2012 FORD FOCUS SE POWER STEERING FAILURE LIGHT COMES ON. FIXED POWER STEERING HARD TOP STEER. SO REPLACED STEERING GEAR, STEERING WHEEL SENSOR AND REPROGRAMMING STEERING WHEEL. ALSO ALIGNMENT STEERING WHEEL SENSOR ASSEMBLY. TOLD HARD TO GET SENSOR AND REPROGRAM AFTER REPAIRS. SOP ADDITIONAL COST TO FIX.
WHEN GOING ABOUT 55 MPH MY CAR STARTS TO GET VERY LOUD, NOTHING SEEMS TO BE WRONG IT'S AS IF THERE'S A LEAF BLOWER INSIDE THE VEHICLE. AS I SLOW DOWN, USE THE BRAKES, THE SOUND SLOWLY GETS MORE QUIET.
CAR WAS IN PARK. WHEN I TURNED ON THE IGNITION AND STARTED TO BACK OUT I COULDN'T TURN THE STEERING WHEEL AND THE POWER STEERING WARNING LIGHT CAME ON. I PUT THE CAR BACK IN PARK, TURNED IT OFF THEN BACK ON AFTER A COUPLE OF MINUTES AND IT WAS FINE. THIS HAS HAPPENED AT LEAST 4 TIMES WITHIN THE PAST YEAR.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 97,000.
WHEN THE VEHICLE IS PUT IN DRIVE AND YOU TAKE OFF THERE IS A LOT OF SHUDDERING IN AS MUCH AS THE VEHICLE WILL HESITATE SO MUCH THAT NOW THAT THE HESITATION ALMOST CAUSED A WRECK; SEVERAL TIMES. THERE IS ALSO A LOUD GURGLING SOUND GOING ON IN THIS PROCESS. SUPPOSEDLY A MECHANIC LOOKED AT IT WHO WAS ONCE A FORD MECHANIC WHERE HE STATED THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR OR TRANSMISSION. THEY WERE MADE LIKE THIS. THIS IS NOT A SAFE CAR TO DRIVE!

INDIANA AVE, SELLERSBURG, IN) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL TANK VALVE WAS FAULTY. THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V735000 (FUEL SYSTEM) AND THE FUEL TANK VALVE WAS REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL TANK WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 106,000.

SEEMS AS THOUGH TRANSMISSION TORQUE DISPERSION IS IMPROPERLY FUNCTIONING. DANGEROUS WHEN PULLING OUT INTO TRAFFIC LANES. EXCESSIVE TRANSMISSION VIBRATION WHILE VEHICLE IS STATIONARY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FREESTONE FORD (1201 US-84, FAIRFIELD, TX 75840; (903) 608-9515) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A STUCK CANISTER PURGE VALVE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FUEL TANK, FUEL PUMP, AND FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THE FAILURE WAS LIKE NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V515000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 114,000.
THE POWER STEERING ASSIST MALFUNCTION LIGHT WENT ON AND POWER STEERING FAILED THREE TIMES ON MY FORD FOCUS 2012. WHEN I RESTARTED THE CAR, THE MALFUNCTION LIGHT WENT AWAY AND POWER STEERING RETURNED. EACH TIME THE VEHICLE WAS IN A STATIONARY POSITION. THE DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT SAID THE RACK AND PINION MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THANK GOODNESS MY VEHICLE WAS NOT IN MOTION OR SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH COULD HAVE OCCURRED. THE VEHICLE HAS LESS THAN 35,000 MILES ON IT AND THERE IS NO REASON WHY THIS SIGNIFICANT OF A REPAIR IS NECESSARY ON A VEHICLE WITH SO LITTLE MILEAGE ON IT. THIS IS CLEARLY A MANUFACTURER DEFECT PROBLEM AND NOT A WEAR AND TEAR ISSUE. FORD WAS NOT WILLING TO ASSIST IN ANY WAY UNLESS THIS PART IS SUBJECT TO A RECALL.
FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW MY POWER STEERING HAS BEEN NOT WORKING WHEN I TURN THE CAR ON SPORADICALLY. TO FIX THIS I HAVE BEEN JUST TURNING THE CAR OFF THEN BACK ON A FEW TIMES AND THAT SEEMS TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HOWEVER, NOW IT WON'T RESET AND I DO NOT HAVE POWER STEERING AT ALL. I HAD IT TOWED TO THE DEALER AND AFTER THEY CHARGED ME 140 THEY TOLS ME THAT IT NEEDS A NEW RACK AND PIN AND IT WOULD COST 2400!!! FORD ISSUED A RECALL ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT CARS FOR THIS SAME ISSUE. HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE HAVE TO BE HURT OR DIE BEFORE THEY ISSUE ONE FOR THIS? I JUST HAD THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY AND RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL INFORMING ME THAT A RECALL WAS ISSUED DUE TO THE FUEL SYSTEM CAUSING MAJOR PROBLEMS.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE BEGAN TWO YEARS AGO, BUT WENT AWAY AFTER AWHILE. HOWEVER, THE FAILURE BECAME WORSE OVER THE PAST TWO WEEKS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 53,000.
I WAS TURNING MY CAR (IN MOTION) ON A LOCAL STREET AND MY POWER STEERING ASSIST STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY, WITH MY THREE YEAR OLD IN THE BACK SEAT. I WAS UNABLE TO TO MAKE THE TURN ADEQUATELY, AND EVEN PULLED A MUSCLE IN MY SHOULDER TRYING TO FORCE THE STEERING WHEEL IN THE CORRECT DIRECTION.
STEERING ASSIST FAULT - THREE TIMES SINCE THE PURCHASE OF THIS VEHICLE IT HAS DISPLAYED THIS MESSAGE. IT ALWAYS WENT AWAY AFTER TURNING THE CAR OFF AND BACK ON. THE THIRD TIME IT HAS NOT GONE AWAY. THE VEHICLE HAS NO POWER STEERING. 6 YEARS OLD/ BOUGHT NEW OFF THE LOT/ 92000 MILES.
SOMETIMES WHEN THE CAR IS STARTED AND YOU GO TO BACK UP OR EVEN PULL IN TO PARK THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKS UP AND DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO TURN IT. THE RADIO MAKES THIS HORRIBLE LOUD CRACKLING NOISE AND IMPOSES A TREMENDOUS SAFETY CONCERN WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND THE SPEAKERS CUT ON AND OFF WITHOUT YOU EVER TOUCHING THE STEREO SYSTEM, I FEEL FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SENSITIVE HEARING OR EVEN THE ELDERLY IF IT HAPPENS TO THEM BECAUSE IT IS HORRIBLY LOUD AND EVEN WITH THE RADIO OFF IT STILL POPS AND SQUEAKS, ALSO THE CANISTER PURGE I JUST SPENT 700 LAST YEAR REPLACING FUEL PUMP RELAY SWITCH CAR JUST CUT OFF GOING DOWN THE 4OAD AND WOULD NOT START BACK UP
TODAY'S DATE I HAVE CALLED FORD MOTOR COMPANY AND SPOKE WITH MISS.CHRIS ID#2191199 AROUND 10:53 AM PST.WITH THE GIVEN RECENT OPENED NUMBER WAS # CAS16420379 TO STATE THE SAID PROBLEMS AND TO SE HOW WE COULD POSSIBLY SOLVED THE SAID CONCERNS WE HAVE.I HAVE TOLD, I HAVE BEEN DENIED OR REFUSED TO HAVE MY VEHICLE TO BE RE-SERVICED OVER AGAIN FOR THE REOCCURRING PREVIOUSLY FIXED AND SERVICED MECHANICAL OR ELECTRONIC PCM RELATED SOFTWARE OR THE HARDWARE FAILURES TODAY'S MORNING AND I WAS TOLD BY ONE OF THEIR SERVICE ADVISOR NAMED AS FRANK THIS VEHICLE CAN NOT BE SERVICED ANY LONGER.BECAUSE,THIS VEHICLE RECORD'S SHOWING THAT THE VEHICLE IT IS BRANDED AND/OR SALVAGED AND THAT IT WILL VOID ANY KIND OF MECHANICAL WARRANTIES AND WHEN I SAID THIS VEHICLE PREVIOUSLY WAS SERVICED UNDER THE SAME CONDITION AND RECORDS AND WHY CAN NOT BE RE-SERVICED OVER AGAIN FOR SAID PREVIOUSLY FIXED AT YOUR DEALERSHIPS SERVICE DEPARTMENT ? THE TRANSMISSION WAS OPERATING IN-PROPERLY AND TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE AUTHORIZED LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP IN THE CITY OF COSTA MESA,CA-92627.CHECKED IT IN TO THE SERVICE AREA AND REGISTERED IT WITH SERVICE ADVISOR#7217 TO MR.NED SHORTSLEEVE'S CARES FOR THE SAID PROBLEMS. AND THAT WE CLAIMED THE SAID ISSUES WE WERE EXPERIENCING.1-THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AND STAYS SOLID ON AND WHEN THAT HAPPENED THE TRANSMISSION WON'T OPERATE PROPERLY 2-THEN THEY HAVE PLACED THE TCM THE SIDE DOOR LATCH IT MAY BREAK PER THE MANUFACTURER'S SAFETY RECALL AND WAS ASKED THE DEALER TO REPLACE THE SAID DOOR COMPONENT AND WE WERE TOLD THE PART IT IS NOT AVAILABLE AND NEEDS TO BE ORDERED SO CAN BE REPLACED. WE WILL BE CALLED WHEN THE PART IS ARRIVED BUT,WE NEVER BEEN CALLED.
