2024 Jaguar E-PACE Complaint Log

The contact owns a 2024 Jaguar E-Pace. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the battery fault warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the battery did not disconnect or charge. The vehicle was towed to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The contact stated that the vehicle had been towed to the dealer several times due to the failure. The contact stated that the battery and the wiring harness had been replaced; however, the failure persisted. In addition, the contact stated that on several occasions during the failure her small grandchildren were inside the vehicle and had to sit in the vehicle on the side of the road in the dark. The contact stated that during one failure she sat in a dark parking lot for hours while waiting on a tow truck. The contact stated that she was afraid to drive the vehicle.
