Upon closing the driver’s side door, the panoramic sunroof exploded. The car is currently at the dealership where it was purchased. It is available for inspection. Safety……Any occupants within the vehicle would have been exposed to the shards of glass if the sunshade was open! The dealer stated that Hyundai has approved the replacement of the exploded sunroof glass and the cleaning of the glass remnants inside the car. The was no warning or symptoms prior to this incident. We requested a loaner vehicle but as of today we have not received one. Completion date stated 1 week..order and installation. The rounded upwards photo of the sunroof glass, the stress fractures at the front and rear of the glass as well as the inward bending of the front sunroof corners gives every indication of an upward movement of the glass from within the car. It was not damaged by any objects external to the vehicle. There are many similar incidents cited on the internet
The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated while driving 20 MPH approaching a RED traffic light and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle failed to stop as needed. The contact steered the vehicle on a patch of grass nearby and shifted into neutral(N) to stop the vehicle. There were no warning lights illuminated. The battery was detached and reconnected to reset the vehicle. The contact was able to drive the vehicle at low speeds. The dealer was contacted and informed of the failure. The dealer stated that without warning lights being illuminated they would not be able to diagnose the vehicle to determine the cause of the failure. The vehicle had not been taken to the dealer to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 22,600.
This vehicle has been taken in on four separate occasions now to have know faulty fuel injectors replaced. All dealer service people acknowledge this is a know defect, all tow truck drivers have also confirmed the same, as well as thousands of people online. Huandai has not issued a recall. When the injectors go out, the car dies and will not accelerate and then leaves me stranded on the side of the road. This happens with little to no warning so is extremely dangerous. Do people have to die to make this a safety recall?
The contact owned a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that while his mother was driving at an undisclosed speed, she heard an abnormal sound emanating from an unknown location of the vehicle, after which the vehicle began to accelerate on its own. The driver attempted to stop the vehicle, but the brake pedal pulsated and failed to slow the vehicle, resulting in the driver briefly losing control of the vehicle and only coming to a complete stop after colliding with a utility pole. Both the driver and passenger side air bags deployed. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was towed to a tow yard and deemed a total loss by the contact's insurance provider. A police report was filed, and injuries were reported. The driver and passenger were both transported to an area hospital by EMT and treated for injuries to the chest sustained from the air bags. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 10,000.
After stopped at a red light, the light turned green and the car slipped into neutral when stepping on the gas pedal. The gear was not shifted and the controls still displayed “D” both on the dashboard and the gear selector. This happened twice 5 days apart from each other. This car has an automatic transmission and the automatic engine shut off was on.
While driving 35mph on a 3-lane street in the far left lane, a driver of a Ford F-150 was in the center lane about two car lengths ahead, decided to make a right turn onto a residential street (as if he were driving a semi). As I got closer, the forward collision warning suddenly alerted and immediately initiated emergency braking system causing all 3 passengers to be thrown forward. I hit the steering wheel before seat belt caught me. I was not even within distance and he was turning in opposite direction of my lane. There also seems to be sensitivity issues with lane keeping feature as in Phoenix, there are never ending freeway construction with make-shift lanes not always marked well. On several occasions the steering wheel was jerked out of my hands because it couldn’t detect the lanes any longer. It has caused me to avoid freeways all together and has made me miss the exit off the freeway twice now. I thought this feature only activated during active cruise control, but apparently it does it regardless. Now I’m beginning to have problems with display going out at the worst times. I will be taking my Tucson to a dealer to have them deactivate both systems & advise of display. I shouldn’t have to pay for this. I’ll take over the driving, thank you very much!
When pulling out of my driveway onto street, I lost acceleration. My vehicle would not go oer 35 mph and the RPMs were revving up too 5000 without speed moving. I tried changing the drive mode to fix it, that did not help. I pulled over,s topped the car and restarted and all seemed normal. This has happened 2 other times since I bought the car. The other 2 times was while i was on the interstate the engine stopped engaging and i could not accelerate. Both times the issue corrected itself by the time I could get safely out of traffic. This is a major accident concern as there is no warning before this happens.
