TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 INFINITI Q50. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT FOR THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE EVEN THOUGH THE PASSENGER SEAT WAS OCCUPIED. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V244000 (AIR BAGS). THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, AFTER THE RECALL REPAIR WAS PERFORMED, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15.
