TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 DODGE DART. IN OCTOBER OF 2016, WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL DEALER (NAPLETON CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM, 1460 E OSCEOLA PKWY, KISSIMMEE, FL 34744) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WAS INADEQUATE OIL IN THE VEHICLE DURING PRODUCTION, WHICH CAUSED THE SENSOR TO SHUT THE VEHICLE DOWN. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE OIL INDICATOR WAS FLASHING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE A COMPRESSION TEST WAS COMPLETED. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE OIL WAS EVAPORATING AND THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND DENIED THE CLAIM. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO ADD OIL AND REFER TO THE OWNER'S MANUAL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,638.
TAMARA RECALL THE BLOWER FOR HEAT AND AC WORKS OFF AND ON. IT STARTED ONLY WORKING ONCE A DAY NOW IT WON'T WORK AT ALL.

THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUFFERED INJURIES AND RECEIVED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL HAD BEEN LOCKING AND JERKING IN EITHER DIRECTION, CAUSING THE CONTACT TO HAVE TO CORRECT THE FAILURE EACH TIME IT HAPPENED. WHILE DRIVING THIS CAR AT MULTIPLE SPEEDS, THE CAR SLOWS DOWN AND COMES TO A COMPLETE STOP, I HEAR A NOISE AND THE GAS PEDAL VIBRATES, THE STEERING AND GAS PEDAL LOCKS UP. THIS EVENT HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES WITHIN FOUR DAYS LEAVING FROM MY GARAGE, ON THE INTERSTATE AND A CITY STREET. THE CAR WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP LAKELAND CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM AND I WAS TOLD THE CAR WAS DRIVEN BY THE TECHNICIAN 11 MILES AND THERE WAS NO INCIDENT AND AT THIS POINT THE CAR CAN NO LONGER BE DRIVEN DUE TO A GASH IN THE TIRE. HOWEVER, A MULTI-POINT INSPECTION, OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION WAS DONE ON THE VEHICLE 8/22/2017 AND A GASH IN THE TIRE WAS NOT NOTED ON ANY PAPERWORK NOR WAS IT REPORTED AS A PROBLEM.

THE DRIVER WAS INJURED ON THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS BODY DUE TO HIS BODY GOING UNDER THE STEERING WHEEL. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THERE WERE NO KNOWN INJURIES TO THE OCCUPANTS OF THE OTHER VEHICLE. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN UNKNOWN LOCATION AND DEEMED DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 31887076. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
I HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR ONE YEAR AND SIX MONTHS BOUGHT THE CAR BRAND NEW AND THIS US THE THIRD TIME THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS COME ON AND THE CAR ACTS AS IF ITS GOING TO DIE OUT. THE PLACE WHERE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM FIXED AND STATED THAT THE COILS WERE BAD. NOW I'M HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AGAIN. THE REASON WHT I BOUGHT A NEW VEHICLE WAS TO AVOID ISSUES SUCH AS THIS. I TRADED IN A 2011 VEHICLE THAT I HAD BOUGHT USED HAD IT FOR FIVE YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANT CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ISSUES NOR ANY OTHER ISSUES.
THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINT WAS FILED ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2016. IHTSA ID NUMBER 10906998. ORIGINALLY THE VEHICLE DYING WAS SAID TO BE DUE TO THE OIL NEEDING TO BE CHANGED AND SOMETHING WITH THE TURBO ENGINE THAT MY VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE. SINCE THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINT, THE COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS UPDATED AT THE DEALERSHIP. THERE WERE NO OTHER ISSUES AFTER THE COMPUTER SYSTEM UPDATE. APRIL 10TH THE VEHICLE STARTED MAKING A LOUD RATTLING SOUND. THE SOUND BEGINS ONCE YOU GET OVER 50-55MPH AND GETS LOUDER THE FASTER YOU GO AND THE LONGER YOU DRIVE. I RECORDED THE SOUND SO THAT THE DEALERSHIP COULD NOT FIND A PROBLEM. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SAID IT SOUNDS LIKE A BICYCLE CHAIN. IT IS SCHEDULED FOR SERVICE FOR THE RATTLING PROBLEM ON JUNE 21. TODAY WHILE BACKING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY THE VEHICLE TRIED STALLING. AFTER DRIVE ABOUT 2 MILES DOWN THE ROAD, THE VEHICLE DIED WHILE PULLING OUT FROM A STOP SIGN ONTO THE MAIN ROAD. A CAR SWERVED INTO THE TURNING LANE TO KEEP FROM HITTING ME. THIS MAKES THE 4TH TIME THAT THE VEHICLE HAS DIED WHILE DRIVING IT. THIS ISSUE IS GOING TO CAUSE ME OR MY CHILDREN TO BE INJURED OR KILLED. THE VEHICLE CURRENTLY HAS 14, 153 MILES.
THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WILL LOSE POWER WITH ALL THE COMPUTER'S EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATED ON THE DASH. THE SPEEDOMETER AND TACHOMETER BOTH READ ZERO. I NEED TO USE THE VEHICLE'S ON-BOARD NAVIGATION SYSTEM TO ESTIMATE SPEED ON LONG DRIVES. THE CAR STILL DRIVES AT INTERSTATE SPEEDS WITH NO SPEEDOMETER/TACHOMETER READING AND EVERY EMERGENCY LIGHT ON THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER ILLUMINATED. THE LONGEST DISTANCE DRIVEN USING THE GPS WAS AT LEAST 50 MILES. SOMETIMES THE ERROR LASTS FOR ONLY 5 TO 10 MILES AND THEN THE SPEEDOMETER/TACHOMETER BOTH START TO FUNCTION AGAIN. I HAVE HEARD A POPPING SOUND AND ANOTHER TIME WHEN THIS ERROR OCCURRED, I SMELLED A BURNING RUBBER SMELL. TURNING ON AND OFF THE IGNITION SYSTEM ONCE OR TWICE, CLEARS THE ERROR ON THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. WE HAVE TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO THE SAME STEW HANSEN DODGE DEALER THREE TIMES IN THE LAST 7 MONTHS AND THEY CANNOT REPLICATE THE ISSUE, BUT THEY CAN REAL ALL THE ERROR CODES ON THEIR DATA LOGGERS. THERE IS A COMMUNICATION ERROR BETWEEN THE PCM AND THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, AS LOGGED IN THE VEHICLE'S COMPUTER. THE DEALER HAS ATTEMPTED TROUBLE-SHOOTING WITH FCA'S STAR SERVICE AND HAS ATTEMPTED GROUND WIRE REPAIRS AND CLEANINGS. THE DEALER INDICATED THEIR DEALERSHIP NO LONGER COULD CONTINUE FUNDING REPAIRS TO MY VEHICLE, SINCE THEY CANNOT REPLICATE THE EXACT ISSUE AND THAT I SHOULD MAKE THE SELLING DEALER REPAIR THIS ELECTRICAL DEFECT OR LOSE GROUND WIRE ISSUE.