THE COOLING SYSTEM STARTED A LEAK NEAR THE FIREWALL WHERE ARE THE METAL TUBING CONNECTS 2 EACH Y PLASTIC CONNECTORS. IT IS ONE SOLID PIECE THAT WRAPS AROUND THE TOP OF THE ENGINE AND FACTORY PRICE IS $185 NO THIRD PARTY AVAILABLE. AFTER INSPECTING THE Y CONNECTORS THEY ARE MADE OF VERY VERY THIN ABS PLASTIC. AT 125000 MILES HAD TO REPLACE IT TWICE WITHIN 50000 MILES THE SECOND TIME I USED 2 EACH BRASS TEE CONNECTORS WITH ADDITIONAL 5/8 HEATER HOSE AND SPLICED IT TOGETHER FOR A BETTER STRONGER CONNECTION. THIS HAS MADE THE FOURTH HIGH PRESSURE LEAK I'VE HAD AND 60,000 MILES.
THE VAN TURNS OF WHILE I'M DRIVING, NO WARNING, NOTHING LIT UP ON THE DASH, JUST SHUTS OFF! AFTER SITTING AWHILE IT WILL FINALLY RESTART. HOWEVER TO BE DRIVING AND HAVE IT SHUT OFF IS DANGEROUS! *TR
