ABS AND TRACTION CONTROL LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. DIAGNOSED BY THE DEALERSHIP THAT THE ABS MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. BRAKES CONTINUED TO WORK AND AT FIRST THE ABS AND TRACTION CONTROL WENT ON AND OFF INTERMITTENTLY.

THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED THAT THE WARNING INDICATOR COULD LEAD TO A FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO NAPLETON'S RIVER OAKS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (17225 TORRENCE AVE, LANSING, IL 60438, (855) 276-1941), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE AND STATED THAT THE CONTACT COULD CALL NHTSA TO FILE A COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,611. UPDATED 09/01/17*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THE SEATBELT LIGHT REMAINED ON AT ALL TIMES. *JS
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V273000 (STEERING). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER (GANLEY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM ON 310 BROADWAY AVE, BEDFORD, OH 877-639-6813) WHO REFUSED TO REMEDY THE RECALL REPAIR BASED UPON WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS MANUFACTURED. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE IF THE DEALER COULD REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
PURCHASED NEW IN 2012. DODGE JOURNEY SXT THE TIRES DEVELOPED CORD SEPARATION AT 22,000 KM. MANUFACTURER KUMHO. NEITHER CHRYSLER NOR KUMHO WOULD OFFER ANY COMPENSATION. EVEN HAD 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT DONE THAT CHECKED OUT OK TO MAKE SURE IT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM. REPLACED THEM WITH AMERICAN MADE TIRES AND SO FAR NO ISSUES. MY ADVISE TO NEW CAR PURCHASERS IS HAVE TIRES IF OFF SHORE REPLACED WITH DOMESTICS AS PART OF OFFER TO PURCHASE. SECONDLY VEHICLE TO DATE ONLY HAS 37,000 KM AND BRAKE ROTORS DEVELOPED A WARP. PULSATION IS BEING FELT UPON MODERATE BRAKING. I AM NOT ONE TO BE HARD ON BRAKES AND HAVE NEVER HAD TO PANIC STOP THUS NOT HAVING TO OVER HEAT THE BRAKES. NEXT ISSUE THE CRUISE CONTROL WILL NOT ENGAGE WHEN THE BUTTON IS PUSHED. THE CLOCK ON THE RADIO DOES NOT KEEP TIME . THIS IS NOT OUR DAILY DRIVER AND THE WARRANTY HAS RUN OUT TIME WISE. TO DATE ONLY JUST OVER 37,000 KM. I OWN 2 OTHER N.A. VEHICLES BY GM AND FORD 2001 AND 1999 RESPECTIVELY . THE 01 SUNFIRE 455,000 KM 4 SETS OF PADS AND ORIGINAL ROTORS AND DRUMS AND F150 WITH 157,000 2ND SET OF PADS AND ORIGINAL ROTORS SO YOU CAN SEE IT IS NOT A POOR DRIVING STYLE. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CHRYSLER PRODUCTS . HAVE TO TAKE THE JOURNEY BACK TO DEALER FOR SERVICE TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE AND WILL BE GETTING HOLD OF CHRYSLER REP, THIS ONE IS MORE IN THE SHOP THAN IN MY DRIVEWAY THANKS TO GM AND FORD FOR KEEPING ME ROLLING.IF NO POSITIVE RESULTS FROM DEALER OR CHRYSLER I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCT TO ANYONE FROM MY EXPERIENCES. HI MY NAME IS [XXX]. I'M WRITING THIS COMPLAINT ON THE BASIS OF MY 2012 DODGE JOURNEY. I HAVE HAD MY 2012 DODGE JOURNEY FOR 2 YEARS AND 3 MONTHS, AND I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE FRONT BRAKE PADS AND RESURFACE ROTORS 3 TIMES IN 2 YEARS. I'VE ALSO HAD TO REPLACE REAR BRAKE PADS AND RESURFACE ROTORS TWICE ON THE BACK 1 RECENTLY BEING 3 DAYS AGO AND NOW I TOOK IT SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE OF