THE REAR BREAKS LOCK UP ON THE CALIPER PINS. THE CALIPERS AND PADS HAVE BEEN REPLACED UNDER WARRANTEE, AND THREE TIMES OUT OF POCKET. THE FORD DEALER NOW SAYS THE PROBLEM LIES IN THE CALIPER PIN, AFTER LOCKING UP BUY NEW PINS GREASE AND YOU ARE GOOD. THIS ONLY LAST UNTIL THE TRUCK SITS 3-5 DAYS. WHEN THE BREAKS LOCK UP THE REAR BREAK ARE HOT ENOUGH TO CATCH ON FIRE AND THE STOPPING ABILITIES ARE IMPAIRED. YOU LOOK ON THE INTERNET AND THIS IS A VERY COMMON PROBLEM WITH THE SUPERDUTY FORDS. THERE IS NO FIX AVAILABLE. WE ARE AFRAID TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THEY WILL LOCK. YOU MAY DRIVE TO TOWN FINE BUT ON THE WAY HOME IT IS LOCKED AND DANGEROUS.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F250. THE CONTACT OBSERVED THAT THERE WAS A TRANSMISSION FLUID LEAK. THE CONTACT IS A CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN AND CONFIRMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS CONTRIBUTED TO THE TRANSMISSION SNAP RING. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED FOR THE MALFUNCTION AT THIS TIME. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT HAD CONCERNS OF THE SAFETY RISK INVOLVED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 42,000.
STEERING ISSUE WITH MY FORD SUPERDUTY F250. SINCE DAY 1 THE STEERING WHILE DRIVING IN A STRAIGHT LINE TENDS TO WANDER. FEELS LIKE YOU ARE DRIVING A BUMPER CAR IN TRAFFIC ONLY HOPING YOU DO NOT HIT ANYONE. FORD ENGINEER SAID IT WAS A PROBLEM THEY SUPPOSE TO HAVE FIXED. IT HELPED FOR A WHILE APROX. 21/2 YEARS BUT AS THE TRUCK GETS OLDER IT IS STARTING TO WANDER MORE. HAS ABOUT 1-1 1/2" OF PLAY IN THE STEERING WHEEL. ITS LIKE DRIVING A 1968 FORD. HAVE READ SEVERAL OTHER COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER FORD BUYERS WITH SAME ISSUE. FORD SENT A NOTIFICATION A WHILE BACK AND STATED THAT WHEN THIS WANDERING OCCURRED WHILE DRIVING TO JUST SLOW DOWN. WELL THAT'S ALL FINE AND DANDY EXCEPT MY WIFE AND I TOOK OUR 2 HORSES TO FLAGSTAFF ,AZ. A FEW WEEKS AGO FOR A TRAIL RIDE COMING UP FROM PHOENIX, AZ. WE HAD TO DRIVE UP THROUGH STEEP MOUNTAINS AND THEN COME BACK DOWN STEEP MOUNTAINS. THE SPEED LIMIT IS 75 BUT WE WERE ONLY DOING 60-65 MOST OF THE TIME. MY TRUCK IS RATED TO PULL 12500 LBS. AT ONE POINT THE TRUCK DECIDED ON ITS ON TO WANDER ABOUT 2 FT. TO THE RIGHT COMING DOWN A MOUNTAIN AT THIS POINT I WAS ONLY DOING ABOUT 60 FORTUNATELY SINCE I WAS CONSTANTLY HAVING TO WORK THE STEERING WHEEL BACK AND FORTH I WAS ABLE TO EASE OFF THE THROTTLE AND BRING IT BACK IN LINE AFTER AWHILE. AGAIN FEELING LIKE WE WERE PLAYING BUMPER CARS ONLY THIS TIME WITH 2 HORSES IN THE TRAILER WHICH THE WEIGHT WAS ONLY ABOUT 6000LBS. THE HORSES WERE NOT MOVING AROUND AS THEY WERE BEAT FROM THE DAYS PLAY. THE WHOLE ORDEAL REALLY RATTLED US.THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR A LONG TIME AND IS ONLY GETTING WORST. I KNOW I AM OUT OF WARRANTY BUT SINCE FORD SUPPOSEDLY FIX IT BEFORE I THINK IT IS A REAL SAFETY ISSUE. IT ALL POINTS TO A BAD STEERING BOX OR BAD FRONT SUSPENSION. WE WOULD HAVE BEEN KILLED HAD I NOT GOT THIS TRUCK UNDER CONTROL AND THE HORSES WERE NOT SAFE THEN. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED AS FORD HAS NOT BEEN MUCH HELP TO ANYONE. THEIR LITTLE NOTIFICATION TO ALL OWNERS OF THIS PROBLEM SHOULD BE A REPAIR. *TR
