ON 07-07-16 I HAD MY CAR SERVICED AT SUPERIOR HONDA OF OMAHA DUE TO AN SRS LIGHT ILLUMINATING ON MY DASHBOARD. I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN THAT THE LIGHT COULD BE A RESULT OF SEATBELT FAILURE BECAUSE THE SRS SYSTEM IS A COMPONENT OF THE SEATBELTS. WHEN I HAD MY 2003 CRV SERVICED AT SUPERIOR HONDA OF OMAHA DUE TO AN SRS LIGHT PROBLEM DIAGNOSED, THE ISSUE WAS WITH THE SRS CONTROL MODULE. THE TECHNICIAN INFORMED ME THAT THIS PART WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE HONDA LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR SEATBELTS AND I WAS CHARGED 820.35 TO HAVE IT REPLACED. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN TOLD ME THAT WHEN THE SRS ILLUMINATES, THEN IT IS POSSIBLE THE AIRBAG AND SEATBELT SYSTEM WILL NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY, SO FOR SAFETY CONCERNS I AGREED TO THE REPLACEMENT. THE FOLLOWING WEEK, I CONTACTED HONDA CORPORATE OFFICES AND SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (NICKY). SHE GAVE ME A COMPLAINT REFERENCE # 04820522 AND I WAS THEN REFERRED TO HER SUPERVISOR LIZ. LIZ CONTACTED ME EARLIER THIS WEEK AND REITERATED THAT THE SRS MODULE IS NOT A COMPONENT OF THE SEAT BELT SYSTEM IN HONDA VEHICLES AND THAT HONDA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REIMBURSING ME FOR THE REPAIR. I DISAGREE. ATTACHED YOU WILL FIND A COPY OF MY BILL FROM SUPERIOR HONDA, A COPY OF A SERVICE NEWS ARTICLE FROM HONDA THAT CLEARLY STATES THE SRS IS A COMPONENT OF THE SEATBELT SYSTEM AND A COPY OF THE PAGE IN MY OWNER'S MANUAL THAT STATES HONDA'S LIFETIME WARRANTY AND COMPONENT COVERAGE. I WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THIS BILL. THANK YOU

THE SIGNAL SRS APPEARS IN THE MONITOR. I RECEIVED THE LAST RECALL FOR THE AIR BAGS ON 2015, AND THE SERVICE CENTER TAKE ACTION OF THIS BUT ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO, THE SRS IS ON THE MONITOR WHILE THE CAR IS TURN ON.
MY SON WAS DRIVING MY 2003 HONDA CRV ON HIGHWAY 101 SOUTH NEAR EXIT 484A, IN ROHNERT PARK, CA JUST SOUTH OF THE TODD RD. OVERPASS/ON RAMP. IT WAS A WINDY DAY. THE HOOD OF THE CRV CAME UP AND HIT/BROKE THE WINDSHIELD. MY SON WAS ABLE TO LOOK SIDEWAYS TO GUIDE HIMSELF OFF THE FREEWAY. HE WAS ABLE TO GUIDE HIMSELF INTO A SAFETY ZONE NEXT TO THE FREEWAY, BUT COULDN'T GET OUT OF HIS CAR. HE REACHED AROUND FROM THE DRIVER'S SEAT, AND WAS ABLE TO PULL DOWN THE HOOD SOMEWHAT (HE'S 6'4"). HE WAS ABLE TO DRIVE DOWN FARTHER TO A MORE SAFE AREA ON THE WILFRED AVENUE OFF/RAMP. HE WAS ABLE TO EXIT THE VEHICLE, AND FURTHER CLOSE THE HOOD. THE WINDSHIELD IS SHATTERED, AND THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE HOOD. THE FORCE CAUSED TWO AREAS OF THE HOOD TO BEND NEAR THE WINDSHIELD. THE HOOD WON'T OPEN NOW. IT IS IN A OPENED POSITION. THERE ARE SMALL DENTS IN THE HOOD FROM THE IMPACT. FROM THIS LOCATION, HE WAS ABLE TO DRIVE APPROXIMATELY 2 MILES HOME, USING BACK ROADS AND STICKING HIS HEAD OUT OF THE WINDOW TO SEE WHERE HE WAS GOING. THIS HAPPENED ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON IN A RUSH TIME ON THE FREEWAY. LUCKILY, MY MIDDLE AGED SON WAS STRONG ENOUGH AND TALL ENOUGH TO CLOSE THE HOOD WHILE IN THE SAFETY LANE. I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO SO, DUE TO BEING ELDERLY. WE HAVE READ ON THE INTERNET OF MULTIPLE INCIDENTS WITH THE HONDA CRV 2002-2006 HOOD OPENING UP AND HITTING THE WINDSHIELD, YET NO RECALL HAS BEEN INITIATED. THERE IS BELIEVED TO BE A DEFECT IN THE HOOD LATCH. WE ALSO HAVE ANOTHER 2003 CRV, AND I AM NOW SCARED TO DRIVE THAT ONE TOO, KNOWING THIS COULD HAPPEN WITH THAT CRV TOO. MY SON CALLED OUR INSURANCE AND ARRANGED FOR THE WINDSHIELD REPAIR RIGHT AFTER THE ACCIDENT. HOWEVER, WE HAVE REALIZED THERE IS MORE DAMAGE. WE WILL BE CALLING OUR INSURANCE AND LOCAL HONDA DEALER (MANLY HONDA OF SANTA ROSA) TO SEE HOW TO PROCEED FROM HERE.