NOISE IN THE FRONT BRAKES AND ROTORS AND THEY SAID I NEED FRONT CALIBERS ON BOTH SIDES AND BRAKE HOSE ON BOTH SIDES, AND A BREAK FLUID FLUSH AND NEED MORE BRAKES BECAUSE THEY LOCKED UP AT THAT PLACE TODAY ALSO. I HAVEN'T EVEN PAID CAR PAYMENT THIS MONTH AND I'VE ALREADY PAID 300 DOLLARS FOR BRAKE CALIBER ON THE TRUCK AND PLACE I WENT TO GET A 2ND OPION AND THEY SAID I NEED 652.85 DOLLARS TO GET MY FRONT DONE AND THIS IS 2 DAYS LATER AFTER I GOT MY BACK DONE. I HAVE SPENT AT LEAST 3,000 DOLLARS ON THIS ON GOING PROBLEMS IN THE PAST 2 YEARS. MY 2012 DODGE SUCKS AND I NEED HELP. I'M GETTING ME A LAWYER AND IM FILING ALL KIND OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS CURRENT PROBLEM THAT I DONT HAVE MONEY TO KEEP GETTING FIXED. THE BRAKE WARNING LIGHT, ABS WARNING LIGHT AND TRACTION CONTROL WARNING LIGHTS COME ON RANDOMLY. SOMETIMES THE BRAKES FAIL TO ENGAGE WHEN THE ABS LIGHT IS LIT AND THE VEHICLE MAKES A WEIRD NOISE (SOUNDS LIKE GRINDING SOUND). YESTERDAY MY WIFE WAS UNABLE TO STOP AT A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND WENT THROUGH A RED LIGHT WHEN THE BRAKES WOULD NOT WORK. THIS MODEL AND YEAR ARE UNDER A RECALL R61 (HHTSA 15V675000) BUT CHRYSLER SUPPORT SAYS OUR VIN IS NOT COVERED. TURNS OUT THAT THE MANUFACTURE DATE OF OUR CAR IS ABOUT 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE REPORTED RECALL MANUFACTURING DATES. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION THAT THEY REFUSE TO EVEN LOOK AT OR DIAGNOSE WITHOUT CHARGING US TO DO SO. IT DOES NOT TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO SEE THAT OUR VEHICLE IS EXHIBITING THE EXACT SAME PROBLEMS AND SYMPTOMS AS DETAILED IN THE ABOVE RECALL. I GUESS THEY WANT SOMEONE TO DIE BEFORE TAKING ACTION. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT SAFETY ITEMS LIKE ABS ARE COVERED FOR 5 YRS OR 100000 MILES AND OUR VEHICLE IS UNDER THAT DESCRIPTION AS IT HAS 86,000 MILES AND WAS BUILT 10/2011
THEY'RE ARE RECALLS FOR ALL THE ISSUES I'M HAVING WITH MY VEHICLE BUT WHEN I PUT THE VIN IN IT DOESN'T FALL UNDER THE RECALL LIST. I DON'T SEE HOW THEY CAN CHOOSE WHAT CARS TO FIX IF THE SAME PROBLEMS AND PARTS ARE ON ALL THEM. SO I GUESS DODGE IS DEFINITELY NOT THE VEHICLE TO BUY SINCE THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEY'RE WORK. I WAS DRIVING AND THE ABS LIGHT AND TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT CAME ON AND CRUISE CONTROL STOPPED WORKING. AND FROM WHAT I'VE BEEN TOLD IT'S THE BRAKE SENSOR AND THAT'S ONE OF THE RECALLS MY VEHICLE VIN DOESN'T FALL UNDER.
DODGE RECALL 2011-2015 2012 DODGE JOURNEY PURCHASED MARCH 25 2017 - TOTAL LOSS AS OF APRIL 24TH 2017 ENGINE BLEW DURING A REVERSE
THE ANTENNAE ALLOWS WATER TO ENTER UNDERNEATH IT, SEEMS ITS NOT FULLY SEALED ALL AROUND AND IT ALLOWS WATER TO ENTER VEHICLE. LINER HAS WATER RINGS AND REAR LEFT FLOOR GETS PRETTY DAMP. SAW THE SAME WATER RINGS IN A 2010 JOURNEY. RUSTING OUT ANY METAL AND OR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS NOT SEEN.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT COASTED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND LATER TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
DRIVING AT LOW SPEED, DURING LEFT HAND TURN VEHICLE ENGINE STALLED OUT AND POWER STEERING CEASED FUNCTIONING. POWER TO RADIO, LIGHTS,ETC. REMAINED FUNCTIONING. UPON COMING TO STOP IN SNOWBANK, PLACED VEHICLE IN PARK, PRESSED IGNITION BUTTON AND VEHICLE RESTARTED.