I EXPERIENCED A SEVERE AND VIOLENT SHAKING OF THE FRONT END OF MY 2005 FORD F-250 TRUCK WHILE TRAVELING 60 MPH OVER A SLIGHT ROUGH PATCH ON A HIGHWAY. I LOST CONTROL OF MY VEHICLE AND WAS FORCED TO SWERVE OFF THE HIGHWAY. I WAS ALMOST HIT BY THE VEHICLE DIRECTLY BEHIND ME. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE LOST CONTROL OF THE TRUCK BECAUSE OF THIS VIOLENT SHAKING IN THE LAST MONTH. I HAVE HAD THE TRUCK TO A LOCAL INSPECTION STATION AND THEY REPLACED THE STEERING STABILIZER AND DID AN ALIGNMENT. THIS DID NOT HELP. I HAVE CALLED THE FORD DEALER I PURCHASED THE TRUCK FROM AND THEY SAID THEY NEVER HEARD OF ANYONE HAVING THIS PROBLEM WITH ANY FORD TRUCK. OBVIOUSLY, THEY ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. I ONLY HOPE THERE IS A RECALL BEFORE TOO MANY PEOPLE DIE. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F250. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH DRIVING OVER A SMALL ROAD BUMP; THERE WAS A VIOLENT SHAKE AND VIBRATION. UNEXPECTEDLY, THE VEHICLE LOSS CONTROL FOR APPROXIMATELY 6-8 SECONDS. THERE WAS A SUDDEN RELEASE OF THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL; HOWEVER, THE DRIVER WAS ABLE TO GAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND RESUME OPERATION. THE FAILURE RECURRED AT VARIOUS SPEEDS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR INSPECTION; HOWEVER, THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS FOR THE IDENTICAL FAILURES WHICH THERE WERE NO RESOLUTIONS. THE CONTACT HAD CONCERNS OF THE SAFETY RISK INVOLVED. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 200. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 47,000.
FORD 2005 F250 4X4 SUPER DUTY ,VIOLENT SHAKING. ON SAT MAY 30TH AT APPROX 11:00 AM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME, I WAS TRAVELING ON THE I 280 SOUTH FREEWAY WITH MY DAUGHTER TO A SOCCER TOURNAMENT IN MY 2005 F250 4X4 SUPER DUTY TRUCK. WE WERE IN CRUISE CONTROL GOING APPROX 55 MPH. WE DROVE OVER WHAT I BELIEVE WAS A LARGE EXPANSION JOINT ON THE FREEWAY. IMMEDIATELY AFTER WE TRAVELED OVER JOINT, THE VEHICLE START TO VIOLENTLY SHAKE AND VIBRATE. AFTER A TENSE MOMENT OF COMPLETE TERROR AS THE VEHICLE BECAME EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO CONTROL AND CONTINUED TO SHAKE VIOLENTLY WE CAME TO A UNSAFE STOP ON THE FREEWAY. AFTER THE COMPLETE STOP, I IMMEDIATELY HAD TO SPEED UP AGAIN TO PREVENT BEING REAR ENDED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FREEWAY. THE REST OF THE TRIP WAS SPENT WHITE KNUCKLED TRAVELING WELL BELOW FREEWAY SPEEDS FOR FEAR OF ANOTHER EPISODE OF SHAKING . EVERY BUMP IN THE ROAD WAS A SCARY REMINDER OF WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN AGAIN. MY DAUGHTER IS SCARED TO TRAVEL IN THE TRUCK AND MY WIFE HAS DEMANDED THAT THE PROBLEM BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY,OR "SELL THE '!@#$% TRUCK" . THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. FORD MOTOR COMPANY SENT A NOTICE INFORMING ME OF THE PROBLEM. THEY INDICATED IT COULD BE PREVENTED WITH PROPER TIRE PRESSURE. MY TIRES WERE WELL WITHIN THE RANGE OF PRESSURE SUGGESTED. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I CHECKED THEM IMMEDIATELY WHEN I ARRIVED HOME. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND PRESENTS A MAJOR RISK TO THE DRIVER OF THESE VEHICLES AS WELL AS THE SURROUNDING DRIVERS. I ALMOST LOST CONTROL OF MY TRUCK AND HAD FLASHES OF MY DAUGHTER AND I NEVER MAKING IT HOME. THERE WAS A PARENT TRAVELING BEHIND US IN A TRUCK. THEY WITNESSED THE VIOLENT SHAKING AND SAID "I THOUGHT YOUR AXLE WAS GOING TO COME UNDONE AND YOU WERE GOING TO CRASH" .THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL BE TAKING MY DAUGHTERS AND MY EXPERIENCE TO AS MANY FORUMS AS POSSIBLE UNTIL THERE IS A FULL RECALL ON THESE TRUCKS. FORD IS COMPLETELY AWARE OF THE SITUATION, DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY THIS. *TR