ON MY 2012 FORD FOCUS FUEL CONSUMPTION HAS DECREASED ALSO ONCE THE CAR GETS PASSED A HALF TANK THE FUEL VOLUME GAUGE IS NOT CORRECT THE CAR ACTUALLY RUNS OUT OF FUEL WHAT'S THE LAST QUARTER OF A MARK WHICH APPEARS TO STILL HAVE FUEL, ALSO FRONT END DRIVETRAIN MAKES LOUD NOISE WHEN TURNING CORNERS, ENGINE WILL NOT CRANK AT TIMES AND MAKES FUNNY SOUNDS UNDER THE HOOD ELECTRICAL SOUNDS. BATTERY POSITIVE LEAD WIRING GETS HOT . CAR WILL NOT START ,BLOWER FAN DOESN'T WORK AND CAR RUNS HOT, AFTER BEING REPLACED 12/05/2019.

WHEN I START THE CAR A MESSAGE COMES ON THE DASH THAT SAYS STEERING ASSIST MALFUNCTION AND THE CAR WILL NOT STEER. I HAVE TO TURN IT OFF AND WAIT A MINUTE AND TRY TO START THE CAR AGAIN.
I STARTED ENGINE TODAY AND GOT NOTIFICATION THAT "STEERING ASSIST" NEEDS ATTENTION. I JUST RECENTLY TOOK MY CAR TO DEALER FOR RECALLS ON DOOR LATCHES, WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR, AND TRANSMISSION. THEY KEPT IT 2 WEEKS AND I HAD TO PAY $393.00 FOR REPAIR OF BROKEN MOTOR MOUNT AND WIRING DIAGNOSTIC BECAUSE LINKAGE TO COMPUTER FAILED DUE TO SHORT. I HAVE ATTACHED THE DEALER INVOICE FOR THESE SERVICES. ON SEEING PROBLEM WITH POWER STEERING ASSIST I LOOKED ON INTERNET AND SEE THAT FORD HAS ISSUED RECALLS FOR MOTOR MOUNTS,STEERING ASSIST PROBLEMS, AND FAULTY WIRING ISSUES ON OTHER FORD MODELS BUT NOT FOR THE FOCUS. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED RECALL INFO FOR THE MOTOR MOUNT, STEERING ASSIST PROBLEM, OR WIRING ISSUES FOR MY FOCUS. SHOULD THEY NOT BE REQUIRED TO DO SO IF THEY HAVE ISSUED RECALLS FOR OTHER FORD PRODUCTS WITH THE SAME ISSUES?
STEERING ASSIST FAULT SERVICE REQUIRED WARNING SIGNAL SHOWING ON DASH BOARD. STEER IS VERY HEAVY, CANNOT TURN. CANNOT MAKE RIGHT OR LEFT TURN. IF YOU ARE STRONG ENOUGH, AND WANT TO TURN, YOU NEED ALWAYS OCCUPIED REVERSE ROAD. THAT'S VERY DANGEROUS. I'D LIKE TO SAY, IT LOST TURN FUNCTION, OUT OF CONTROL. THE MANUFACTURER CONFIRMED THE DEALER'S STATEMENT AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 101,149.