THE CONTACT STATED THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS RELEASED AND REAPPLIED UNTIL THE VEHICLE FINALLY STOPPED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATING NORMALLY. SEVERAL DAYS LATER, WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED AS HAVING A FUSE BOX FAILURE. THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC ADVISED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER BECAUSE THERE WAS A RECALL; HOWEVER, THE DEALER STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE AND VIN WERE UNKNOWN.
I'M EXPERIENCING AN ODOR THAT IS COMING THROUGH MY VENTS, IT SMELLS LIKE ANTIFREEZE BUT THEN THE ODOR CHANGED AND IT SMELLED LIKE ANESTHESIA AND HAD AN EFFECT LIKE IT AS WELL. I WAS DRIVING ON MY WAY HOME FROM WORK AND HAD THE AIR-CONDITIONER RUNNING (SUMMER 2016) MY EYES STARTED TO GET BLURRY AND THE SMELL WAS TAKING OVER ME, I SAID TO MYSELF I THINK I'M ABOUT TO PASS OUT ( IT WAS A FEELING LIKE I WAS GOING UNDER TO PREPARE FOR SURGERY) I QUICKLY LET THE WINDOWS DOWN TO AIR OUT THE CAR. AND THEN I WAS FINE. I DID NOT RUN THE AIR THE REST OF THE SUMMER. NOW THAT IT IS WINTER I WAS RUNNING MY DEFROST AND THE SAME SMELL WAS THERE SO I QUICKLY DEFROST AND AIRED OUT THE CAR. ALSO WITH IT BEING COLD AND TURNING ON THE HEAT I STILL GET THAT ANTI-FREEZE SMELL. SOMETIMES WHEN I AM NOT RUNNING ANYTHING THROUGH THE VENTS A WHIFF OF THE SMELL COMES THROUGH. I HAD MY CAR SERVICED AND LOOKED AT BUT THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG AND COULD NOT DETECT THE FOUL SMELL. EACH TIME I AND THESE ENCOUNTERS I WAS DRIVING BOTH IN THE CITY AND ON THE HIGHWAY. THIS STARTED IN THE SUMMER OF 2016 AND IT IS STILL HAPPENING AS OF 3/17/17
ALTERNATOR IS DEFECTIVE RUINING BOTH THE BATTER AND HAVING TO REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY MULTIPLE TIMES. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE ALREADY IN JANUARY 2014 AND APRIL 2015. AND AGAIN NOW MARCH 2017. ON A ROAD TRIP MY WIFE AND KIDS WENT ON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY LOST POWER AND ALMOST CONTROL. SHE WAS ABLE TO PULL IT TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. SHE TURNED THE CAR OFF COMPLETELY THEN TURNED IT BACK ON AND IT STARTED. THE DROVE ANOTHER HOUR AND THE BATTERY LIGHT CAME ON SHORTLY AFTER THE VEHICLE POWERED OFF AGAIN. SHE THE CALLED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AND THEY BROUGHT IT HOME. WE HAD TO REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY. THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED I WAS ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM AS TO NOT GET STRANDED AND ONCE AGAIN REPLACED THE ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY. THE AUTO PARTS GUY INSURED ME THAT THEY HAD FIXED THE PROBLEM WITH THE NEW ALTERNATORS. CLEARLY NOT. WE JUST FINISHED OUT 3RD REPLACEMENT OF BOTH ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY AFTER A LONG ROAD TRIP WE HAD TO BUY A BATTERY IN THE MIDDLE OF TO GET HOME. THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSE. I SPOKE WITH THE DODGE DEALERSHIP ORIGINALLY AND THEY WERE NO HELP AND SAID THEY WOULD HAVE JUST REPLACED THE ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY AS WELL. ## VIN PASSED ## DODGE JOURNEY 2012 ##
I WAS DRIVING MY SUV AND WHILE DRIVING MY TRUCK STALLED AND I COULD NOT TURN IT OFF FOR SEVERAL MEANS. THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP AND MY PUSH START BUTTON WOULD NOT LET ME TURN IT OFF TO RESTART. AFTER 10 MINS IT LET ME RESTART. I HAD IT TOWED TO A CAR REPAIR SHOP AND THEY CAN NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG . THE FIRST SHOP TOLD ME THAT MY OIL WAS MIXING WITH MY COOLANT AND VISA VERSA . I THEN TOOK IT TO THE MAIN SHOP TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT AND THEY SAY IT'S NOTHING WRONG. I JUST DROP MY KIDS OFF MOMS BEFORE THIS HAPPEN AND I JUST GOT OFF THE INTERSTATE, THE POSSIBILITY OF IT CUTTING OFF WHILE MY KIDS ARE IN THE VEHICLE IS DANGEROUS.

