I BOUGHT A 2004 XJR JAGUAR. IT WAS NEW AND HAD DEALER ADDED CHROME WHEELS($3,000 ADDITIONAL COST). THE RIMS WERE DEFECTIVE AND I ASKED THE DEALER TO IDENTIFY THE SUPPLIER OF THE RIMS SO THAT I COULD CONTACT THE SUPPLIER DIRECTLY. THE DEALERSHIP SAYS IT DID NOT KEEP A RECORD OF WHERE IT PURCHASED THE WHEELS. I HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME BELIEVING THAT AN AUTOMOBILE COMPANY OR DEALERSHIP IS NOT REQUIRED TO KEEPS RECORDS REGARDING PARTS ON A VEHICLE, ESPECIALLY PARTS AS CRITICAL AS THE WHEELS. PLEASE ADVISE. *TR
