MY WINDSHIELD KEEPS CRACKING IN THE SAME SPOT. HAVE HAD TO HAVE IT REPLACED TWICE IN LESS THAN A YEAR. NO ROCKS.....
ETM WAS STUCK MERGING ONTO A HIGHWAY WHILE ACCELERATING. VEHICLE ACCELERATED ITSELF. HAD TO PULL OVER AND TURN THE CAR OFF TO GET IT TO RESET. VEHICLE WOULD WOULD REDLINE RPM'S WHILE BRAKING. HAPPENED APPROX. NOVEMBER 2015. HASN'T HAPPENED AGAIN. THEN A COUPLE MONTHS LATER THE CLOCKSPRING BEHIND THE STEERING WHEEL WENT OUT RENDERING THE HORN AND ALL STEERING CONTROLS (VOLUME, CRUISE CONTROL, ETC.) USELESS. IT ALSO CAUSED THE DRIVER SIDE AIRBAG LIGHT TO REMAIN CONSTANTLY ON.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VENT CONTROL FUNCTION FAILED TO PROPERLY RELEASE THE AIR CONDITIONING OR HEATING. WHEN THE VENT, AIR CONDITIONING, OR HEATING FUNCTION WAS ACTIVATED, STRONG FUMES EMITTED INSIDE THE VEHICLE, WHICH AFFECTED THE CONTACT WHILE DRIVING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER MORE THAN TWICE. THE DEALER DID NOT PROVIDE ODOR TESTING AND WAS UNABLE TO REPLICATE OR DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE CARAVAN. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED WITHOUT WARNING OR IMPACT. THE FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE NOT AVAILABLE. *TR
ON 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONS, WHILE IN PARK WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING, THE CORRESPONDING SIDE DOORS OPENED UP WHEN THE FRONT DOOR WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING CLOSED. THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED WAS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE SLIDER, WHEN THE FRONT DOOR WAS BEING CLOSED. THIS HAPPENED ON A BUSY 8 LANE INTERSTATE DURING RUSH HOUR, WHILE PARKED IN THE BREAKDOWN LANE AWAITING A TOW TRUCK FOR OUR U-HAUL TRUCK/TRAILER BREAKDOWN. I WATCHED IN HORROR AS 3 OF MY 5 DOGS JUMPED OUT AND 1 RAN INTO THE ONCOMING TRAFFIC. THIS DOG, MY MALE COLLIE, RAN TO MY HUSBAND WHEN HIS NAME WAS CALLED, AND JUST IN THE NICK OF TIME, AS AN 18 WHEELER WAS LOCKING UP HIS BRAKES TO TRY AN AVOID KILLING HIM. WE MANAGED TO GET THE 3 DOGS, UNHARMED, BACK INTO THE VAN WITH THE OTHER 2 DOGS. ANOTHER INCIDENT HAPPENED ABOUT A MONTH LATER, WHILE IN PARK WITH ENGINE RUNNING, AS I WAS CLOSING THE DRIVERS DOOR, THE SLIDER DOOR OPENED UP, BUT THIS TIME THERE WAS NO OCCUPANTS IN THE BACK. I TOOK THE VAN TO THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPT. AND WAS TOLD THERE WERE NO LISTED RECALLS FOR THIS. HE STATED THAT ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAD COME IN COMPLAINING OF THE REAR HATCH DOOR OPENING UP WHILE THE VAN WAS BEING DRIVEN. HE STATED THAT THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS HAVE TO BE ABLE SEE THE PROBLEM HAPPENING TO ASSESS THE SITUATION FOR REPAIR, SO HE REPLACED THE KEY FOB STATING THAT IT COULD POSSIBLY BE MALFUNCTIONING CAUSING THE PROBLEMS, BUT IF ANOTHER INCIDENT OF THIS SORT HAPPENS, TO COME BACK. HE ALSO SUGGESTED THAT THE CHILD SAFETY FEATURE OF LOCKING THE REAR DOORS FROM THE TOP BUTTONS, BE PLACED ON WHEN OCCUPANTS ARE IN THE BACK.