While driving my new Tucson, the emergency brake randomly activated bringing the car to a jarring stop. Very scary and its happened twice now. Dealer won't help as its intermittent so very frustrating.
The trim on the driver's side rear door flew off while traveling at approximately 65 miles per hour. Luckly no one was behind me. I was able to retrieve the trim piece from the highway and it was determined to have been placed improperly on the car. The trim was not able to be replaced due to damage when it was run over by several vehicles. The warranty says it's covered but the trim has been on back order for a month.
The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that after placing the vehicle in park(P) and exiting the vehicle, the vehicle inadvertently rolled backwards. The contact stated that the vehicle was equipped with Automatic Emergency Braking; however, the system failed to activate, resulting in damage to the vehicle. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and a case was opened. The failure mileage was 22,000.
The contact owns a 2023 Honda Tucson. The contact stated while driving 74 MPH with the cruise control activated, the Forward Collision Avoidance system activated, after which the Automatic Emergency Braking activated, causing a rapid deceleration to the vehicle. The contact was able to regain control of the vehicle by lightly tapping the brake pedal, deactivating the system. The vehicle returned to normal functionality, but the failure became a regular occurrence. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who was unable to duplicate the failure but informed the contact that they would disable the Forward Collision Avoidance system pending a diagnosis. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and a case was opened. The failure mileage was 13,000.
Driving down the freeway at normal speeds and my panoramic sunroof literally just exploded, raining tempered glass all over the interior of the vehicle while I was driving. No evidence that it was caused by any road debris, objects, nor falling objects from the sky. I wasn’t driving under a bridge and no cars/trucks were immediately next to me nor in front of me. Traffic was flowing at normal speed. I wasn’t injured but was certainly startled and distracted for a moment to gauge what had just happened. The dealer is looking into it. Claims it could have been caused by a rock. That seems to defy the law of physics and the glass actually look like it bowed from the inside out as if too much pressure was being applied to the glass. Searches online seem to point to several class action lawsuits and plenty of reports of similar exploding sunroofs!
The car suddenly and unintentionally accelerated. To avoid going through the back of my garage, I turned slightly and hit the frame of the garage. It continued to accelerate for a few seconds until I managed to stop it. I then backed up. Again, the car suddenly unintentionally accelerated. I managed to stop it. I slowly drove it into the garage. I left it in the garage until having it towed to Planet Hyundai. I did not want to drive it in case it accelerated on the drive to Planet Hyundai. I was driving about 5 mph when I hit the frame of the garage. The car continued to accelerate. Automatic Emergency breaking and Forward collision warning. The vehicle has been inspected by the manufacturer. The inspector or the dealer could not reproduce the problem. The vehicle can be inspected. The vehicle has been parked at Planet Hyundai from 1/29/2024 to 4/15/2024 I reported the incident to Hyundai USA.I have not received any inspection reports.
Indicator/turn light is very low under bumper. It is not visible to the vehicle behind and around. Other driver think that I am not turning indicator light and they are upset and honking at me. Poor design and it could cause an accident.
Forward collision alert came on and brakes initiated while I was behind a car that was turning into a driveway. The car in front of me was almost all the way into the driveway. After that I drove approximately 200 feet and the collision alert warning came on, no vehicles were around me. The next day, as I was driving, a car was waiting to exit an apartment driveway, the collision alert came on. No reason for it. I took my car in to Hyundai on January 9, to have the oil changed and check the forward collision alert system. They told me they checked it, and could not find anything wrong, and recalibrated the system, and hoped that took care of it.
