THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE FUEL CAP NEEDED TO BE UNSCREWED AND RE-TIGHTENED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,000.