THE 2005 FORD F250 PICKUP TRUCKS HAS AN ISSUE WHILE FILLING VEHICLE WITH FUEL. THE FUEL SHOOTS OUT OF GAS TANK FILL INLET DURING THE FUELING PROCESS. THIS PROBLEM WILL HAPPEN WITH THE FUEL GAUGE REGISTERING EMPTY, HALF, OR NEAR FULL. I HAVE HAD GAS SHOOT ALL OVER ME AND OTHER PEOPLE TIME AND TIME AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO NOT GET GAS IN THAT TRUCK AT EVERY GAS STATION NEAR MY HOME. I HAVE TO DRIVE ACROSS TOWN TO GET GAS. AS SOON AS THEY NOTICE FUEL SPILLING OUT OF MY TRUCK, I WILL BE BANNED FROM THEIR STATIONS TOO. THERE ARE 8 GAS STATIONS WITHIN 5 BLOCKS THAT HAVE BANNED ME. IT COSTS ME APPROX. $4 TO GO GET FUEL, EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A STATION 1 BLOCK AWAY. I CONTACTED FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE MANY TIMES. THEY CLAIM IT ISN'T A RECALL ISSUE. I RESEARCHED THE FORD EXECUTIVES COMPANY EMAIL ADDRESSES AND SENT EMAILS TO THEM. THE EMAIL ADDRESSES WERE STILL VALID AND NOT RETURNED. THE EMAILS MADE IT TO THOSE EXECUTIVES BUT THEY NEVER RESPONDED. I EXPLAINED THAT THE FUEL SPILLAGE IS CAUSING A HUGE SAFETY CONCERN AND MAY KILL ME OR SOMEONE ELSE. I EXPLAINED THAT THE PROBLEM MAY CAUSE AN EXPLOSION AT A STORE. THE FORD MOTOR SERVICE PROFESSIONALS HAVE TOLD ME THAT THE FILTER IN THE TANK HAS GONE BAD. I HAVE MADE THE COSTLY REPAIR 4 TIMES SINCE MAY OF 2008. IT WORKS WELL FOR A FEW MONTHS AND THEN THE GAS SHOOTS OUT AGAIN. ON ONE OF THOSE INSTANCES, THE FUEL SPILLED OUT, AND I FINISHED FUELING AND PULLED TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE TO REPORT THE SPILLAGE. SOMEONE DROVE UP IN THAT SPOT SMOKING A CIGARETTE AND CAUSED A FIRE FROM THE FUEL SPILLED AT THE PUMP. I WAS BANNED FROM THAT STORE AS WELL. I HAVE TO EITHER PAY FOR A COSTLY GAS TANK FUEL FILTER REPLACEMENT, GET BANNED FROM STORES FOR HONESTLY REPORTING THE SPILLAGE, OR FUEL UP AND DRIVE AWAY FROM THE STORE BEFORE SOMEONE NOTICES THAT I SPILLED FUEL. I DON'T LIKE DOING ANY OF THOSE THINGS. FORD DOESN'T CARE. *TR

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO HAVE THE FAILURE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT REPLACED THE TIRES HIMSELF, BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,000.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-250. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SHAKE. THE CONTACT SLOWED THE VEHICLE DOWN AND THE TIRES BLEW OUT. THE VEHICLE VEERED TO THE LEFT AND INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC. THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO A MOUNTAIN AND THE VEHICLE ROLLED OVER TWICE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 65,197.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-250. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE SMELLED A BURNING ODOR AND NOTICED THAT THERE WAS NO WATER IN THE RADIATOR UNIT. SHE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND THEY REPLACED THE EGR COOLING UNIT AT THE COST OF $1,100. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT ON THIS PARTICULAR MODEL VEHICLE HE MAKES AT LEAST TWO REPAIRS A DAY IN REFERENCE TO THIS COMPONENT. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE REPAIR, THE CONTACT SMELLED AN ODOR IDENTICAL TO ANTIFREEZE FLUID, AND NOTICED THAT THE RADIATOR DID NOT HAVE ANY WATER IN IT ONCE AGAIN. SHE IS IN THE PROCESS OF HAVING THE VEHICLE RE-INSPECTED. THE CONTACT EMAILED THE MANUFACTURER AND A REPRESENTATIVE RESPONDED BY DENOUNCING ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR HER FAILURE. THE REPRESENTATIVE ALSO STATED THAT IT WAS NOT A MANUFACTURER DEFECT. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 108,000.