WHILE IN MOTION ON RURAL HIGHWAY IN MODERATE TRAFFIC, I MADE A QUICK SHORT GUN ON GAS PEDAL(NOT ALL THE WAY DOWN) AS I WAS GOING THRU YELLOW TRAFFIC SIGNAL LIGHT. THE ENGINE DELAYED IT'S REVVING, THEN REVVED, GOT STUCK AT HIGH RPM. A RED "ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL" INDICATOR APPEARED ON DASHBOARD. WITH FOOT OFF GAS PEDAL, THE VEHICLE SPEEDS UP FORWARD. HAD A CLOSE CALL AT BRAKING WITH VEHICLE IN FRONT OF ME. BRAKING LOWERED THE RPM BUT INCREASES RPM / SPEED AGAIN WHEN RELEASING BRAKE PEDAL. STUCK WITH THIS ISSUE FOR ABOUT A QUARTER OF A MILE. ISSUE DISAPPEARED WHEN I CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP BEFORE MAKING A TURN. THERE WAS A STRONG FEELING OF CLICK THEN THE RED THROTTLE ISSUE INDICATOR DISAPPEARED. HAPPENED ONCE FIRST TIME THIS AM. NO ISSUE THEREAFTER AS I HAVE NOT TRIED GUNNING THE GAS PEDAL AGAIN. I'M REPORTING THIS NHTSA FIRST BUT NEED TO KNOW WHERE TO GO NEXT.
IN THE ACT OF TURNING INTO A PARKING LOT, I HIT THE CURB ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE AND HEARD A LOUD BANG. AS I CONTINUED, I KNEW IMMEDIATELY THAT I HAD A FLAT AND PULLED INTO A PARKING SPOT. THERE WAS A SIDE WALL BLOW OUT VERY LARGE ON THAT FRONT TIRE. HAD TO REPLACE THE TIRE ON A CAR THAT WE HAVE OWNED NEW FOR ONLY 6 MONTHS AND ONLY HAD 6,000 MILES ON. I WAS GOING VERY SLOW AS I TURNED AND WHEN I WENT BACK TO LOOK AT THE CURB IT WAS ROUNDED AND NOT SHARP. TOOK A PHOTO OF IT BECAUSE IT SHOCKED ME. AAA CAME AND TOWED THE CAR TO A DEALER AND AFTER READING SOME SHOCKING REPORTS ABOUT THE TAKAHOMA TIRES THAT WE HAVE ON OUR CAR DECIDED TO REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER BRAND. MY CONCERN IS THE SAFETY OF THE OTHER 3 TIRES AS WE CONTINUE DRIVING THIS CAR.

LAKESHORE CHRYSLER PLYMOUTH DODGE IN MONTAGUE, MICHIGAN WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT SUGGESTED THAT TSB: R62 REGARDING THE ACTUATOR COULD BE A POSSIBLE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,000. *LN UPDATED 8/30/18*JB
DATE IS APPROXIMATE. WHEN PULLING INTO AN UPHILL PARKING SPOT AT MY APARTMENT BUILDING, THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE WAS ON ICE AND THE LEFT FRONT TIRE WAS ON DRY PAVEMENT. THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL BEGAN TO SPIN AND I TOOK MY FOOT OFF THE ACCELERATOR AND WAS IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING IT TO THE BRAKE PEDAL WHEN THE TRACTION CONTROL SLAMMED ON THE BRAKES ON THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL. SINCE THE ENGINE WAS A HIGH RPM DUE TO THE SPINNING RIGHT FRONT WHEEL, WHEN THE TRACTION CONTROL LOCKED THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO ACCELERATE RAPIDLY TOWARD THE BUILDING. I MANAGED TO HIT THE BRAKE PEDAL IN TIME, BUT IT COULD HAVE RESULTED IN AN ACCIDENT OR THE DEATH OF A PEDESTRIAN. *TR
THE PASSENGER SIDE HEAT VENT ONLY BLOWS HOT AIR NO MATTER WHAT SETTING YOU PUT IT ON. THE DRIVERS SIDE ONLY PUSHES COLD AIR OUT.... THIS HAS BECOME A SIGNIFICANT PROBLEM IN NY AS THE TEMPERATURES VARY INTO THE NEGATIVES AND THE TRIPLE DIGITS. THE VEHICLE DOES THIS NO MATTER WHAT SPEED, MOVING AND NON MOVING.