On multiple occasions, my new Hyundai Tucson randomly deployed emergency brakes while traveling on highway. This created a dangerous condition as my vehicle started braking without reason which prompted vehicle following my vehicle to slam on their brakes.
head lights, I cannot see pedestrians walking on cross walk when driving they head lights seem kind of dim
Engine would not accelerate after stopping at a store. Limped home at 15 mph. Engine light came on a few miles from home. Vehicle would not stay running the next morning and had to be towed to dealership. Problem was an injector that the seal had failed on causing the engine to flood with gasoline. Dealership stated they had seen multiple injector failures and replacement parts now have a different part number implying the injector has been redesigned. Hyundai refused to replace the other injectors as they had not failed yet (they did replace the one that failed). I went ahead and paid to replace the other three. I live in Montana. If I had lost acceleration going up a steep incline or in heavy traffic or car engine failed to stay on in remote area in sub zero temperatures it could have had detrimental consequences.
I previously leased my vehicle from Rick Case Hyundai in April 2023, In November i started having issues with my vehicle as i moved to Colorado. My whole vehicle starts to uncontrollably shake going 25 mph and over. Since highway speed limit is 65 that is where i struggle the most with driving and that is the most endangering as well. I have to pump my breaks and hope they don't stop working. I have taken my car to get a diagnostic multiple times at different dealerships and each time i went to another dealership they advised a different problem I can send an email or mail with all attachments of diagnostic reports from Hyundai dealership. Each dealership advised one of these problems, engine, brakes, rotors, tires, etc, although the vehicle was a few months old! I reported lemon l to Hyundai Customer service with 2 different attempts and they denied my lemon law and advised i should pay for anything not under warranty. Although the vehicle has a manufacture defect i will be continuing to attempt different dealerships to help my cause since i am endangering myself and everyone around me. I have done enough research to know i am not the only person with this problem and this should be a recall defect. I need a solution so i can drive in the state i live in ,Colorado, and not be scared for my life that my car will stop working at some point.
PEDAL ACCELERATOR NOT WORKED
The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V526000 (Power Train) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was made aware of the issue and confirmed that parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
This Hyundai Tucson was 3 months old when the transmission started to shudder and miss gears. I immediately took it in to Ken Garff Hyundai and the service advisor drove the car and said nothing is wrong with the car and that the transmission needs to break in and sent me on my way. The Tucson did it again while in traffic and the vehicle would not go and I had to put my hazard lights on and let the car struggle in changing gears to get it off the road. The car was towed in to Peoria Larry Miller Hyundai and this was documented by that dealership of the car shuddering and that they thought it was from my insurance plug in device. I explained that the car did it before the plug in. I removed the plug in device and the car continued to shudder. On [XXX] while backing out of my garage the car began to shudder while in reverse and i continued down the road while the transmission refused to change gears. It almost sounded aa if the car was in neutral and the car would on go no more than 3mp. I had the gas pedal floored and the car would not go. I reparked the car back at my home and called Hyundai for a tow. The tow came and the tow driver stated that the seemed as if it is in neutral as he drove it up on to the tow truck. After getting the vehicle to the dealership i was told from the service advisor that this is an ongoing problem with Hyundai's dual clutch transmission and this sounds like the problem. I was driving on the highway at 60/70 mph and there was nothing in front of my car. The brakes went on for a second stopping the car abruptly and I swerved. This happened once more. It then happened another time on a turn as I tried to regain control of the car it swerved from side to side and almost got into an accident or spun out.
The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the ABS, check engine, low oil pressure, and Forward Collision Avoidance warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer but was not yet diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 6,200.
The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated while driving at 55 MPH with the cruise control activated, the Forward Collision Avoidance Warning system activated, and the vehicle inadvertently applied the automatic braking before releasing. The contact stated no other vehicles or objects were nearby. The Forward Collision Avoidance warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000.
The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that while driving approximately 40 MHP, the vehicle suddenly lost motive power and stalled. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer who diagnosed an engine misfire in cylinder #3. The cylinder #3 was replaced and the vehicle was repaired. The vehicle later experienced the same failure and was towed to the dealer who diagnosed that cylinder #4 was faulty. The cylinder #4 was replaced and the vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had issued a TSB for the failure that included all four cylinders were faulty. The failure mileage was 15,000.