I WAS DRIVING HOME AND THE DOOR UNLATCHED ON IT'S OWN AND BECAME CRACKED OPEN IN THE MIDDLE OF RUSH HOUR. I HAD TO STOP AND HURRY UP AND GET OUT TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE DOOR AGAIN. VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION WITH MY SON DRIVING. TURNING LEFT AT A PROTECTED GREEN ARROW, THE POWER STEERING STOPPED WORKING AND THE WHEEL EFFORT SKYROCKETED. CAR WAS JERKED RIGHT, MY SON SLAMMED ON THE BRAKES AND HE WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER. STOPPED, LOOKED UNDER THE HOOD. NOTHING SEEN. RESTARTED THE CAR AND A "POWER STEERING ASSIST MODEL FAULT" WAS ILLUMINATED. TURNED THE CAR OFF. TURNED CAR BACK ON AND THE FAULT WAS GONE. DROVE CAR 1 MILE HOME AT LOW SPEED WITH HAZARDS. ERROR COMES BACK UNPREDICTABLY AND DANGEROUSLY.
I HAVE RECENTLY BOUGHT A 2012 FORD FOCUS AND IT HAS THE CLUTCH PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM HAS A WARRANTY FOR UNDER 100,000 MILES. BUT DOES NOT HAVE A RECALL FOR WHEN THE PROBLEM HAPPENS AFTER 90,000 MILES. SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY 1,500 DOLLARS TO GET IT FIXED. FORD NEEDS TO FIX A PROBLEM THEY MADE

THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SHUDDERS/VIBRATES WHEN TAKING OFF. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THEY STATED THAT THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED. I UNDERSTAND THAT MOST OF THE FORD FOCUS AND FIESTAS HAVE THIS PROBLEM FOR MANY YEARS.
STEARING FAULT IS DISPLAYED AND ELECTRONIC POWER ASSISTANCE STOPPED WORKING. IT HAPPENED IN THE PARKING LOT DRIVING VERY SLOW.

MY CAR HAS STALLED OUT 3 TIMES IN 2 DAYS. ONCE WHILE PARKED AFTER FILLING THE TANK WITH GAS. I HAD TURNED THE ENGINE OFF TO FILL THE TANK, AND THEN IT TOOK THREE ATTEMPTS WITH SLUGGISH TURNOVER TO START. THE NEXT TIME, I WAS IN IDLE AT A RED LIGHT AND THE ENGINE SUDDENLY DIED. I WAS ABLE TO RESTART. THE THIRD TIME, I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A TURN IN A DOWNTOWN AREA AND I LOST COMPRESSION AND NOTHING HAPPENED WHEN I PRESSED THE ACCELERATOR. THE ENGINE LIGHT ON THE DASHBOARD CAME ON AND I WAS ABLE TO COAST TO THE SHOULDER AND RESTARTED MY CAR. THIS MORNING THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON. I DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE DRIVING MY VEHICLE.
THE GEAR GETS STUCK IN REVERSE AND I CAN'T PUT THE CAR IN PARK. EVEN THOUGH THE GEAR READS PARK IT WILL STILL BE IN A DIFFERENT GEAR.
I HAVE HAD THIS VEHICLE FOR THREE DAYS (10-28-18) WHEN THE STEERING ASSIST STOPPED WORKING WHEN IT WAS STARTED. THE CAR WAS STATIONARY AND THE MESSAGE ON THE DISPLAY SAID STEERING ASSIST FAULT. WHEN THE CAR WAS TURNED OFF AND RESTARTED IT WAS OK. THIS CAR HAS 71100 MILES ON IT AND WAS PURCHASED AS A FIRST CAR FOR MY SON WHO IS 17.
RECALL # 16S30 SIDE DOOR LATCH REPLACEMENT REMEDY WAS NEVER PERFORMED ON VEHICLE IN 2016. I JUST PURCHASED CAR ON OCTOBER 27, 2018 AND THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR CLOSING WHICH LEADS ME TO BELIEVE IT IS BECAUSE THE REMEDY WAS NEVER PERFORMED. POWER STEERING FAULT HAS BEEN COMING ON AND OFF FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. AN ENGINE RESTART NORMALLY RESETS LIGHT. ON OCTOBER 23, 2018, THE POWER STEERING LIGHT CAME ON WHILE IN MOTION AND COMPLETELY DISABLE MY ABILITY TO CONTROL THE CAR. THE VEHICLE IS NOW PARK AND CANNOT BE DRIVEN.

TOOK TO DEALERSHIP AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT ELECTRONIC STEERING GEAR MECHANISM AND RACK NEED TO BE REPLACED AT A COST OF $1,800 AND ALIGNMENT FOR $99.95. I AGREED TO HAVE DEALERSHIP DO THE WORK AS I WAS TOO SCARED TO DRIVE THE CAR. THIS SEEMS LIKE A WIDESPREAD AND DANGEROUS ISSUE THAT IS VERY COMMON WITH THIS MODEL, WHY ISN'T THERE A RECALL?