WITHIN THE FIRST FEW WEEKS OF DRIVING THIS LEASED VEHICLE, I REPORTED THIS TO THE DEALER. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THE CRUISE CONTROL WAS POPPING OUT OF CRUISE WITHOUT ANY INTERACTION FROM ME. I'VE REPORTED THIS EVERY TIME I WENT IN FOR A OIL CHANGE. I HAVE 55,000 MILES ON THIS VAN. SO, THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED AT LEAST 13 TIMES! THERE WAS A CHANGE IN CRUISE CONTROLS AFTER THE FIRST REPORT. THE SECOND WAS A REPROGRAM. THE THIRD WAS A REPROGRAM. I HAVE A LEMON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS YEAR THEY MADE ME PAY A $90.00 FEE FOR SERVICING THIS. I WAS REIMBURSED BECAUSE I CALLED THE SERVICE MANAGER AND COMPLAINED. BUT HE TOLD ME THAT NO WORK WAS PERFORMED FOR THE PROBLEM. DRIVING HIGHWAY OR SIDE STREETS AT DIFFERENT SPEEDS THIS WILL HAPPEN 10+ TIMES A DAY. NOW, MY TRANSMISSION HAS BUCKED AND SLIPPED A FEW TIMES DURING THE EPISODES. THE CRUISE CONTROL DELAYS (AND NOT STOPS) BUT NOW ENOUGH TO FINALLY GO INTO A GEAR THAT IS IN BETWEEN AND THIS CLUNKS INTO A GEAR. NOT GOOD! I INITIALLY WANTED TO BUY THIS VEHICLE AFTER MY LEASE RAN OUT. I EVEN PLACED DECALS ALL OVER THE VAN ADVERTISING HURST FRESH. I NEED THIS DEALER THAT IS REPRESENTING THE DODGE TO STOP GIVING ME THE LOOK THAT I'M WRONG IN WHAT I'M EXPERIENCING. I HEARD THAT OTHER RECALLS FROM THIS MANUFACTURER FOR THIS CRUISE CONTROL IS BEING TAKEN CARE OF. AS FOR THE TRANSMISSION, THIS IS A TRUE EXPERIENCE. PLEASE HELP ME AS I AM GOING TO GET A LAWYER IF THIS DOESN'T GET A RECALL. I'LL NEVER LEASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM BOTH THE DEALER AND MAKER OF THIS VEHICLE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH, THE GEARS JERKED AND THE RPMS FLUCTUATED WHEN DRIVING AT A STEADY SPEED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO TWO DIFFERENT DEALERS WHO WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED.

THE CONTACT WAS NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT BY THE FIRE MARSHALL, WHO LATER DETERMINED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED DUE TO A DEFECTIVE WIRING HARNESS. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A SALVAGE YARD AND DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,000.
BACK LEFT WHEEL SMELLED VERY HOT WHEN I GOT OUT OF THE VAN.WENT TO TOUCH VERY HOT TO TOUCH TOOK TO LOCAL MECHANIC,AFTER CALLING DEALER SHIP SAID OUT OF WARRANTY.BACK LEFT CALIPERS WERE BAD HAD TO REPLACE BOTH REAR CALIPERS,ROTORS AND BRAKE SHOES.I BELIEVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH BRAKES ARE A HAZARD THE WHEEL GOT HOT FROM CALIPERS NOT WORKING PROPERLY COULD HAVE CAUSED A BLOWOUT AND BRAKE SYSTEM FAILURE.IM NOT A MECHANIC BUT THE MECHANIC I TOOK IT TO WAS DISGUSTED THAT THE CALIPERS HAD GONE BAD EXPECIALLY AT THAT MILEAGE. HE SUGGESTED I CALLED MY DEALERSHIP BACK AND TELL THEM WANT HAPPENED WHICH I DID.THE OWNER SAID CANT HELP WHEN I TAKE TO AN OUTSIDE MECHANIC.I BELIEVE THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD I ALSO CHECKED OTHER ONLINE COMPLAINT SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM WITH DODGE VAN FOR LAST 3-4 YEARS.

WHEN THE CONTACT ROLLED THE WINDOW DOWN, THE PASSENGER'S SKIN WAS ROLLED INTO THE WINDOW AND INJURED. THE CONTACT HAD TO ROLL THE WINDOW UP TO RELEASE THE PERSON'S SKIN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,500.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED BUT THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED WITHOUT WARNING. THE IGNITION KEY WAS TURNED TO THE OFF POSITION IN ORDER FOR THE VEHICLE TO COME TO A STOP. THE FAILURE RECURRED THREE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 1,500.