FRONT END SHAKES VIOLENTLY WHEN TRAVELING FASTER THAN 50 MPH WHEN YOU HIT A SMALL IMPERFECTION IN THE ROAD. *TR
THE ABOVE VEHICLE HAS HAD MULTIPLE PROBLEMS DUE TO THE DESIGN OF THE ENGINE INCLUDING SUCH THINGS AS THE EGR COOLER, THE EGR VALVE (TWICE), THE FUEL INJECTOR CONTROL MOD (FICM), THE HIGH PRESSURE OIL REGULATOR SCREEN, (A .10 CENT PIECE 450.00 LABOR). IF YOU WILL SEARCH THIS ENGINE FROM 2003 TO 2007 YOU WILL FIND HUNDRED IF NOT THOUSAND OF POST BY OWNERS OF THE 6.0 POWERSTROKE THAT ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS OVER AND OVER. FORD REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP ANYONE AND THEY TOLD ME IN AN EMAIL YOU WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT CAN MAKE THEM HAVE A RECALL. I HOPE YOU WILL STEP UP AND HELP ALL OF US. FORD FILED SUIT AGAINST THE MANUFACTURE (INTERNATION/ NAVISTAR) OVER THIS ENGINES PROBLEMS BACK IN 2004 BUT THEY KEPT SELLING IT KNOWING IT HAD PROBLEMS THAT WOULD BE LEFT UP TO THE BUYERS OF THE VEHICLES, I WAS PERSONALLY TOLD BY A SALESMAN TO EXPECT 350,000 MILES FROM THIS ENGINE. IF YOU CAN NOT HELP ME AND THE OTHERS CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT ELSE I CAN DO? WILL IT TAKE LEGAL ACTION OR IS THERE ANOTHER PATH I CAN TAKE? *TR
2005 FORD F250 WITH A DEFECTIVE FUEL GAUGE. CONSUMER STATES THAT THE FUEL GAUGE HAS FAILED BEFORE. CONSUMER HAS HAD IT FIXED FOR THE THIRD TIME. DEALER SAID THEY WOULD REPAIR IT AGAIN UNDER WARRANTY. HE IS AFRAID THIS WILL BE AN ONGOING PROBLEM. *KB
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-250. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD OVERHEAT AND THEN STALL. THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT RESTART AFTER THE FAILURES. BOTH THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE AWARE OF THE FAILURE; HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A PRIVATE MECHANIC, WHO REPLACED THE HIGH PRESSURE OIL PUMP, OIL SENDING UNIT, FUEL INJECTION CONTROL MODULE, AND THE EGR COOLER. AS A RESULT, THE HEAD GASKET BLEW OUT. NO ADDITIONAL REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 114,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-250. THE FUEL TANK ASSEMBLY FAILED AND WAS REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE FAILURE TYPICALLY OCCURS WHEN THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 60,000.