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (EASTCHESTER CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM LOCATED AT 4007 BOSTON RD, BRONX, NY 10466; (718) 547-5500) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED, BUT THE CONTACT WAS NOT SURE OF THE SPECIFIC REPAIRS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED TWO OTHER TIMES. WHILE DRIVING IN THE RAIN, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED TO STOP WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT STOPPED THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS BY DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE SAME DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BODY CONTROL MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AGAIN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED BRAND NEW, BUT THE CONTACT HAD TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER (BAYIRD DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM OF PARAGOULD, 6340 US 49, PARAGOULD, AR 72450.) TO HAVE THE BACKUP CAMERA REPLACED THREE TIMES. IN ADDITION, THE DIMMER SWITCH FOR THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WAS REPLACED FIVE TIMES. FURTHERMORE, THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED AND THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V293000 (POWER TRAIN). THE CONTACT WANTED TO RETURN THE VEHICLE UNDER THE LEMON LAW. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THEY HAD NO REMEDY FOR THE FAILURES THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. THE CONTACT HAD TO SETTLE WITH AN ATTORNEY. THE BACKUP CAMERA WAS NOT REPAIRED. THEIR WERE POISONOUS FUMES COMING OUT OF THE HEATER, COOLANT, AND RADIO SPEAKER SYSTEMS, THE VEHICLE BURNED TOO MUCH GAS, THEIR WAS NO ACCELERATION IN LONG DISTANCE {IN REF TO: A SEASIDE UNIVERSITY SECTION 8 HOUSING SURVEY}, THE DEALERSHIP WOULDN'T OFFER DIAGNOSTIC AND WARRANTY SERVICE; AFTER I GAVE THEM ALOT OF MONEY THEY TOLD ME NOT TO COME BACK TO THEIR LOT; I GAVE THEM THE CAR BACK; AND TOLD THE JUDGES TO TELL THEM TO RETURN ALL THE MONEY I GAVE THEM BACK INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT: KING COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT CASE # 17-2-24602-6 SEA FILED IN SEATTLE.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS EQUIPPED WITH AN AUTO STICK OPTION, WHICH MEANT THE VEHICLE COULD BE DRIVEN IN AUTOMATIC OR MANUAL MODE. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PLACED IN AUTOMATIC MODE, IT JERKED AND SHIFTED GEARS AS IF IT WERE IN MANUAL MODE. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO WARM UP THE VEHICLE IN COLD WEATHER, THE VEHICLE WOULD IDLE AT 1,500 TO 2,000 RPMS FOR APPROXIMATELY 10-20 MINUTES. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER WHO WAS NOT ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. RE: S83 / NHTSA 16V-813 VOLTAGE SPIKE IN WINDSHIELD WASHER PUMP. TOOK 2016 DART TO LOCAL DEALERSHIP FOR RECALL WORK ON 3/8/17. UPON RETURN OF MY VEHICLE, NOTICED AN ELECTRICAL ARC SOUND, A LOUD BUMPING SOUND, WHEN ENGAGING THE 'FLASH HEADLIGHTS' FEATURE. THE ELECTRICAL ARC SOUND NEVER OCCURRED PRIOR TO THE RECALL WORK. THE SOUND EMITS FROM UNDER THE HOOD WHERE THE HEAD LAMPS ARE LOCATED. WHEN I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE NEW SOUND, THE DEALERSHIP TRIED THREE NEW DARTS ON THE LOT THAT MAKE THE SAME NOISE. MY COMPLAINT IS TO QUESTION THE SAFETY OF THE REPLACEMENT PART AS PRESCRIBED BY THE RECALL NOTICE. THE DEALER SAID IT WAS NORMAL, BUT THIS ELECTRICAL ARC SOUND HAS NEVER OCCURRED ON ANY CAR I'VE EVER BEEN AROUND DURING MY 55 YEARS. I WANT NHTSA TO LOOK INTO IF THE REPLACEMENT PART USED ON MY CAR AND PUT IN DARTS MANUFACTURED RECENTLY IS ACTUALLY SAFE. IS THE ELECTRICAL ARC NOISE BY DESIGN OR DOES IT INDICATE A NEED TO RECALL THE REPLACEMENT PART TO AVOID SAFETY PROBLEMS SUCH AS MALFUNCTION OR FIRE?