SMELLED GAS AND NOTICED THE VEHICLE WAS USING AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF GAS FOR THE DISTANCE TRAVELED. THE NEXT DAY I HAD TO STOP FOR GAS AGAIN (HAD JUST GOTTEN GAS THE PREVIOUS DAY) AND AS I WAS PUTTING THE NOZZLE BACK INTO THE GAS PUMP, GAS STARTED GUSHING FROM UNDERNEATH MY VEHICLE. APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES LATER IT SLOWED TO A DRIP AND THEN COMPLETELY STOPPED A FEW MINUTES AFTERWARDS. A STORE EMPLOYEE CAME TO ASSIST AND HE THOUGHT IT WAS AN OVERFLOW ISSUE AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE OKAY TO DRIVE. WE'D PUSHED THE VEHICLE TO A DRY AREA BEFORE CRANKING IT TO MAKE SURE IT DIDN'T LEAK ANYMORE. ON THE WAY HOME, WITHIN A 10 MILE STRETCH I LOST HALF OF A TANK OF GAS. THAT WAS ON A WEDNESDAY, I DIDN'T MOVE THE VEHICLE AGAIN UNTIL FRIDAY MORNING. THE GROUND WAS SATURATED WITH GAS WHEN I LEFT FOR WORK THAT FRIDAY MORNING. I'D ALREADY ARRANGED TO DROP IT OFF AT THE AUTO SHOP THAT MORNING BEFORE WORK. THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WITHIN MINUTES OF LEAVING HOME. THE SHOP DETERMINED IT WAS A CRACKED WASHER/NUT THAT SECURES THE FUEL PUMP INSIDE THE TANK. THE PUMP WAS LITERALLY SITTING AT THE TOP OF THE TANK HITTING UNDERNEATH THE BACK SEAT. THE SHOP MECHANIC SAID IT WAS A MIRACLE IT DIDN'T CATCH FIRE AND BLOW UP. IT'S BACK IN THE SHOP AGAIN BECAUSE IT'S STILL LEAKING GAS. THE GROUND WHERE I PARK WAS SATURATED AGAIN FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS (I'D MOVED IT TO A DIFFERENT SPOT EVERY DAY FOR SEVERAL DAYS TO DETERMINE IT WAS STILL LEAKING. IT'D REMAINED PARKED FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS EXCEPT FOR MOVING IT OVER TO A DRY SPOT. I HAD TO STOP FOR GAS ON THE WAY TO WORK THIS MORNING, ALTHOUGH I SHOULD'VE HAD ENOUGH TO GET THERE BUT THE GAS HAND WAS DROPPING. I FILLED THE TANK UP AND WHEN I REACHED MY DESTINATION I WAS BACK DOWN TO HALF A TANK. I DROVE 45 MILES FROM WHERE I GOT GAS. I CALLED THE AUTO SHOP AND THEY'RE CURRENTLY TRYING TO DETERMINE WHERE THE GAS IS COMING FROM.
TAKATA RECALL : WHEN I START THE CAR AND KEEP AC ON, RATTLING SOUND COMES AND AC STOPS WORKING. I CAN SEE THERE IS ONE RECALL FOR 2002- 2008 HONDA CRV FOR CLUTCH AND AC COMPRESSOR RECALL. PUBLISHED ON JUN 6, 2014 IF YOU OWN A HONDA CR-V BETWEEN 2002 - 2008 THEN YOU WILL ENCOUNTER A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THE AC COMPRESSOR CLUTCH NOT ENGAGING PROPERLY DUE TO THE LOCATION AND OVERHEATING OF THIS PART. NEED HELP. THANKS!