TRANSMISSION WENT OUT WHILE DRIVING. WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED ONE MONTH PRIOR. CAR DID NOT EVEN HAVE 100K MILES YET. DODGE TRIED TO SAY I HAD NEVER BEEN TO A DODGE DEALERSHIP WITH THE CAR BEFORE SO THEY REFUSED TO OFFER ANY SUPPORT. *TR

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE POWER ADAPTERS IN THE CENTER CONSOLE HAVE SHORTED OUT THE AUX PORT WORK THE USB AND OTHER PORTS AND LIGHTS DO NOT. ALSO THE SYNC CLIMATE CONTROL WILL UN-SYNC WITH OUT BEING TOUCHED IN THE REAR OR FRONT OF THE CAR.

WHILE ATTEMPTING TO RESTART THE VEHICLE, THE "NO KEY CONNECTION" WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE HAZARD LIGHTS FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE RESULTS OF THE DIAGNOSTIC WERE UNKNOWN. THE CONTACT WAS NOT INFORMED AS TO WHAT CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.

EVERY 3 TO 4 MONTHS I HAVE TO GET NEW BREAKS BECAUSE THE BREAKS START GRINDING SO BAD.
FOR THE LAST FOUR WEEKS MY VEHICLE JUST STOPS IN THE MIDDLE OF DRIVING AND SHUTS OFF THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKS AND THE CAR IS NOT MOVABLE FOR WELL OVER A FEW MINUTES. HAVE TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO BE CHECKED AND IT CLAIMS TO BE NOTHING BUT YET THE SAME PROBLEM PERSIST PLEASE ADVISE ME ON WHAT I SHOULD DO, THE VEHICLE IS AT 90,000 MILES AND I WANT TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM PLEASE AND TY IN ADVANCE. *TR
I WAS DRIVING ONTO THE ENTRANCE TO THE EXPRESSWAY AND MY CAR WOULD NOT PICK UP SPEED. IT STARTED HESITATING AND WOULD NOT PICK UP SPEED, THE ESC LIGHT CAME ON AND STARTED BLINKING AS WELL AS THE ETC LIGHT CAME ON. I IMMEDIATELY GOT OFF THE EXPRESSWAY AT THE NEXT EXIT WHEN I CAME TO A STOP , THE CAR STALLED AND CUT OFF I COULD HAVE BEEN REAR ENDED I PUT MY FLASHERS ON AND STARTED THE CAR IT STARTED BUT IT WAS STILL HESITATING I PULLED OVER IN A CAR PARKING LOT AND TURNED IT OFF I TURNED IT BACK ON AGAIN AND DROVE HOME SLOWLY AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO THE CAR DEALERSHIP THE LIGHTS DID NOT COME BACK ON I FEEL VERY VERY UNSAFE DRIVING THIS CAR.
I HAVE HAD 5 ENGINE FIRES ,IN THE LAST 8 MONTHS, THE FOAM INSIDE THE ENGINE COVER MELTS ,CAUSING TOXIC FUMES TO COME IN SIDE THE DODGE JOURNEY,YOU CAN NOT USE THE HEATER OR A/C BECAUSE YOU WILL LOOSE YOU BREATH, I LMOST HAD A DEATH OCTOBER 23,2016 IN THIS 2012 DODGE JOURNEY, DUE TO TOXIC MELTING FOAM, .. WE HAD ISSUES WITH THE DIFFERENTIAL, UPDATES NEEDED AND DODGE HAS NO CLUE. BUT NOW THIS...WE HAVE A 2012 DODGE JOURNEY THAT IS ACTING VERY STRANGE. IT STARTED WITH THE HEADLIGHTS BEING ON, EVEN WHEN THEY WERE OFF (WE DO NOT HAVE AUTOMATIC LIGHTS)...THEN AFTER THE CAR WAS OFF, THE HEADLIGHTS WOULD FLASH ON AND OFF EVERY 10-30 SECONDS, WE WOULD HAVE TO UNDO THE BATTERY TO KEEP IT FROM DIEING. WE REPLACED THE HEADLIGHTS SWITCH AND IT STILL DOES AND ADDED A SYMPTOM. WHEN MY HUSBAND WOULD MANUALLY LOCK THE DOORS, IT WOULD UNLOCK BY ITSELF. WE WERE TOLD IT WAS THE TIPM WHICH HAS TO BE DONE BY DODGE. NOT SURE WHAT IT WILL DO NEXT!
