THE TRUCK WAS STATIONARY AT A RED LIGHT. WHEN THE INCIDENT OCCURRED WHILE IN DRIVE. I WAS SLOWLY BACKING UP IN A PARKING LOT, WITH MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE WHEN THE INCIDENT OCCURRED WHILE IN REVERSE.
