BOTH FRONT HEADRESTS ACTIVATED WITHOUT REAR COLLESION WHICH POSED A DANGER TO THOSE OCCUPANTS LOACATED IN EITHER FRONT SEAT. TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER TO HAVE THE HEADRESTS RESET, WAS NOT ABLE TO DO A RESET, WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE NEW HEADRESTS AND HAVE THEM INSTALLED AT A GREAT COST TO THE CUSTOMER.

TOOK MY CAR TO TWO DEALERS THE FIRST DEALER SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE A TOOL TO REMOVE THE LIGHT. THE SECOND DEALERSHIP KEPT MY CAR FOR FIVE DAYS SAID IT WAS A SEATBELT ERROR. WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE A MECHANIC THAT COULD GET RID OF THE AIR LIGHT. AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR A NEW DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELT
THE AIRBAG INDICATOR LIGHT COMES ON/OFF INTERMITTENTLY. THE DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAG HAS BEEN REPLACED 2 TIMES BY 2 DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS AND THE WIRING HARNESS THAT SUPPLIES THAT AIRBAG HAS BEEN REPLACED 1 TIME. THIS HAS TAKEN PLACE NO MATTER IF THE VAN IS STATIONARY OR MOVING. I HAVE SEVERAL PICTURES OF THE DASHBOARD THAT SHOWS BOTH THE TACOMETER AND SPEEDOMETER.
VEHICLE WAS TAKEN IN TO DEALER FOR AIR BAG LIGHT ON, WAS TOLD ACTIVE HEAD RESTRAINTS HAD DEPLOYED. VAN HAS 5700 MILES ON IT. DEALER STATED "SOMEONE MUST HAVE BACKED IN TO SOMETHING." THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF ANY DAMAGE TO REAR OF VAN, & PARTS ALONE WERE QUOTED AT $1093.00 + LABOR. THIS SEEMS TO BE AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH CHRYSLER. PERHAPS THEY SHOULD ANNOUNCE A RECALL TO MITIGATE THIS SITUATION.