MY VEHICLE WAS STRUCK IN THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE ENTIRE SIDE OF THE VAN WAS AFFECTED, FROM THE WHEELS TO THE BUMPERS. I FEEL THE VEHICLE THAT STRUCK MY VAN WAS DOING AT LEAST 20 MPH AT THE TIME OF IMPACT AND THE SIDE IMPACT AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. IN MY RESEARCH I HAVE FOUND THAT IMPACTS FROM 8 TO 18 MPH SHOULD CAUSE THESE SIDE AIR BAGS TO DEPLOY. THIS IS VERY CONCERNING FOR MYSELF AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS WITH THESE TYPES OF VEHICLES. CHRYSLER HAD AN "INDEPENDENT" INVESTIGATOR INSPECT THE VAN BEFORE ANY REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED. I WAS NOT ASKED TO BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION OR GIVEN A COPY OF THE REPORT. I WILL BE ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT THE "INDEPENDENT" INVESTIGATOR FOR A COPY OF THE REPORT BUT DON'T FEEL THAT I WILL HAVE MUCH LUCK. THERE WERE FOUR CHILDREN IN THE VAN ALONG WITH MY SPOUSE WHEN THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED AND THANKFULLY NO CRITICAL INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE AIR BAGS WERE SUPPOSED TO WORK. THE VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY BEING REPAIRED AT THE DEALERSHIP I PURCHASED IT AT.
BOUGHT THE VEHICLE SATURDAY 4/18/2015. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN IN FOR WASH AND FILL UP AS MY WIFE AND I SIGNED THE PAPERWORK. FOLLOWING SIGNING PAPERWORK WE FOUND THE DRIVER SIDE BOTTOM TRIM POPPED OUT. THE CLIP THAT HOLDS THE SMALL TRIM PIECE IN WAS BROKE. LATER IN THE DAY MY WIFE GOT HER ARM PINCHED HARD BY THE DRIVER SIDE AUTO CLOSING DOOR LEAVING A NASTY BRUISE ON BOTH SIDES OF HER ARM. THE DOOR HESITATED TO REOPEN AND CONTINUED TO CLOSE ON HER ARM. TOOK VAN BACK TO DEALER ON MONDAY 4/20/15 TO HAVE TRIM PIECE FIXED. FOUND OUT THEY HAD TO ORDER THE PART. THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY SAW THIS ISSUE. AFTER LOOKING AT THE POPPED TRIM PIECE I NOTICED THE BOTTOM CORNER OF THE VAN BEHIND THE POPPED TRIM HAD BEGAN TO RUST OUT WITH THE PAINT CHIPPED. NOW WILL HAVE TO HAVE PAINT AND NEW TRIM PIECE ON A BRAND NEW VEHICLE. REGARDING THE AUTO DOOR CLOSING THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID SHE WAS NOT AWARE OF ANY SENSITIVITY SETTINGS BUT WOULD LOOK INTO IT TO AVOID THE INJURY HAPPENING AGAIN. *TR
WHEN BACKING UP AN 10% INCLINE TO BACK UP INTO A PARKING SPACE (FIRST TIME SINCE BUYING THE VAN NEW WITH 8 MILES ON IT) THE VEHICLE SHUDDERS ALL THE WAY UNTIL IT STOPS. I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED THIS IN DRIVE GEARS (YET). I HAVE DRIVEN THIS VAN UP AND DOWN BRIEFLY IN THE MOUNTAINS, NO ISSUE WHILE DRIVING WAS NOTICED. *TR
ONE OF MY OUTLETS IN THE CONSOLE DOES NOT WORK AND IT IS NOT DUE TO A BLOWN FUSE. THE VAN WAS BOUGHT "NEW" WITH 13 MILES ON IT. *TR
