THE FIRESTONE TIRES INSTALLED ON THE VEHICLE WERE THE INCORRECT PLY. THE VEHICLE HAD 8 PLY, WHEN THEY SHOULD HAD BEEN E 10 PLY. *JB

LTR FM ANTHONY AND CAROL BARTLESON (FL) RE THE PROBLEMS THEY ARE HAVING WITH THE DEALERSHIP RE THEIR 2003 FORD EXCURSION W/DEFECTIVE PAINT JOB.*MR VEHICLE WAS RETURNED BY THE SALESMAN AFTER BEING CLEANED WHEN THE CONSUMER NOTICED A STONE DING IN THE LEFT FRONT FENDER. FROM HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF LITTLE RED RUST PARTIALS IN THE WHITE PAINT TO THE HOOD BEING CROOKED. THE TIRES WEREN'T REPLACED LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE. THE DEALERSHIP WOULDN'T WARRANTY THE PAINT JOB FOR OVER A YEAR, NO ADDRESS THE CONCERNS REGARDING THE TIRES. *PH
VEHICLE HAD BEEN DRIVEN THE MOST OF THE DAY WITHOUT ANY INCIDENT. TOWARDS THE END OF THE DAY VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT INDICATED THAT FIRE WAS LOCATED BEHIND THE THIRD ROW SEAT, NEAR THE SPARE TIRE. *AK
WHILE DRIVING IN INCLEMENT WEATHER HEADLIGHTS WERE VERY DIM. AS A RESULT, DRIVER NEARLY HAD A COLLISION DUE TO LACK OF VISIBILITY. *AK
