2018 JEEP STALLED THREE TIMES IN TWO DAYS. FIRST AND SECOND STALLS OCCURRED WHILE VEHICLE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A LEFT TURN FROM A STOP SIGN (5 MPH). THIRD STALL HAPPENED AS TRAVELING ON THE ON-RAMP (40 MPH) TO AN INTERSTATE HIGHWAY. PARKING BRAKE LIGHT COMES ON AND VEHICLE IS DEAD. RESTARTED VEHICLE AFTER TWO MINUTES OR SO TO CLEAR INTERSECTION. DEALER CANNOT FIND ANY REASON FOR STALL AND "CHRYSLER HAS NOTHING ON IT." DEFINITE SAFETY CONCERN.
THE CAR WAS IN MOTION AND IN A MIDDLE OF THE STREET TURN OFF, WHEN THE ENGINE WAS CHECKED IT DIDN'T HAVE NO ENGINE OIL ON IT. THE CAR IS BRAND NEW NOT EVEN 5000 MILES ON IT. DIDN'T SHOW ANY WARNING BEFORE HAND MAKING IT A SAFETY ISSUE FOR THOSE LIKE ME TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN AND THE CAR STOPING OUT OF NOWHERE.

THE CONTACT STATED AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES SHE WAS ABLE TO RESTART VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED SHE HAD EXPERIENCED THE FAILURE MULTIPLE TIMES. THE CONTACT STATED ON ONE OCCASION THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DRIVABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE LOCAL DEALER SUBURBAN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF GARDEN CITY (283 N FRANKLIN ST, HEMPSTEAD, NY 11550, (516) 336-4712) HOWEVER, THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER HAD BEEN INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 34,000.
CAR HAS SHUT OFF 3 TIMES WHILE DRIVING IN LAST WEEK. SIMPLY SHUTS DOWN IN MIDDLE OF A HIGHWAY OR SIDE STREET. *DT UPDATED 12/13/18*JB
CAR STALLS RANDOMLY IF OIL IS LOW ... ON HIGHWAYS, AT INTERSECTIONS, WHILE TURNING OR AT STOP LIGHTS AND STOP SIGNS. PROBLEM STARTED WHEN VEHICLE ONLY HAD 3000 MILES. BROUGHT IT IN FOR SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT THIS IS NORMAL BEHAVIOR FOR THIS VEHICLE. THEY SAID THE VEHICLE BURNS OIL QUICKLY AND WHEN IT IS LOW IT STALLS. THIS WAS A 17 BIRTHDAY PRESENT FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO HAD SEVERAL NEAR MISS ACCIDENTS BEFORE WE FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM.
WHEN IDLING IN PARK, THREW A CHECK ENGINE AND SERVICE TRANSMISSION LIGHT. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO SHIFT INTO DRIVE, VEHICLE ROUGHLY SLAMS INTO GEAR AND IS UNABLE TO SWITCH GEARS ONCE DRIVING.
BRAKES ARE BAD, HAVE BEEN SINCE WE GOT IT. THEY LOCK UP WHEN U HIT THE BRAKES. SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH IT WHEN I DROVE IT ON THE LOT. SOMETHING RATTLEING IN THE FRONT END. THEY STOPPED THE RATTLE BUT BRAKES ARE A HUGE ISSUE. NO MATTER HOW LIGHT YOU TAP THEM THEY LOCK UP. WHEN THEY ARE WET IT IS UNDRIVABLE. ALSO ENGINE REVS UP FOR NO REASON AND THE ENGINE KILL THING DOES NOT WORK RIGHT. ITS NOT INSTANTANEOUS. LOTS OF LAG BEFORE YOU CAN MOVE.. WE HAVE BEEN BACK TO THE DEALER RIGHT AFTER WE BOUGHT IT TO TRY TO TRADE IT FOR ANOTHER ONE BUT NO LUCK. I SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY WHEN IT WAS MAKING THE NOISE WHEN I MOVED IT ON THE LOT. SPECIALLY AFTER THE WAY WE WERE TREATED BY THE GUY WHO DID THE PAPERWORK WHEN WE DECLINED THE EXTRA WARRANTY. IF HE HADNT BEEN A VET I WOULDVE WALKED AWAY. THE DEALER HAS RECORDS OF REPAIRS THEY TRIED TO MAKE.THE BRAKES HAVE BEEN BAD SINCE WE BOUGHT IT AND THE REST HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A COULPA MONTHS NOW.