This is copy and pasted from your site. Hyundai does not have a recall ready, so I am filing a complaint. Is this the correct action? THE TRANSMISSION ELECTRIC OIL PUMP FOR THE IDLE STOP & GO SYSTEM (ISG) IN THE SUBJECT VEHICLES MIGHT HAVE BEEN ASSEMBLED WITH PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS (PCB) THAT WERE DAMAGED DURING MANUFACTURING BY THE OIL PUMP CONTROLLER SUPPLIER. A DAMAGED CAPACITOR ON THE PUMP CONTROLLER PCB COULD IMPACT ELECTRICAL OPERATION LEADING TO HEAT DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRIC OIL PUMP CIRCUIT BOARD, CONNECTOR, AND WIRING HARNESS. THE HEAT DAMAGE AT THE PUMP INCREASES THE RISK OF A VEHICLE FIRE IN ADDITION TO A POTENTIAL CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) COMMUNICATION DISRUPTION FOR MULTIPLE ONBOARD CONTROLLERS. Thanks for your time.
I leased a 2023 Hyundai Tucson AWD, and approximately four months after leasing, I began experiencing vibration and shaking when braking, especially at higher speeds and downhill. I brought the issue to a dealership, and while replacing the brake pads temporarily resolved the problem, I am concerned it will return, as many other Tucson owners have reported similar recurring issues even after rotor or pad replacement. This raises concerns about a potential underlying defect in the braking system that may not have been properly addressed. The issue poses a serious safety risk due to reduced control during braking, and I am documenting this in case it recurs. No warning lights appeared, but the problem was physically noticeable and confirmed by the service center. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. I have a video i can send as per request i am not able to attach.
When I push the brake and push start button at the same time to start the vehicle, it will appear as if it is fully started. It is not until I put the vehicle in reverse that I notice the vehicle is not fully started. This happens on cold or hot starts and anytime of the day sometimes multiple times a day. The battery, malfunction indicator light, immobilizer, and engine oil pressure lights/lamps are on.The service department advisor did say my vehicle replicated but the vehicle was not hooked up to reader at the time. After that no service technician has been able to reproduce the problem. The vehicle has been to the dealership on 3 different occasions and I have provided them with a video.
Trunk door opens by itself. This has happened after exiting vehicle at least 3 times when vehicle is parked. Has not happened while moving
I was driving at normal speed and all of a sudden the vehicle accelerated to a high speed. Took to dealer with all the other issues and they could not create the problem. They are trying to blame it on me for have two sets of mats. Also navigation unit is not the correct unit in car. When I apply the brake to stop it seems as if the frame is creaking.
I was driving on I95 and all of sudden the truck started sputtering and shut off. I turned off and back on , it would not go. Then the engine light came on. There was also smoke coming from the tail pipe when I tried again to start it. Back in December 2022, I was driving and the truck cut off and would not start at all. It was diagnosed as the Ignition coil being the problem. This horrible, both times could have been worse because of it cutting off while driving.
See attached document for complaint
When the vehicle was started the SRS light remained illuminated and when driving the vehicle over 40 MPH the abs, traction control, collision avoidance, and start-stop lights on the instrument cluster come on and remained on. The adaptive cruise control, nor the button for the start-stop deactivation work. The vehicle has just over 500 miles on the vehicle and is less than a week old.