THE PASSENGER DOOR WILL NOT LOCK FROM THE OUTSIDE. YOU CAN WALK RIGHT UP EVEN IF THE CAR IS LOCKED AND OPEN THE DOOR. IT IS A SAFETY CONCERN SINCE I HAVE KIDS. I'VE HAD THIS ISSUE SINCE I'VE GOT MY CAR NEW

THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE PULLED TO THE RIGHT ON ITS OWN AND STRUCK A CURB. THE FRONT WHEELS STRAIGHTENED OUT AND THE VEHICLE LANDED IN THE YARD OF A SUB-DIVISION. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE AIR BAGS HAD NOT DEPLOYED. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE LOWER CONTROL ARM SNAPPED INTO TWO PIECES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THIS 2016 DART GT HAS BEEN IN FOR SERVICE 13 TIMES SINCE IT WAS PURCHASED IN MARCH. THE BODY CONNECTOR HAS CORRODED TWICE AND BEEN REPLACED ALONG WITH SEVERAL CORRODED WIRES. THE TELEMATICS MODULE WAS ALSO REPLACED AFTER IT TESTED INCONSISTENT AND WORKING ONLY 20% OF THE TIME (THIS IS FOR THE UCONNECT AND BLUETOOTH). IF YOU HIT 10MPH SOMETIMES IT LIKES TO ACCELERATE WITHOUT EVEN TOUCHING THE GAS! WHILE STARTING THE CAR IT NOW LIKES TO SAY THE KEYFOB HAS NOT BEEN DETECTED EVEN WHEN THE KEY FOB IS RIGHT BY THE KEYLESS START. THE WIRELESS RECEIVER WAS REPLACED BUT IT SAID KEY FOB NOT DETECTED AGAIN. THIS WILL MAKE SERVICE VISIT #14! THIS CAR HAS SERIOUS COMPUTER/ELECTRICAL ISSUES. THE KEYFOB NOT BEING DETECTED ISSUE COULD BE DEADLY IF IT DOES IT WHILE THE CAR IS BEING DRIVEN AND MAKES THE CAR INOPERABLE.
ON 5-21-16 WHILE DRIVING AFTER TURNING ON A CITY STREET THE CAR STARTED BEEPING AND THE GAS WOULDN'T WORK. THE BATTERY LIGHT CAME ON AND THE CAR CAME TO A ROLLING STOP. ALL LIGHTS WORKED. THE WINDOW WOULD ONLY ROLL HALFWAY DOWN. VEHICLE WOULD NOT START BACK. VEHICLE HAD 700 MILES ON IT. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO START IT BACK WITH PUSH BUTTON AND KEY IT FINALLY STARTED. ON 9-15-16 WHILE MAKING A TURN THE CAR STARTED BEEPING AND CAME TO A ROLLING STOP. THE IGNITION WAS STILL LIT UP RUN. THE BATTERY LIGHT CAME ON. ALL LIGHTS WORKED. RPM WERE 0. VEHICLE HAS 7,062 MILES ON IT. THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL TIMES WHERE THE ENGINE HAS TRIED TO DIE WHILE BACKING UP OR TAKING OFF IN DRIVE FROM A COMPLETE STOP. THIS IS NOT SAFE! AFTER RESEARCHING I FOUND THIS WAS AN ISSUE WITH OLDER MODELS.

MY 2016 DODGE DART OVERHEATS THE RPM GOES UP AND DOWN WHEN THE CAR IS IN MOTION. ON JUNE 26 MY CAR CUT OFF ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD AND IT TOOK ME TEN MINS TO START IT UP MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT KEEPS GOING ON AND OFF AND EVERY TIME I TAKE IT IN THEY SAY ITS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. MY OIL PRESSURE LIGHT COMES ON AND I HAVE 100 PERCENT OIL IN MY CAR. WHEN I PUT ON BRAKES IT ACTS LIKE IT DOESNT WANT TO STOP SO IHAVE TO BRAKE FARTHER AWAY FROM PEOPLES CARS.

