BOTH SIGNALS ARE HESITATING A LATE REACTION. WHEN TURNING ON SIGNAL LIGHTS THERE IS A CLICKING NOISE, BUT THERE ARE NO LIGHTS SIGNALING ON DASHBOARD OR BACKING UP LIGHTING SYSTEM. DEALERSHIP IS AWARE OF PROBLEM. *AK CONSUMER STATES IF IT IS EXTREMELY COLD IN THE MORNING, THE SIGNAL LIGHTS WILL NOT BLINK OR MAKE ANY SOUNDS UNTIL 30-40 SECONDS, ONCE THEY MAKE THE FAST BLINKING SOUNDS, THEY WILL NOT FLASH FOR ANOTHER 30-40 SECONDS OR LONGER, IN WARM WEATHER THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT THEY WILL MAKE THE BLINKING SOUND ALMOST INSTANTLY. *SLC