Car is 7 months old. We had it less than 2 weeks and a rock hit the windshield and caused a crack, which we had professionally repaired the next day. 3 weeks later another small rock hits the windshield and it cracks to the point we have to have it replaced. 5 weeks later another small item hits the windshield and it cracks and we have to have it replaced again. Today, a small rock hit the windshield and caused a crack that we will be having repaired tomorrow. I have never had a car where we had to have a repair or replacement of the windshield more than once every 1-2 years and this is the 3rd windshield in the car in less than 7 months. My insurance has covered the costs so far except for the time and trouble of me having to take time off of work to go to the windshield place and have it repaired or replaced. I complained to the Hyundai dealership about this situation and the service manager told me "maybe you should drive on a different road". We drive this car 2 times a week on well traveled paved freeways. This is insane and makes me concerned that the glass is too thin potentially being a danger in the case of an accident. Plus when you pay 45k for a car, you would expect the windshield to last more than a month at a time.
On 6/26/23 I was driving the Tucson. I was stopped at a light in traffic waiting for the light to change. Suddenly the icons on the dashboard turned red and started flashing. A message “Engine Off” displayed and the engine turned off. I was able to turn the vehicle back on and was able to drive. The automatic shut off of the engine while driving presents a safety risk.
Vehicle randomly keeps accelerating past the set speed when cruise control is set. Problem was first noticed in March. Have a video of the cruise set at 69 mph and the vehicle continued to accelerate to 87 mph before I disengaged it. Vehicle has been to two different Hyundai dealers for the issue but were unable to duplicate or find the issue. One moth ago were on a road trip and the cruise would accelerate to 8-10mph over the set speed on the cruise control especially after cresting a hill ,then the adaptive cruise control would brake hard when approaching another vehicle. 0
The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated while driving 45 MPH, the oil warning light illuminated. The contact pulled over and checked the oil level and became aware that there was no oil in the engine. The contact added oil however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and the dealer confirmed that there was no oil in the engine however, the cause of the failure was not found. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that an oil consumption test needed to be performed. The failure mileage was 49,000.
Power steering failed DURING vehicle operation while car was moving at speed. Steering wheel became excessively difficult to turn, severely limiting control of the vehicle and rendering the vehicle undriveable. Vehicle displayed DTC codes C168886 and C241396. These codes appear to be indicative of a failure of one or all of the power steering system wiring, motor, and electronic control unit.
I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM BUT THE TURN SIGNALS ARE POLACED AT THE LOWEST POINT ON REAR BUMPER MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR THE CAR FOLLOWING TO SEE THE SIGNAL. THIS MAY CAUSE A REAR COLLISION. IT NEEDS TO BE IN THE BRAKE LIGHT PANEL. A DESIGN FLAW IN MY OPINION. MAYBE A SIMPLE REWIRE WILL FIX THE DEFECT.03/22/202
The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated while driving at various speeds on several occasions, the Forward Collision Avoidance: Automatic Emergency Braking system activated unintendedly. The contact stated that on several occasions there were no vehicles nearby. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 2,500.
Purchased car in January 2033. I noticed the radio failed to work so I took it in to the closest dealership on May 10th. Dealership said there was a problem with the navigation system and the car needed a software update. Also advised, the update would repair some other electrical and system issues as well. Was told on 5/17 update would not be available until the end of May and that my carcshould not be driven so I should maintain the rental they provided. Lsstly, I have noticed some performance issues with shifting and speed as well. I thought update might fix, but after reading other complaints I will be reporting it to the dealership as well.
When driving the car and stopping at red lights, stop signs, or any other stops in traffic on roads and expressways, the car engine randomly dies and cannot restart between 3 and 10 mins. There is no warning when this is about to happen – the car engine simply dies and dashboard lights come on. There is no response from the car after shifting in Neutral or Park by pressing the start button with foot on brake. After some amount of time, the car will start. There is no warning before this is going to happen. The dealer (Patrick Hyundai) has inspected the car three times and has not been able to reproduce the problem as this happens randomly. They told me on my third visit to not bring the car back as they don't know what the problem is. The first time this happened was 4 months after I owned the car and has happened in excess of 6 times I now fear for my life when I drive this car. I was almost hit twice. I was stopped on a busy main street at a red light when the light turned green and all cars drove away and the truck approaching me assumed I would drive also but couldn’t because the car was stalled in the middle of the road. The truck veered away as last second to avoid my stationary car. The 2nd time was on expressway during traffic when stop and go driving was occurring and my car engine died again. As in previous case, vehicle behind me anticipated I would move forward like other cars but couldn’t and stopped inches from back bumper.