PURCHASED BRAND NEW WITH 11 MILES AND THE VEHICLE IS BURNING ONE GALLON OF OIL BETWEEN OIL CHANGES. CHRYSLER SAYS IN NORMAL SPECS. ENGINE AT RISK OF LOCKING UP IF NOT ADDING OIL AND CAN'T TRUST OIL LIGHT. WAS INFORMED TO NOT TRUST THE OIL LIGHT BY THE DEALERSHIP. BUT TOLD TO TRUST IT BY CHRYSLER CARES.*DT*JB *DT

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 JEEP COMPASS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START WHEN THE REMOTE START FEATURE WAS PRESSED ON THE KEY FOB. ALSO, THE AUTO STOP INDICATOR REMAINED ILLUMINATED EVEN WHEN THE FEATURE WAS SET TO OFF. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THERE WAS A COOLANT LEAK AND THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WARNING INDICATOR WAS ILLUMINATED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS BEING DRIVEN. IN ADDITION, THE AUTOMATIC HEADLAMPS WERE ILLUMINATED AND, WHEN USING THE REMOTE START FEATURE IN COLD WEATHER, THE HEATED SEATS WOULD NOT OPERATE AND THE DEFROSTER WOULD NOT ACTIVATE. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED THAT COLD AIR FROM THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WOULD BE ACTIVATED INSTEAD. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO GRIFFIN MOTOR COMPANY (LOCATED AT 11031 PERRY HWY, MEADVILLE, PA 16335, (814) 336-2161) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF A COOLANT LEAK. THE MECHANIC WAS ALSO ABLE TO USE THE REMOTE START FEATURE TO START THE VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO REPAIRS PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,500. *BF CONSUMER STATED REAR WIPER,DOOR LOCK AND REMOTE SPORADICALLY WORKS. ALSO, FLUID RELEASE JUST UNDER ENGINE AREA AND AUTO STOP (ENGINE) FUNCTION AS WELL AS EMERGENCY BRAKE AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEM MALFUCTION.*JB
IN OCTOBER OF THIS YEAR 2018. I BOUGHT A NEW JEEP COMPASS. I COMPLAINT TO THE DEALERSHIP ABOUT. I WAS TOLD THERE NOTHING THEY CAN DO. EVERY TIME YOU STOP FOR A TRAFFIC LIGHT OR COME UP ON TO A STOP SIGN. THE VEHICLE STALL OUT. WHEN REMOVE YOUR FOOT FROM THE BRAKE. IT WILL RESTART. THIS CAN'T BE GOOD FOR THE STARTER. IT'S ACCIDENT WAITING HAPPEN. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE I HAVE WITH THIS VEHICLE. THERE SHOULD BE RECALL ON THIS VEHICLE TO FIX THIS BEFORE THE PEOPLE IN THIS VEHICLE ARE INJURY OR KILL. WHEN WHAT!!!! IF YOU READ ALL OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS VEHICLE. THERE ARE 94 COMPLAINTS.
SEVERAL DAYS AGO WHILE ON THE EXPRESSWAY, MY JEEP COMPASS WOULD NOT BRAKE AT ALL. WE WERE FORCED TO PULL OFF ON THE MEDIAN LEFT SIDE UNTIL IT STOPPED.. TWO DAYS AGO, OCTOBER 10TH, WHEN PULLING INTO A PARKING LOT, WITH BRAKE DEPRESSED, THE CAR LURCHED FORWARD AND HIT A SIGN JUST MISSING A TREE. THE PASSENGER FRONT RIGHT SIDE, DOOR, BACK DOOR, AND REARVIEW MIRROR WERE DAMAGED. THIS WAS THE SECOND INCIDENT. VERY SCARY AND LUCKILY NO ONE WAS HURT.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE BEGAN SIX MONTHS AGO. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DIFFERENT DEALERS EIGHT TIMES AND FOUR NEW DIFFERENTIALS WERE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO NORTHTOWN CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE FIAT (2020 NIAGARA FALLS BLVD, TONAWANDA, NY 14150, (716) 616-3299) WHERE THE PTU AND ANOTHER UNKNOWN UPDATE WERE COMPLETED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 23,425.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 JEEP COMPASS. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED WITH THE BRAKE PEDAL DEPRESSED, IT LURCHED FORWARD AND STRUCK THE PRECEDING VEHICLE. THE PRECEDING VEHICLE HAD A TRAILER HITCH AND RIPPED OFF THE CONTACT'S BUMPER. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO RAINBOW CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF MCCOMB, LLC (101 RAINBOW WAY, MCCOMB, MS 39648, (601) 684-7020), BUT THEY DID NOT INSPECT THE DAMAGE AND STATED THEY WERE NOT A COLLISION CENTER. THE CONTACT WAS REFERRED TO A COLLISION CENTER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND ADVISED THE CONTACT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,000.
