A CRASH IT WOULD BE COVERED BUT NOPE THESE DEALERSHIPS NEVER WANT TO HELP YOU , JUST CREATEMORE PROBLEMS . WHAT HAPPENS IF I DIDN'T GET OUT THE CAR ,SLOW AND IT ROLLED BACK AND HIT THE CAR UNTIL THIS DAY MY CAR IS STILLWHERE THE TOW TRUCK PARKED IT. *TR
I CURRENTLY HAVE 2 OPEN RECALLS FOR AIR BAG AND IGNITION, MY PROBLEM IS THERE ARE NO PARTS AVAILABLE TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. ONE OF THESE RECALLS IS QUITE OLD IN MY OPINION. IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE TO SPEED UP THE MANUFACTURERS REPAIRING THESE PROBLEMS?

I WAS DRIVING 45 MPH WHEN MY 2008 DODGE CHARGER STARTED WANTING TO CUT OFF AS IF WAS RUNNING OUT OF GAS THEN ALL AT ONCE CAR JUST CUTS OFF IN MIDDLE OF ROAD. THE CHARGER WOULD NOT CRANK BACK UP, TOOK IT TO A DEALER AND THEY SAID MOTOR JUST WENT OUT, AND ALSO SOMETIMES I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE VEHICLE NOT WANTING TO CUT ON PUT THE KEY IN AND TURN TO ON AND NOTHING LIGHTS WOULD JUST COME ON I ALWAYS KEEP MY OIL CHANGES ON TIME FROM WHAT I BEEN READING THIS TYPE OF VEHICLE HAS ALOT OF PROBLEMS SOMEBODY NEEDS TO GET THESE VEHICLES FIXED. *TR
TAKATA RECALL MY VEHICLE HAS A FEW RECALLS NOW FOR SOME 2 YEARS. OW I HAVE YET TO GET A CALL BACK OR CONTACT FROM THE DEALER AT ALL! I HAVE 2 CHILDREN THAT I DRIVE AROUND WITH EVERYDAY I WOULD REALLY LIKE THESE RECALLS TAKEN CARED OF ASAP EVERYTIME I CALL THE DEALER THEY GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT A WAITING LIST OR PARTS WAITING TO BE RECEIVED. AS I SAID IT HAS BREEN 2 YEARS SINCE MY FIRST RECALL NOTICE AND I HAVE ABOUT 3 DIFFERENT RECALLS NOW WHICH NONE HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARED OF AT ALL.
