Air Bags did not deploy Impact directly to drivers side of vehicle the other car was going 55 MPH caused me the driver to hit my head on the window hard. I was informed the air bags should have deployed by officer on site.

EACH AND EVERY RECALLED COMPONENTS ASSOCIATED WITH MY VEHICLES YEAR, MAKE, AND MODEL PERTAINING TO MY VEHICLES VIN NUMBER ARE A SAFETY RISK AT FAULT AND ANY PROBLEMS CREATE UNSAFE CONDITIONS FOR OPERATION OF VEHICLE ON THE ROAD. MY ASSESSMENT OF MY VEHICLES SAFETY RISK IS HIGH DUE TO THE 0 UNREPAIRED RECALLS MY VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED WITH NEW COMPONENTS TO AVOID THESE SAFETY RISKS FROM COMPONENT FAILURE.

VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY AND HAD BEEN RUNNING LESS THAN 30-45 SECONDS AND DRIVER WAS REACHING FOR SEAT BELT WHEN AIR BAG EXPLODED WITH ENOUGH FORCE TO CAUSE A HAND LACERATION AND TORN COLLATERAL LIGAMENT.

THE DRIVER SEAT BELT DOES NOT STAY LATCHED ALL THE WAY EVEN THOUGH IT SEEMS IT DOES. RANDOMLY THE SEAT BELT WILL BECOME UNLATCHED WHILE DRIVING IN DIFFERENT CONDITIONS. IT WAS BUILT IN THE MICHIGAN PLANT LIKE THE RECALL ON YOUR WEBSITE BUT NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL ACCORDING TO FORD BECAUSE OF THE VIN. I THINK IT IS CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE DATES LISTED THAT IT COULD BE THE SAME THING AND THE RECALL SHOULD BE CHECKED INTO AND EXPANDED. ON 2 FEBRUARY 2008, MY WIFE PUT OUR 2001 FORD EXPEDITION IN REVERSE TO BACK INTO A PARKING SPOT. AT THIS MOMENT THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED AT AN EXTREME RATE OF SPEED BACKWARDS. MY WIFE ATTEMPTED SEVERAL TIMES TO GAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE BRAKES FAILED TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE GLANCED OFF ONE WALL INTO A SMALL VEHICLE CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE, RAN INTO ANOTHER SMALL VEHICLE CAUSING MAJOR DAMAGE, CRASHING INTO A BRICK WALL OF A CHURCH, SPUN AROUND, AND LANDED ON THE PORCH OF A RESIDENTS HOME FOR FINAL REST, CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE RESIDENTS HOME. THE DRIVERS SEAT BELT RELEASES PERIODICALLY FOR NO APPARENT REASON. THE SEAT BELT WILL FASTEN WITH A CLICK AND APPEARS SECURELY FASTENED. THEN OCCASIONALLY (AT LEAST ONCE PER WEEK) WHILE DRIVING IT WILL RELEASE FOR NO APPARENT REASON. THIS HAS BEEN OCCURING OVER THE PAST 6 MONTHS (AT LEAST).
