NO LIGHT IN THE LEFT SIDE OF THE INSTRUMENTAL PANEL MAKE SIT DIFFICULT TO SEE AT NIGHT TIME. DEALER HAS INSPECTED VEHICLE, AND COUDL NOT DUPLICATE OR CORRECT THE PROBLEM. *AK
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. IN RAINY WEATHER CONDITIONS, THE VEHICLE WOULD SPORADICALLY LOSE POWER STEERING ABILITY. THE RISK OF A CRASH OR SERIOUS INJURY WERE INCREASED. THE CONTACT HAS TAKEN HER VEHICLE TO THE DEALER ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, BUT THEY COULD NOT IDENTIFY THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURES. THE MANUFACTURER DID NOT PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE. AS OF OCTOBER 6, 2008, THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN PROPERLY REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 65,000.

AIRBAG WARNING LIGHT ON DASHBOARD TURNS ON AND OFF INTERMITTENTLY. IT IS NOT CLEAR WHETHER THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE AIRBAG, A SENSOR, OR THE WARNING LIGHT ITSELF. VEHICLE WAS BOUGHT NEW IN 11/2002 AND HAS NOT BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT OR HAD THE AIRBAG REPLACED OR WORKED ON.
CRACK IN SEAM SEAL ON ALL FOUR DOORS OF 2003 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. VEHICLE LESS THAN ONE MONTH OLD. EACH CRACK IS ABOUT TWO INCHES LONG AND AN EIGHTH INCH WIDE. WATER PATH TO INTERNAL FRAME.*AK
THE WEATHER STRIPPING SECURING THE WINDSHEILD CAME LOOSE AND DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE. I HAD TO STOP IN THE BREAKDOWN LANE ON THE HIGHWAY AND HAD TO HOLD THE FLAPPING PIECE OF WEATHER STRIPPING WHILE DRIVING. THE LONGER I DROVE THE MORE IT BECAME DETACHED DUE TO THE WIND PREASURE.*AK

I HAVE A 2003 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN SE WITH THE MIDDLE CHILD BENCH SEATS. MY 4 YEAR OLD SON PUT HIS JUICE CUP DOWN BETWEEN HIM AND THE INFANT SEAT BUCKLED NEXT TO HIM. THE JUICE CUP HIT THE SEAT BELT RELEASE FOR THE INFANT SEAT AND RELEASED IT. THIS IS VERY DISTURBING THAT THIS CAN HAPPEN. IF I HADN'T HEARD THE CLICK OF THE RELEASE , I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN MY 4 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER WAS UNPROTECTED. *NLM

I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE DODGE SEAT BELTS. WITH THE STUDIES DONE WHY DODGE HASN'T CHANGED ALL SEAT BELTS THAT AREN'T SAFE OR ACHIEVED A HIGH SAFETY RATING. I HAVE ORDERED A 2003 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN AND I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE SEAT BELTS IN THE BACK AND MIDDLE SEATS. I WOULD LIKE FOR DODGE TO AS AN OPTION ON NEW VEHICLES AT THE LEAST BE ABLE TO TRADE IN THE 3 SEAT BELTS FOR THE 4 GRAND CARAVAN FRONT SEAT BELTS. DT

THE CONSUMER STATED THAT THE VEHICLE DOWN SHIFTED VERY ROUGHLY WHEN DECELERATING. THE VEHICLE ALSO MADE A LOUD GRINDING NOISE WHEN STARTED AFTER BEING PARKED FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. THE DEALER ATTEMPTED TO REPAIR THE TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS 3 TIMES. A NEW TRANSMISSION PACKAGE WAS ORDERED AN INSTALLED. *AK *CB *NLM
CONSUMER COMPLAINED ABOUT A BRAKE PROBLEM. MASTER CYLINDER WAS REPLACED TWICE SINCE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED. ALSO, THERE WAS A PRESSURE LEAK WHICH EFFECTED THE HYDRAULIC AROUND THE BRAKES. *AK
CONSUMER LOSS ALL LIGHTING AND HORN WHEN THE BATTERY DIED. *PH DEALER PULLED THE FUSE OUT, BUT BATTERY DIED EVERY TWO DAYS AND VEHICLE HAS NO HORN FOR 6 WEEKS. CONSUMER ALSO LOST ALL LIGHTS AT NIGHT WHILE DRIVING AT 40 MPH. LIGHTS BELLS WAS FIXED BY DEALER BUT STILL NO REMEDY WITH THE BATTERY. *LA
