I received a letter from you regarding “Recall on the Anti-Lock Brake System” letter states:: Our records indicate that your vehicle is affected by this recall. So I contacted the Hyundai dealer here in El Paso, made an appointment, (which took 2wks) went to the appointment showed them the letter & was told they would call me. I never heard back from them, I called again & informed them I was calling about the ABS recall, I was told they had to order the part & would give me a call back, again never heard back from them. Sad to say they are the only Hyundai dealer here & they have refused to service my car. I have not made any more attempts to get the ABS fuse replaced due to the unsatisfactory customer service received from them “they just didn't care” My ? I received a recall requesting that, for safety reasons, I leave my car out of my garage and away from structures that can catch fire. I did so until recently when we began to experience winter weather. I am [XXX] and parking my car outside my garage, in my driveway which gets snow and ice, is a safety concern for me.