IN DRIVING MY FORD F-250 PICK-UP, I HAVE EXPERIENCES SEVERE VIBRATIONS/OSCILLATIONS AT HIGH (OVER 60MPH) SPEEDS. THIS OCCURS WHEN THE TRUCK RUNS OVER A SMALL IMPERFECTION IN THE ROAD. THESE OSCILLATIONS ARE QUITE SEVERE - FORCING EMERGENCY LEAVE CHANGE/LOSS OF CONTROL. WHEN THE TRUCK SLOWS DOWN TO ABOUT 40, THE OSCILLATIONS CEASE. THIS SHAKING IS SO SEVERE IT HAS DAMAGED THE PAINT ON THE HOOD DUE TO THE HOOD SLOSHING BACK AND FORTH. IT IS DEFINITELY LIFE-THREATENING. THE FORD DEALER IS AT A LOSS, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-250. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE SHOOK VIOLENTLY AND BECAME DIFFICULT TO STEER AFTER DRIVING OVER A BUMP IN THE ROAD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT IT WAS NOT A NORMAL FRONT END SHAKE AND CONTINUED DRIVING HOME AT A LOWER RATE OF SPEED. THE DEALER ROTATED THE TIRES, BUT THAT DID NOT CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED HER TO CALL NHTSA AND TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 30,400 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F250. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 70 MPH AND AS HE APPLIED THE BRAKES, THE PISTON ON THE CALIBER LOCKED ABNORMALLY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE WOULD OCCUR INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN TO THE DEALER THREE TIMES FOR REPAIRS YET THE FAILURE CONTINUED TO RECUR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT FURTHER REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 87,000.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-250. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE MISFIRED WITHOUT WARNING AND SHUT OFF APPROXIMATELY TEN SECONDS LATER. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO COAST THE VEHICLE OFF THE ROAD AND, APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES LATER, THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO BE RESTARTED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE FUEL INJECTORS FAILED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 156,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 135,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-250. WHILE TRAVELING AT 40 MPH, BOTH THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE AND THE STEERING WHEEL WILL BEGIN TO ABNORMALLY SHAKE AND VIBRATE WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL MECHANIC WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FRONT SHOCKS WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THERE WERE NO PRIOR WARNINGS OF THE FAILURE AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 74,000.

AGAIN ON THE DRIVE HOME I LOST THE TURBO. IT HAD TO BE REPLACED AT THE DEALERSHIP, COLUMBIA FORD, CT THE NEXT DAY. I WAS TOLD I HAD TO DRIVE MY TRUCK HARD AND EVERYDAY IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE PROBLEM FROM OCCURRING AGAIN. IN MARCH 2010 BROUGHT MY TRUCK TO MONACO FORD, THE MOTOR HAD TO BE REMOVED DUE TO "ALL OF THE GASKETS AND SEALS IN THE MOTOR LEAKING, AS WELL AS THE TURBO CHARGER BEING BAD AGAIN. THIS OCCURRED AT 24,500 MILES. THE SIDE WALLS OF MY TIRES ARE PEELING, THE RUNNING BOARD ON THE DRIVERS SIDE IS FALLING OFF, AND THE BODY SIDE MOLDING IS COMING OFF AND NOW AT 26,000 MILES THE AIR POSITION SELECTOR FOR THE CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING. IF I PUT IT IN A POSITION FOR VENTING OR FOR FRONT AND FLOOR I JUST BLOWS THROUGH THE DEFROST VENTS. WHEN DRIVING AT SPEEDS ABOVE 55 MILES PER HOUR I EXPERIENCE VIOLENT SHAKING FROM THE FRONT END WHICH IS CALLED DEATH WOBBLE AFTER DOING RESEARCH. FORD SAYS THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TRUCK AND THAT IT IS FINE. THE WOBBLE ONLY STOPS WHEN MY SPEED IS DECREASED UNDER 40 MPH OR SO. FORD HAS DOES NOTHING TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM OTHER THAN TO BLOW SMOKE AT EVERYONE ABOUT THE TIRE PRESSURE. SINCE I BOUGHT THIS UNIT NEW, THE TIRE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN CORRECTED TO THE PROPER AMOUNT OR THE CORRECT TIRES BEEN REPLACED. STILL THIS ISSUE TAKES PLACE . ITS AN UNBELIEVABLE TERRIFYING SHAKING THAT TAKES PLACE , AND ONLY STOPS WHEN THE TRUCK GETS TO ABOUT 20-25 MILES AN HOUR. THIS OCCURRED MOST RECENTLY, LAST THAT A CAR FOLLOWING ME , PULLED ME OVER TO TELL ME HOW IT LOOKED FROM THE REAR, TO THE POINT THE PERSON BEHIND ME WAS FEARFUL FOR THEIR SAFETY AS WELL. I REFUSE TO LET ANY MEMBER OF THE FAMILY DRIVE THIS TRUCK ,OTHER THAN MYSELF.
