Brake Light Switch broke ,Brake light won't turn off

THERE WAS A PREVIOUS RECALL ON THIS VEHICLE FOR FAULTY BRAKE LIGHT SWITCHES. I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR INSPECTION AND IT WAS FOUND THAT I HAD A FAULTY BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH. HYUNDAI CLAIMS THAT MY VIN WAS NOT AFFECTED ALTHOUGH THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THE SAME YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL OF MY CAR FOR THE BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH. NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V113000
THE BRAKES LINES (BOTH FRONT AND REAR) FAILED WHILE I WAS DRIVING. I WAS TRAVELING DOWN A 4 LANE ROAD (SPEED LIMIT 35MPH) WHEN I NOTICED THAT MY BRAKE PEDAL WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR WHEN I WAS STOPPING AT A RED LIGHT. I WAS ABLE TO PULL THE CAR OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD (LUCKILY I WAS NOT ON THE FREEWAY OR NEEDED TO MAKE A QUICK STOP BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE DEFINITELY CRASHED INTO ANOTHER CAR). I NOTICED DRIPPING FLUID (BRAKE FLUID) COMING FROM THE MIDDLE OF MY CAR. I HAD MY CAR TOWED TO AN AUTO MECHANIC'S SHOP WHERE THEY INSPECTED THE BRAKES AND BRAKE LINES. BOTH MY FRONT AND REAR BRAKE LINES WERE CORRODED AND ROTTEN OUT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MECHANIC NOTED THAT THE BRAKE LINES ROTTED AWAY WHERE THERE WAS NO COATING. MY CAR IS ONLY 6 YEARS OLD AND UNDER 100,000 MILES AND A PART LIKE THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE FAILED ME. IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE TO NOT COAT THE ENTIRE BRAKE LINE.
MY CAR WAS PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY. I WENT OUT TO PULL IT INTO THE GARAGE. WHEN I TOOK MY FOOT OFF OF THE BREAK TO EXCELERATE, THE CAR LUNGED FORWARD (WITHOUT ME GIVING IT ANY GAS). I RETURNED MY FOOT LIGHTLY TO THE BREAK. THE THRUST THREW ME INTO THE STEERING WHEEL. I CALLED THE TOW SERVICE AND HAD MY CAR TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIR. DURING THE RIDE TO THE DEALER THE TOW DRIVER SAID THAT HE HAD TO HOLD HIS FOOT ON THE BREAK IN ORDER TO CONTROL THE CAR AND GET IT ON THE TRUCK. THE DEALERSHIP KEPT MY CAR FOR THREE DAYS AND TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. SHE TOLD ME THAT THE DIAGNOSTIC SHOWED NO NUMBERS THAT WOULD INDICATE THERE WAS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. SHE STATED THAT THERE WERE SOME CODES THAT CAME UP BUT THEY WERE ERASED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T MATTER, THEY CAME UP ON THEIR OWN. THE DIAGNOSTIC WAS DONE ON DAY ONE. WHAT WAS BEING DONE ON THE OTHER TWO DAYS? THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE HAD TO TAKE THIS CAR IN FOR THIS TYPE OF REPAIR. THEY ALWAYS TELL ME THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR, HOWEVER WHEN I GET THE CAR BACK IT DRIVES LIKE NEW. NOT SO MUCH THIS TIME. THE BREAKS ARE STILL A LITTLE OFF. IS A DEALERSHIP ALLOWED TO REPAIR YOUR CAR AND NOT TELL YOU WHAT WAS WRONG? I ASK THIS BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE AND DURING ONE OF MY VISITS ON OF THE WORKERS TOLD ME THAT "THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO STAY #1".

CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO STOP LAMP SWITCH MALFUNCTION RECALL NOTICE AND CONSUMER SEEKS REIMBURSEMENT FOR REPAIRS. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED IN APRIL 2013, HE RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE. ON NOVEMBER 19, 2012, HIS VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AT A NATIONWIDE RECOGNIZED FACILITY, WHERE THE STOP LIGHT SWITCH WAS REPLACED, DUE TO NO BRAKE LIGHTS. THE CONSUMER STATED HE FOLLOWED ALL OF THE PROCEDURES OF THE RECALL NOTIFICATION, FOR VEHICLES ALREADY REPAIRED. ON AUGUST 12, 2013, THE CONSUMER CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, ONLY TO BE INFORMED, HE WOULD HAVE TO TAKE HIS VEHICLE TO A HYUNDAI DEALER TO HAVE IT INSPECTED AND VERIFIED, BEFORE THE REIMBURSEMENT COULD BE APPROVED.