MY CAR HAS 75,000 MILES ON IT. I'M 6 MONTHS PREGNANT, DRIVING ON THE INTERSTATE, WHEN THE VEHICLE'S TRANSMISSION STARTS TO SLIP. DURING THE SLIP, A "TRANSMISSION MALFUNCTION. SERVICE NOW" LIGHT COMES ON AND MY CAR PROCEEDS TO LOCK UP AND STALL AT INTERSTATE SPEEDS. THREE DIFFERENT CARS ALMOST CRASHED INTO MY OWN BEFORE I COULD GET SAFELY TO THE SHOULDER. FORD ISSUED A RECALL ON THIS VEHICLE (MANUFACTURER RECALL #18S32) NHTSA RECALL # 18V735 ON OCTOBE22, 2018. THEY STILL HAVE NOT COME UP WTIH A REMEDY OTHER THAN TO KEEP THE GAS TANK AT LEAST 1/2 FULL. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME.
ON YOUR VEHICLE, THE PCM SOFTWARE MAY NOT ADEQUATELY DETECT A STUCK-OPEN CANISTER PURGE VALVE (CPV) WITHIN THE FUEL VAPOR SYSTEM. IF THE CPV MALFUNCTIONS AND STICKS OPEN, IT CAN LEAD TO EXCESSIVE VACUUM IN THE FUEL VAPOR SYSTEM, POTENTIALLY DEFORMING THE PLASTIC FUEL TANK. THIS CAN CAUSE THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS: ILLUMINATED MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL) WITH CERTAIN DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTCS) INACCURATE OR ERRATIC FUEL GAUGE INDICATION INACCURATE DISTANCE TO EMPTY (DTE) ENGINE STALL AND/OR OTHER DRIVABILITY CONCERNS RELATED TO STUCK OPEN CPV SAFETY RISK THIS MAY RESULT IN AN ENGINE STALL WHILE DRIVING WITHOUT WARNING OR WITHOUT THE ABILITY TO RESTART, AND CAN INCREASE THE RISK OF A CRASH. ADDITIONALLY, ON ANOTHER OCCASION WHILE MOVING THE VEHICLE FROM A PARKING SPACE, THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME FIRM AND DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER. METRO FORD CHICAGO LOCATED AT 6455 S WESTERN AVE, CHICAGO, IL 60636, (888)667-9088 WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT SUBJECTED TO A RECALL OR A WARRANTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 62,100.
Back in October 2018, (& during the time Ford was settling their class action lawsuit against them regarding transmissions, clutches, the Powertrain Control Module, and more), I received another recall described by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) as: "NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID: 18V735000 October 22, 2018 Ford will notify owners & dealers will reprogram the Powertrain Control Module. Dealers will also check for fault codes & replace the CPV as needed. If the CPV is replaced, dealers will inspect & replace the carbon canister, fuel tank & fuel delivery module as necessary. The recall is expected to begin December 10, 2018. Ford's number for this recall is 18S32. Note: Until the vehicle is serviced for this concern, owners are advised to keep the fuel tank at least halfway full." I brought the vehicle in to have the recall taken care of and after a day of servicing the vehicle, I was told that the PCM was reprogrammed & the issues were fixed. A week or 2 later, I received notice that the issue hadn't been resolved & a new recall was issued regarding the very same thing. As reported by the NHTSA: "NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID: 19V515000 July 5, 2019 Ford will notify...(same text as noted above)" Then added, "(Ford) is recalling certain vehicles...previously recalled under 18V-735. The affected vehicles did not have the PCM updated as intended. Therefore, the Canister Purge Valve (CPV) may malfunction, possibly causing excessive vacuum in the fuel vapor management system." Consequences are an excessive vacuum resulting in an engine stall while driving, w/o warning & w/o the ability to restart the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash. Plus, uncontrolled release of hydrocarbons into the atmosphere. I've now failed emissions inspection due to an illuminated check engine light (OBD2 error code P1450) and I therefore cannot get my car registered. The dealerships now deny my vehicle ever being part of these recalls & state I musn't be taking care of the vehicle.

The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that while driving approximately 30 MPH, the safety alert and other unknown warning lights illuminated before the vehicle stalled. The contact was not able to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the dealer who confirmed that parts were on back order. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and failure. The approximate failure mileage 130,000.