I HAD A WRECK AND I FLIP AND HIT A DIRT BANK AND NO ONE AIR BAG WORKED. MY SISTER AND I HAVE BROKEN NECKS. MY SISTER HAS A BROKEN KNEE CAP. I'M MAD THAT I COULD HAVE KILL MY SISTER WITH HER JUST BEING S PASGNER IN MY CAR. I WAS DRIVING ON A TWO LANE HEY
HONDA HAS SENT A RECALL NOTICE TO ME SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE VIN LISTED ABOVE. I HAVE REPLIED BACK EVERY TIME NOTING THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TRADED-IN ON A NEW VEHICLE IN 2011 AT RICHMOND FORD IN RICHMOND, VA. WHOEVER OWNS THIS VEHICLE IS NOT GETTING THE NOTICES. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?
"TAKATA RECALL AT MY LOCAL HONDA DEALERS REQUEST I MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET MY AIRBAG REPAIRED ACCORDING TO THE RECALL. UPON REPAIR MY CAR WAS RETURNED WITH THE "SRS" LIGHT CONTINUALLY ON. I INQUIRED ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND WAS INFORMED THE SRS SYSTEM FAILED THIS WAS NEVER A PROBLEM BEFORE THE REPAIR AND HONDA CALLED THE INCIDENT COINCIDENTAL. THE REPAIR RESULTED IN HAVING NO AIRBAG SYSTEM AT ALL. I REALIZE THE CAR IS A 2003, AND I'M NOT AS UPSET AS I AM DISAPPOINTED (JUST TO BE CLEAR), BUT THIS DOESN'T FEEL RIGHT TO ME AND FOUND YOUR WEBSITE IN AN ARTICLE IN CONSUMER REPORTS MAGAZINE AND AM WONDERING IF THIS IS A VALID COMPLAINT REPORT-ABLE TO YOU
LOW BEAMS WENT OUT, THEN THE BATTERY BURNED UP. REPLACED BULBS AND BATTERY BOTH WORKED FINE FOR A WEEK THEN HEADLIGHTS WENT OUT BOTH LOW BEAMS AND HIGH. MARKER LIGHTS ARE FLASHING LIKE STROBE LIGHTS. THE BRAKES ARE GRABBING WHEN YOU APPLY THEM. ONE SIDE OF THE REAR BRAKES WEAR OUT FASTER THAN THE OTHER SIDE. THE ABS AND BRAKE LIGHT COME ON UNTIL YOU TURN ON THE FAN OR LIGHTS THEN THEY FLASH ON AND OFF.
ON DECEMBER 18 MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER WAS RETURNING FROM A BABBYSITTING JOB..HER 2003 CRV ACCELERATOR STUCK OPEN ..FOR 5 TO 7 MILES SHE PRESSED ON BRAKES AS CAR WAS ACCELERATING OVER 100 MPH..SHE MANAGED TO SLOW TO 60 AND ENGAGE NEUTRAL WHILE CAR STILL REVVING..AND SHUT OFF VEHICLE..NO DASH OR WARNING LIGHTS..THE CAR IS NOW AT A HONDA DEALERSHIP IN CHATTANOOGA..THE DEALER HAS PICS OF WHAT HAPPENED AND BRAKES WERE FRIED AS THEY WERE NEW..IM 2 1/2 WEEKKS WAITING ON A REPLY OR INVESTIGATION FROM HONDA ..IM OUT A CAR AND MY DAUGHTER NEEDS TO GET TO COLLEGE..SHE WAS ON A LONG STRETCH OF HIGHWAY AT INCIDENT.WHICH IS WHAT LIKELY SAVED HER BY THE GRACE OF GOD..OR COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.

VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN DRIVEWAY AT NIGHT. DURING THE NIGHT, VEHICLE ROLLED OUT DRIVEWAY, ACROSS STREET AND INTO NEIGHBOR'S YARD. VEHICLE WAS PARKED, SHUTOFF AND KEY REMOVED EVEN THOUGH NOT PUT INTO PARK. I TRIED IT AGAIN AND KEY CAN BE REMOVED AFTER TURNING OFF ENGINE WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SHIFTER STILL IN "D".
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 HONDA CR-V. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS FAILED. THE FAILURE RECURRED CONTINUOUSLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 132,000.
TOOK 2003 CR/V TO HONDA DEALER FOR WHEEL ALIGNMENT. DEALER STATED: RIGHT REAR CAMBER IS OUT OF TOLERANCE. UNABLE TO ALIGN. RECOMMEND INSTALLING ADJUSTABLE CAMBER CONTROL ARM. PARTS AND LABOR ESTIMATE $389. LOOKING ON THE INTERNET, THIS SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH VERY MANY CR/V OWNERS. IT CAUSES EXCESS TIRE WEAR.
