TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ADJUSTABLE PEDALS ERRONEOUSLY AND INDEPENDENTLY ADJUSTED WHILE TRAVELING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS. THE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED ABOUT THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 700.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ACCELERATING FROM A STOP, THERE WAS A LOUD BANG. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE DID NOT ACCELERATE AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO SHIFT THE VEHICLE INTO PARK. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER AND THE DEALER STATED THAT THE DRIVE SHAFT HAD BECOME FRACTURED BETWEEN THE TRANSMISSION AND THE TRANSFER CASE. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER WANTED THEM TO SEND THE ENTIRE TRANSMISSION BACK TO BE INSPECTED INSTEAD OF REPAIRING IT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS GOING TO SEND AN ENTIRELY NEW TRANSMISSION, DRIVE SHAFT AND TRANSFER CASE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 5,000. *TR
EVERY 3 MONTHS SINCE PURCHASING THE CAR THE BATTERY WILL BE DEAD. WHEN I HAVE BATTERY CHECKED WILL TEST GOOD. PUT BATTERY BACK ON AND WILL LAST 3 MORE MONTHS AND THEN DEAD AGAIN! EVER SINCE PURCHASING VEHICLE IN JUNE 2013. BATTERY SAVER MODE COMES ON MESSAGE SCREEN REGULARLY. WHENEVER BATTERY SAVER MODE IS ON MESSAGE SCREEN AM NOT ABLE TO USE RADIO OR OTHER ITEMS ON 8.4 INCH RADIO/NAV/PHONE SCREEN... WHEN ACCELERATING AT LIGHT, CAR HESITATES WHEN PUSHING GAS PEDAL AND THEN WHEN IS PUSHED A LITTLE FURTHER CAR LUNGES, NOT SMOOTH ACCELERATION. ALWAYS STARTS OUT SLOW AND SMOOTH THEN HESITATES (SEEMS LIKE GOING TO STALL) THEN LUNGES.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOORS WOULD BECOME LOCKED INDEPENDENTLY. THE CONTACT LEFT THE KEYS INSIDE THE VEHICLE AND THE KEYLESS FEATURE THAT WAS TO ALERT THAT THE KEY FOB WAS STILL INSIDE THE VEHICLE FAILED. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS CALLED TO FORCIBLY ENTER THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER HOWEVER, THEY WERE UNABLE TO RECREATE THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE WAS REPORTED TO THE MANUFACTURER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,900. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 3,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED CONDENSATION AND WATER BUILT UP AROUND THE HEADLIGHT LENS WHILE DRIVING. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO CLEAN THE LENS. THE DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO LEAVE THE HIGH BEAMS ON FOR THIRTY MINUTES IN ORDER TO CLEAR THE CONDENSATION . THE DEALER REPLACED THE HEADLIGHT UNIT BUT THAT DID NOT REMEDY THE DEFECT. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, THE TRUNK OPENED WITHOUT MANUAL FORCE AS THE AIR BAG LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS WHERE IT WAS STATED THAT THE TRUNK MOTOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE LOWER SEAT HARNESS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BUT THE AIR BAG LIGHT CONTINUED TO ILLUMINATE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,700.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKE FAILED TO ENGAGE WHEN APPLIED. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO THE REAR OF ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE LEFT THUMB AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 1,700.