THEY DID 16 PT CHK NOTHING WRONG SO I TOOK TI BIG O TIRES ROTATED ALIGNED ANS BALANCED STILL SAME THING JOINT AXLE VIBRATED RIGHT OF THE JOINT UNDER HOOD CANT GET IT REPLACED NOBODY CARRIES THEM AND CHRYSLER DODGE DID NOT SEE IT BEING AN ISSUE THE VERY SAME DAY MY WIDOW ROLLED DOWN AND HASNT WENT BACK UP SINCE ALL OTHERS WORK EXCEPT DRIVER WINDOW , (21930 AT DEALER )ODOMETER PROBLEM I CAN DRIVE ACRROSS TOWN AND IT PUTS 300+ MILES ON IT I AM FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED I AM ALSO TOLD MY WARRANTY EXPIRED FOR MY WHEELS AT 12,000 CONVENIENTLY I AM AT 23000 TODAY AND I TOOK IT ACROSS TOWN BACK TO HOME MAX OF 40 MILES AND I HAVE 23183
THE 2016 DODGE DART I OWN TURNS OFF WHILE DRIVING. IT HAPPENED TWICE SO I TOOK IT IN TO BE SERVICED BY DEALERSHIP. COMPUTERS FOUND NOTHING WRONG. LAST NIGHT I WAS DRIVING WITH BABY IN CARSEAT. CAR TURNED OFF, CONTROL PANEL LIGHTS TURN ON WHEN THIS HAPPENS. A TRUCK THAT WAS COMING BEHIND ME VEERED AT LAST MINUTE TO AVOID HITTING US WITHIN INCHES! AFTER DRIVER OF TRUCK AND AND OTHER WITNESS CHECKED ON US,I WENT INTO SHOCK, IT WAS THE SCARIEST MOMENT!! THE ONLY WAY CAR TURNS BACK ON IS BY SWITCHING KEY OFF,THEN ON AGAIN. IF THERE'S NOTHING "WRONG WITH IT", WILL I HAVE TO PROVE IT WITH OUR LIVES THAT THERE IS?!
ABOUT TWO-THREE WEEKS AGO I HIT A POT HOLE AND GOT A FLAT OR THE SIDE WALL OF THE FRONT TIRE. THE TIRES ARE KUMHO SOLUS KH25 TIRES. THEN TONIGHT ON 3/18/16 I WAS JUST DRIVING ON THE ROAD DIDN'T HIT ANYTHING AND MY CAR TELLS ME I AM LOSING AIR PRESSURE IN MY BACK TIRE. I GET OUT AND NOTICE I WAS LOSING AIR PRESSURE AND LOSING IT FAST WITHOUT HITTING ANYTHING. I JUST GOT THE CAR IN DECEMBER WITH 6,000 MILES ON IT. I HAVE NOTICED THERE HAVE BEEN A LOT MORE REPORTS ABOUT THESE TIRES AND NEEDED TO SHARE THE INFO. THESE TIRES ARE BECOMING A HUGE ISSUE.
DRIVING ON I80 @ 65 MPH IN THE MIDDLE LANE WHEN THE DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW IMPLODED. THE ENTIRE WINDOW ENDED UP IN MY LAP. THERE WAS NO IMPACT BY ROCK OR ANY OTHER ITEM.