I BOUGHT THIS VAN WITH 13 MILES ON IT. THE VAN SHAKES/SHUDDERS ON AN INCLINE. THIS OCCURS FROM TIME TO TIME IN DRIVE BUT IS VERY BAD WHEN IN REVERSE. I NOTICED THIS FIRST WHEN GOING UP A HILL TO GET OUT OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. I FIRST NOTICED IT IN REVERSE WHEN BACKING OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY WHICH IS A VERY SLIGHT INCLINE. THE SHUDDERING OCCURS EACH TIME I GO UP THE HILL, NEAR OUR HOME. UNLESS THE GROUND IS COMPLETELY FLAT OR I AM BACKING DOWN AN INCLINE, REVERSE FEELS LIKE AN OLD STICK SHIFT THAT "TREMBLES" AS YOU BACK UP OR ACCELERATE. I DID NOT BUY "NEW" TO HAVE ISSUES LIKE THIS. THE VAN HAS LESS THAN 30 MILES ON IT. *TR
I GOT THIS CAR ON JANUARY 17, 2015, I WAS NOT TOLD IT HAS NOT AN ALARM INCLUDED, I ASSUME THAT AS AIR CONDITIONING, ALARM WAS INCLUDED, ON FEB 19 WHILE MY CAR WAS PARKED, A THIEF BROKE THE BACK WINDOW, VANDALIZING THE CAR BODY AND STEALING MY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES. ALL PEOPLE AT WORK AND FRIENDS ASKED WHAT HAPPEN WITH THE ALARM, THEN I ASKED THE DEALER (DODGE AT 321 FRONT STREET IN TORONTO) AND AFTER HESITATIONS, THEY SAID IT HAS NOT. I FEEL CHEATED, AND TODAY I AM SURE THIS IS A FLAW OF THE CAR, OTHER ISSUES IS, THOSE VENTILATION BACK WINDOWS ARE ANOTHER BIG FLAW, BEING MANUAL IN MY CAR, THEY OPEN FROM INSIDE JUST PULLING THEM, THIS IS UNBELIEVING, SO THIS CAR HAS NOT ANY SECURITY AT ALL. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THE CAR SAFETY REGULATORS ALLOW THE MANUFACTURER COME WITH A CAR WITH SUCH HUGE FLAWS. *TR UPDATED 4/14/16 *JS
I BOUGHT A 2015 DODGE CARAVAN AVP MODEL AND WANTED THE STOW-AWAY ROOF RACK ADDED. IT WASN'T UNTIL I BROUGHT THE VEHICLE HOME THAT I DISCOVERED THAT THE WRONG ROOF RACK HAD BEEN INSTALLED. THEN I READ THE OWNERS GUIDE AND I FOUND THE WARNING ABOUT NOT DRILLING INTO THE ROOF. THIS WARNING STATES: DO NOT ADD ROOF RACKS THAT REQUIRE ANY BOLTS OR SCREWS TO MOUNT A RACK. IT ALSO STATES THAT THE ROOF SHOULD NOT BE DRILLED INTO FOR ANY REASON. DODGE CUSTOMER CARE PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH A TECHNICIAN FROM MOPAR, THE COMPANY THAT SUPPLIES THE STOW-AWAY ROOF RACK. THAT IS WHEN I LEARNED THAT MOPAR WILL NOT SUPPLY THE STOW-AWAY RACK TO THE DEALERSHIPS BECAUSE IT CAN ONLY BE PUT ON AT THE FACTORY. HE TOLD ME ABOUT THE DANGERS OF DRILLING AND PUTTING SCREWS INTO THE ROOF. NOT ONLY COULD AN AIRBAG DEPLOY WHILE THE RACK IS BEING INSTALLED, BUT IF A SCREW IS TOUCHING OR IN NEAR CONTACT WITH THE AIRBAG OR WIRING, THE SYSTEM COULD FAIL LATER. THIS MEANS THAT THE 14 SCREWS THAT WERE DRILLED INTO THE ROOF COULD POTENTIALLY CAUSE AN ACCIDENT BY DEPLOYING THE AIR BAGS PREMATURELY OR THEY MAY NOT WORK AT ALL IN AN EVENT THAT REQUIRES THEM. SO FAR NO ONE FROM DODGE WILL PUT IN WRITING THAT MY VEHICLE IS SAFE AND THAT I HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. MY REQUEST TO THE DEALERSHIP AND TO DODGE CUSTOMER CARE FOR PAPER WORK ABOUT THE ROOF RACK HAVE GONE UNANSWERED. I HAVE ALSO BEEN TRYING TO GET PROOF OF WHO INSTALLED THE ROOF RACK AND THE WARRANTY CARD THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE FILLED OUT BY THE INSTALLER. I HAVE NO PAPER WORK ABOUT THE ROOF RACK AT ALL, SUCH AS THE USE AND CARE OF IT. NOW I FEEL OBLIGATED TO LET THE PUBLIC KNOW ABOUT THIS VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