THIS CAR, OWNED BY MY WIFE, WAS BROUGHT TO A LOCAL HONDA DEALER TO HAVE THE DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAG REPLACED. BECAUSE OF MY PAST EXPERIENCE WITH SOME OF THESE PLACES, I DO NOT PUT A LOT OF TRUST IN THEM AND KNOW SOME WILL SAY THE WORK WAS DONE WHEN IN FACT IT WAS NOT. SO I PLACED A TINY PIECE OF MASKING TAPE ON THE INSIDE LIP OF THE STEERING WHEEL COVER TO MAKE SURE THEY WOULD ACTUALLY REMOVE IT. WHEN MY WIFE RETURNED HOME WITH THE CAR, THE TAPE WAS STILL THERE. I HAD ATTACHED IT LOOSELY AND IT FELL OFF AS SOON AS I TOUCHED IT. THIS SHOULD HAVE FALLEN OFF WITH THE STEERING COVER REMOVAL. BEFORE DOING THIS SWAP, THE BATTERY WOULD ALSO HAVE TO BE DISCONNECTED. I CHECKED THE RADIO AND ALL THE CHANNELS WERE STILL PRESET, YET THE MEMORY SHOULD HAVE BEEN WIPED WHEN THE BATTERY WAS DISCONNECTED. THE RADIO CODE WAS WRITTEN IN THE OWNER'S MANUAL SO THEY COULD HAVE RESET THE CHANNELS BUT THAT WOULD BE UNLIKELY FOR THEM TO DO. I ASKED MY WIFE WHICH CD WAS PLAYING WHEN SHE LEFT THE DEALERSHIP AND SHE SAID THE SAME ONE THAT WAS PLAYING WHEN I ARRIVED THERE. AFTER DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY AND RESETTING THE RADIO, THE CD PLAYER WILL START PLAYBACK AT DISC 1, TRACK 1. NOW THEY MAY HAVE DONE THE WORK WITHOUT ACTUALLY DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY BUT I WAS NOT CONVINCED SO I REMOVED THE STEERING COVER MYSELF. THE SERIAL NUMBER FOR THE NEW AIRBAG ON MY INVOICE IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND ON THE AIRBAG IN THE CAR. IT IS A TAKATA AIRBAG STILL, BUT I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE PROVIDING THE NEW AIRBAGS. I AM NOT ABOUT TO GO BACK TO THE DEALER TO ACCUSE THEM OF NOT DOING THE WORK AS I NEED TO BE 100% SURE OF THIS. I WOULD HATE TO CAUSE SOMEONE'S REPUTATION TO BE DAMAGED BY AN UNSUBSTANTIATED CLAIM. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 HONDA CR-V. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V320000 (AIR BAGS) HOWEVER, THE PART NEEDED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
AFTER HAVING COMPLETED A RECALL FOR BOTH AIR BAGS ON MY CAR, I RECEIVED A SECOND RECALL NOTICE FROM AMERICAN HONDA STATING IN BOLD AND UNDERLINE THAT "EVEN IF YOUR VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED, YOUR VEHICLE IS STILL COVERED BY THIS RECALL AND WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED AGAIN." AFTER CHECKING THE WEBSITE SHOWING CURRENT RECALLS (FINDING NONE), CALLING MY LOCAL HONDA DEALER AND CALLING AMERICAN HONDA (BOTH CHECKING THE SAME DATABASE), I AM TOLD THAT THERE IS NO RECALL ON MY VEHICLE. I AM DISAPPOINTED IN HAVING TO SPEND THIS MUCH TIME CHECKING INTO THIS POSSIBLE INCORRECT STATEMENT. IF, FOR SOME REASON THIS RECALL NOTICE IS CORRECT AND NOT IN THE VIN DATABASE CORRECTLY, I WANTED TO RECORD IN YOUR DATABASE THAT I DID EVERYTHING I COULD TO GET THIS RECALL COMPLETED. ON 7-29-15 I TOOK MY VEHICLE IN FOR RE-CALL WORK ON DR SIDE AND PASS SIDE AIRBAGS. AFTER THE WORK THE SRS LIGHT CAME ON. ON 8-8-15 I TOOK THE CAR BACK AND WAS TOLD THAT SRS LIGHT WAS CODE 7-2 AND USUALLY CAUSED BY JUMPING VEH. AFTER THEY RE-SET THE SRS LIGHT, IT CAME BACK ON NEXT DAY. I RETURNED ON 9-24 AND WAS TOLD THEY CAN'T RE-SET THE SRS LIGHT AND IT WOULD COST $750 TO FIX SRS CONTROL UNIT. I WAS TOLD AIR-BAGS WILL NOT WORK. I FEEL THAT THEIR WORKING ON THE CAR CAUSED THE LIGHT TO COME ON..