THE CAR SHAKES VERY URUPTLY AT IDLE. YOU CAN LOOK AT THE ENGINE AND SEE IT'S SHAKING AT IDLE. IF YOU TURN THE AIR CONDITIONER ON IT GETS WORSE. RADIO SCREEN WILL NOT WORK SOMETIMES. BLUE TOOTH WILL WORK THEN CUT OFF THEN TURN BACK ON WHEN IT FEELS LIKE IT. AUTOMATIC HEADLIGHTS WORK THEN RANDOMLY NOT WORK WHERE I HAVE TO TURN THEM MANUALLY ON. WIPERS DO THE SAME AS THE HEADLIGHTS BUT TO CORRECT THE ISSUE FOR THE WIPERS IT TAKES TURNING OFF THE CAR AND TURNING IT BACK ON AND OUT THEM ON LOW. ENGINE WILL DIE RANDOMLY WHILE DRIVING THE CAR AT ANY SPEED. GPS WILL NOT LOAD SOMETIMES. THE BACK UP CAMERA WORKS WHEN SCREEN WORKS BUT ALSO FAILS WHEN SCREEN IS WORKING AND WHILE BACKING UP. DURING TAKE OFF THE CAR WILL STALL LIKE NO GAS THEN IT WILL GO LIKE IT'S GETTING GAS. DURING COLD IT SHIFTS REALLY ROUGH LIKE YOUR USING A STANDARD SLAMMING IT IN GEAR. I HAVE ALSO HAS 2 MISFIRE IN 2 DIFFERENT CYLINDERS. ONE WAS A COIL PACK THE OTHER WAS SUPPOSEDLY A LOOSE CONNECTION. TOOK CAR IN FOR ALL THIS AND DEALER SAID IF THEIR IS NO CHECK ENGINE NOTHING THEY CAN DO EVEN THOUGH THEY FEEL THE CAR CHAIR AND CAN SEE THE ENGINE SHAKING. THEY TELL ME TO COME BACK IN WHEN LIGHT COMES ON. LIGHT SWITCH HAS BEEN REPLACED AND STILL FAULTS. ECM AND TCM HABE BEEN REPROGRAMMED MULTIPLE TIMES AND PROBLEMS STILL CONSIST.
THE SPEEDOMETER IN MY NEW CAR FAILS. I CONTACTED LUSTINE DODGE AND THE DEALERSHIP FAILS TO ADD SHOW ANY CONCERN.
ON A CITY STREET, TRIED TO ACCELERATE AT A STOP LIGHT WITH THE BRAKE ON. WOULD NOT ACCELERATE TURNING LEFT IN ONCOMING TRAFFIC.INTERMITTENLY (HOPS) IN MOTION EXITING A HIGHWAY, UPON BRAKING I TRAFFIC, STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT AND IN THE DRIVEWAY WITH THE KEY REMOVED. TACHOMETER HAS REDLINED (6500 RPM + ) MOVING IN TRAFFIC AT 46 MPH ON LEVEL ROAD AND UPON TAKE OFF FROM A RED LIGHT. TACHOMETER HAS REVVED TO 5500 RPM'S ON THE DOWN SIDE OF A HILL WHEN ON CRUSE CONTROL MULTIPLE TIMES WHEN ON THE HIGHWAY. THE CAR HAS JERKED SEVERELY DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AT APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH.INTERMITTENTLY THE CLIMATE CONTROL HAS DIFFICULTY IN MAKING A DECISION ON THE SELECTION I MADE AND HAS TAKEN APPROXIMATELY 5 MIN BEFORE THE AIR ( FAN ) WILL ENGAGE. ALL DASH LIGHTS HAVE FLASHED WHEN THE KEY FOB WAS PUSHED TO UNLOCK THE DOORS. THE AUTO DOOR LOCKS HAVE FAILED TO LOCK PROPERLY AND ENGAGED AT 40 MPH. THE LIST IS LONGER BUT MY FEELING IS IT IS A COMPUTER PROBLEM AND SERVICE SAYS THERE IS NO CODE SO NO PROBLEM FOUND. IT HAS BEEN IN SERVICE 6 TIMES THAT HAVE BEEN DOCUMENTED. MY FEAR IS THIS CAR IS SO DEFECTIVE AND IS GOING TO KILL ME AND POSSIBLY OTHERS IF THE COMPUTER FAILS WITH THE STEERING OR BRAKING.THE ISSUES STARTED @ 500 MILES ON THE CAR, IT NOW HAS 1900.
My car keeps shutting down, battery dieing, lose parts , brake caliber come off completely. Gas gone right after putting gas in the car . I have taking it to dealership were I purchased the car Eddie said it would be fixed and it's been one year now. My 2016 dodge dart is losing all fluids after putting fluids in the car . My back calipers keep coming off the system , my hose keep detaching or blowing off. Losing power and it's not shifting . I have called dodge and ford where I purchased the car , I also made reports with corporate office of dealership I bought it from . No one told me there was any problems with the make and model of the vehicle I have figured it out by getting it fix multiple times in a short period of time .