CRANKSHAFT SENSOR AND 2 CAMSHAFT SENSORS HAD TO BE REPLACED. GOING UPHILL ON A BRIDGE THAT I TRAVEL 2X A DAY FOR 365/YEAR, IT DECIDED TO CUT OFF WHILE GOING UP THE BRIDGE, I WENT FROM 52 MPH TO 0 MPH AND COASTED TO THE FOOT OF THE BRIDGE, IT WOULD SPUTTER WHEN TRYING TO TURN ON AND THEN AFTER 20 - 30 MINS, IT TURNED ON AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED AND I DROVE HOME. THE NEXT DAY TRIED TO DRIVE OVER THE BRIDGE AND IT DID THE SAME THING GOING UP HILL. IT JUST STOPPED. MECHANIC SAYS I HAD 2 BAD CAMSHAFT SENSORS AND 1 BAD CRANKSHAFT SENSOR. THE CAR STILL HICCUPS AND SHUTTERS AND ACTS LIKE IT IS GOING TO CUT OFF AGAIN AS I GO UPHILL WITH THE AIR CONDITIONER ON. I REALLY BELIEVE IN MY HEART THE AIR CONDITIONING IS DRAINING THE POWER AND SOMEHOW CAUSING ADVERSE AFFECTS ELSEWHERE, I JUST DONT KNOW HOW I CAN PROVE THE CORRELATION. I DON'T FEEL LIKE REPLACING THOSE SENSORS IS THE END ALL TO THE STORY. I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO.

I PURCHASED A USED 2012 DODGE JOURNEY IN SEPTEMBER 2015 FROM LAKESHORE CHRYSLER DODGE AND JEEP OF SLIDELL, LOUISIANA. WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS SINCE DRIVING OFF THE LOT. FOUND OUT AFTER PURCHASE THAT THE CAR WAS NOT INSPECTED PRIOR TO DEALERSHIP RESELLING IT. BEFORE I EVEN GOT HOME THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND REPORTED ISSUES. THEY DID THE OIL CHANGE AND INSPECTED THE CAR AND SAID EVERYTHING WAS FINE IT WAS "NORMAL NOISES" HOWEVER AFTER COMPLAINING AND COMPLAINING THE WERE ABLE TO LOCATE AND FIX THE ISSUE WITH THE SHIFTING NOISES AND JOLTING. WE ARE STILL EXPERIENCING THE "NORMAL NOISE" OF THREE CLICKS WHEN THE ENGINE TURNS OFF. WE HAVE NUMEROUS ELECTRICAL/COMPUTER ISSUES. THE AIR, RADIO, TOUCH SCREEN, LIGHTS, ALL GOT OFF RANDOMLY. THE SYSTEM WILL NOT RESPOND EVEN IF THE VEHICLE IS TURNED OFF AND BACK ON. IT WORKS WHEN IT WANTS TO. WE HAVE ISSUES WHERE THE CAR ACCELERATES FASTER ON ITS OWN HAVE TO BREAK WHILE CAR STILL TRIES TO ACCELERATE. WE HAVE HAD THIS VEHICLE IN THE SHOP NUMEROUS TIMES SINCE THE PURCHASE AND THEY "CAN NOT DUPLICATE THE ISSUE" SO THEY CAN NOT FIX IT. I HAVE PROVIDED NUMEROUS VIDEOS SHOWING AND PROVING THE ELECTRICAL/COMPUTER ISSUES WE ARE HAVING. DODGE REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE SITUATION. EVERYTHING IS AT OUR EXPENSE.