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2003 HONDA CR-V. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, ANOTHER VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED HEAD AND SHOULDER INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. BOTH LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS NOT WORKING, BOTH HIGH BEAMS STILL WORK. REPLACED HEADLIGHT LAMPS, LOW BEAMS STILL NOT WORKING. FOUND DEFECT REPORT ONLINE FOR SAME SYSTEM FAILURE. (NHTSA ACTION NUMBER: EA11012 NHTSA RECALL CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 12V136000) TALKED TO HONDA CORPORATE AND TOLD THAT THIS VEHICLE WAS NOT COVERED BY RECALL, EVEN THOUGH IT IS THE SAME ISSUE.
I WAS AT A PUBLIC AQUATIC CENTER AND WHILE PULLING INTO A PARKING SPACE, THE CAR ACCELERATED UP TO ABOUT 15 MILES PER HOUR OR MORE. I ENDED UP HITTING THE BUILDING HEAD ON CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE FRONT END END OF MY CAR AND TO MYSELF AS WELL.
I TOOK MY HONDA CRV TO THE HONDA DEALERSHIP IN CLARKSVILLE INDIANA TO HAVE THE TAKATA AIR BAG INFLATORS REPLACED UNDER THE RECALLS. MY VEHICLE HAD TO HAVE BOTH AIRBAG INFLATORS REPLACED (DRIVERS AND FRONT PASSENGER). THE WORK WAS COMPLETED BY THE DEALER AND I TOOK THE VEHICLE HOME. THAT SAME EVENING I LOOKED DOWN AND IN THE FLOORBOARD WAS A VERY SPECIAL LOOKING SCREW. I KNEW IMMEDIATELY IT HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE AIRBAG INFLATOR RECALL WORK. I WAS CONCERNED ESPECIALLY SINCE IT WAS UNDER THE DRIVERS SIDE. I CALLED THE DEALER AND EVEN TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK DOWN TO THE DEALER TO MAKE SURE THE WARRANTY WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED CORRECTLY. THE DEALER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ASSURED ME IT HAD. I SHOWED THE SERVICE TECH THE SCREW AND HE SAID THAT IT WAS INDEED THE SAME SCREW THAT THE AIRBAG INFLATOR WAS SECURED WITH INSIDE OF THE STEERING WHEEL. BUT HE TOLD ME IT WAS ONE OF THE OLD SCREWS AND THEY HAD TO PUT NEW AND DIFFERENT SCREWS IN WITH THE NEW INFLATOR. I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AT THIS DEALER. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER OF THE DEALERSHIP SOME TIME LATER HE QUESTIONED WHETHER THE SCREW WAS RELATED TO THEIR WORK. BLAME THE CUSTOMER SEEMS TO BE HONDA'S MODUS OPERANDI THESE DAYS. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS SHODDY & SHADY IN MY OPINION. WHY SHOULD A CONSUMER THAT HAS BEEN PUT IN HARMS WAY ALREADY BY DEFECTIVE AND DEADLY PARTS BE PUT IN DOUBLE JEOPARDY BY SHODDY RECALL WORK AT THE DEALERSHIP. IS THIS ALL THE BETTER WE CAN DO? I STILL DON'T KNOW FOR SURE IF THE WORK WAS COMPLETED CORRECTLY, OR IF MY AIRBAG INFLATOR IS HELD IN WITH THREE SCREWS INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED FOUR. I THINK THE REGULATORS SHOULD REQUIRE AUTOMAKERS TO FOLLOW STRICT PROCEDURES AT THE DEALERSHIPS FOR ALL SERIOUS SAFETY RELATED RECALLS. REGULATORS SHOULD REQUIRE THAT ALL PARTS BE SUBMITTED TO REGULATORS SO THAT AN UNBIASED INVESTIGATION CAN BE CONDUCTED.

WAS TOLD TODAY THAT POSSIBLE RELEASE DATE FOR PART WAS LATE JUNE OR JULY. HONDA HAS PROVIDED A RENTAL CAR BUT WILL NOT COVER THE INSURANCE. I HAVE TO EXCHANGE THE CAR EVERY 30 DAYS SO THAT MY PRIVATE INSURANCE WILL COVER THE RENTAL CAR. OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE ~$40 A WEEK. THAT IS OVER $500 FOR THEIR PROBLEM.
