TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FIAT 500L. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE, THE RPMS INCREASED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE FOLLOWING DAY, THE CONTACT OBSERVED AN ABNORMAL GRINDING NOISE UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 23,500.