The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle hesitated to accelerate and then lost motive power. The check engine warning light was illuminated. Additionally, a fuel odor was detected while driving. The vehicle was able to be restarted, and the contact drove to a nearby gas station to park the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the dealer; however, the vehicle was not yet diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the dealer had previously replaced two fuel injectors due to water in the fuel tank. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 8,000.
on 04/16/23 I got into my car and Immediately after going into drive the brakes completely failed. The car continued accelerating even after releasing the accelerator and refused to stop even while pumping the brakes. Thank god I turned into a tree and missed pedestrians. the car was totaled.
The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that on three occasions while the vehicle was in park(P), the vehicle failed to shift into the intended gear. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the rear-view sensor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. On another occasion, while at a car wash the rear hatch opened inadvertently. On another occasion, while driving approximately 65 MPH, the Emergency Automatic Braking Display light was illuminated, and the vehicle slowed down inadvertently. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 500.
The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that while driving approximately 70 MPH, the vehicle experienced phantom braking without another vehicle or object being nearby. The contact deactivated the system and was able to drive the vehicle safely. The contact stated that the failure recurred several times without warning. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who determined that the bracket supporting the sensor had detached, causing the system failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact deactivated the Forward Collision Avoidance system. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and opened a case. The contact was referred to the NHTSA Hotline. The approximate failure mileage was 100.
I purchased a new vehicle in February 2023. After a month and a half, I traveled to Washington DC on a pleasure trip. After my work/vacation trip when I am returning back to home all of the sudden, there was heavy smoke from the hood and eventually tried to turn off the engine but the car didn't respond, and when I tried to open the Hood in order to cool down the engine I see fire already in the engine. So, there was no intimation on the dashboard about the fire or not even an alert. Moreover, the engine didn't turn off even after trying to turn it off 4- 5 times. I was really worried about what would happen if the door locks stops working
I leased my 2023 Hyundai Tucson from your Authorized Dealership South Shore Hyundai in NY March 18,2003. I received the vehicle with 34 miles on the digital Odometer at approximately 1750 eastern standard time. At approximately 2030 eastern standard time with the vehicle at 62 mile on the digital Odometer. I was Driving with my family, which is made up of my wife, daughter 22yrs old and son 14 years old on the Wantagh Parkway South approximately location 40.740739,-73.544842 at the speed limit of 55 MPH. I began to hear knocking noise from the front of the vehicle that progressively got louder. Then immediately the check engine, brake, oil, key with car, battery, open doors, every light that the dashboard has came on. Immediately the whole vehicle lost power and I could no longer accelerate. The steering wheel got stiff and the vehicle had no response to brakes. The vehicle started stuttering. The engine died, RPMs at 0 and no response on the accelerator, brakes and steering. The vehicle would not start.I tried push start several times start the vehicle, remote start, app start and putting the remote close to the push start with no results. I felt helpless and in a very dangerous situation that this brand new Hyundai vehicle put my family and me in. My family’s life was at the mercy of a 62 mile brand new 2023 Hyundai Tucson Sel that I received less than 2 and half hours ago from a certified dealership South Shore Hyundai in NY. We were stuck in the left lane in the middle of the Wantagh Parkway south bound with nowhere to go with the median divider to my left and to the right it was a fully active lane of on coming traffic in order to reach the safety of the shoulder. My family and I had to cross a full active lane of on coming traffic to get to the shoulder safely. We were able to get to the shoulder safely. The safety hazards presented by this vehicle created is dangerous to America Families. Brand New vehicle should not suddenly shut off.Put the public in danger.