TURN SIGNAL FAILURE. SIGNAL LIGHTS DO NOT BLINK WHEN THE DRIVER SEATBELT IS UNBUCKLED. UNRESTRAINED DRIVER DOES NOT HAVE ANY FUNCTIONAL TURN SIGNALS. TURN SIGNAL LEVER DEPRESSION OR ELEVATION HAS NO EFFECT ON EXTERNAL SIGNAL LIGHTS, INTERNAL ARROWS ON DASH OR RELAY BOX CLICKING. NO EXTERNAL BLINKERS, NO ILLUMINATING SIGNAL ARROWS WHICH USUALLY ILLUMINATE IN YOUR DASHBOARD CONSOLE WHEN THE SIGNAL LEVER IS DEPRESSED, NO SOUND (SIGNAL CLICKING) INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE WHILE SIGNAL LEVER DEPRESSED. THE SIGNALS FUNCTION NORMALLY WHEN THE DRIVER SEATBELT IS BUCKLED. THIS IS A CONSTANT PROBLEM AND HAS NEVER FUNCTIONED NORMALLY.
THE DASH LIGHTS DO NOT DIM WHEN TRANSITIONING FROM DAY TO NIGHT DRIVING. I HAVE TO PULL THE VEHICLE OVER, TURN IT OFF, WAIT A FEW MINUTES AND RESTART. SOMETIMES IT TAKES THREE OR FOUR TRIES BEFORE THE LIGHTS DIM. ADDITIONALLY, THE REVERSE CAMERA DISPLAY DOES NOT DIM AT NIGHT. I HAVE ALMOST BACKED INTO A DITCH AND A TREE BECAUSE I WAS BLINDED BY THE CAMERA DISPLAY. USUALLY I HAVE TO PUT SOMETHING OVER IT WHILE BACKING UP AT NIGHT IN ORDER TO DO SO SAFELY. VERY POOR DESIGN IN BOTH THE DASH AND REVERSE CAMERA DIMMING TECHNOLOGY. IT'S NOT LIKE THE DIMMING FEATURE IS NEW TECHNOLOGY!
Vehicle stopped running twice at different times in crossing traffic due to what I found out later was low oil even though i had just purchased the vehicle and had only driven 2-4 thousand miles. Since then I am still burning over a quart every 1000 miles even though the dealer supposedly did the software update that some claim fixes the problem
MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT IS ON, RIGHT SIDE OF RPM GAUGE IS LITE UP WITH THREE BARS. VEHICLE HAS LARGE CLUNK WHEN TURNING CORNERS AND ACCELERATING, ATTEMPTS TO STALE AT LOW SPEEDS. NOTE I TURN OFF THE STOP/START SWITCH AS I DO NOT LIKE IT TO TURN OFF AT STOP SIGNS. THE VEHICLE ACTS LIKE IT IS STILL ON. THE DEALER SAID IT COULD NOT LOOK AT MY CAR FOR TWO WEEKS. THE VEHICLE HAS 2,496 MILES ON IT. THEY TOLD ME THE FIRST TIME I COMPLAINED THAT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY DRIVE AND I HAVE BEEN DRIVING FOR 40 YEARS. VEHICLE IS DANGEROUS FOR STALLING OUT EVEN AT SPEEDS OF 10-20 MPH. WHEN I SHIFT FROM PARK TO DRIVE IN MY GARAGE, IT FEELS LIKE THE REAR END IS GOING TO BUST THROUGH THE FLOOR BOARDS.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 JEEP COMPASS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SIDE VIEW HRSG HEATED MIRRORS CREATED A STRONG REFLECTION, WHICH IMPACTED THE CONTACT'S VISION. THE CONTACT PLACED FELT OVER THE HEATING SYSTEM AS A INTERIM REMEDY TO PREVENT THE EXTENSIVE GLARE. THE VEHICLE WAS SCHEDULED FOR A DIAGNOSTIC APPOINTMENT WITH TUNKHANNOCK AUTO MART: DODGE RAM CHRYSLER JEEP (509 JOSEPH HUNTER HIGHWAY, TUNKHANNOCK, PA 18657, (888) 338-0991). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 300.
FRONT DISPLAY PANEL FLASHES OFF AND SCREEN GOES COMPLETELY BLACK THEN SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AND ENGINE STALLS. THEN A MULTITUDE OF SERVICE ALERTS GO ACROSS THE SCREEN AND THE DISPLAY SCREEN CONTINUES TO FLASH ON AND OFF. HAVE TO TRANSITION THE CAR OUT OF DRIVE AND BACK INTO PARK IN ORDER TO RESTART THE CAR. HAPPENS MORE WHEN CAR IS AT A STOP LIGHT.
WHEN PULLING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY AND GOING FROM REVERSE TO DRIVE THE CAR STALLED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. THIS HAPPENED A FEW WEEKS AGO ALSO. I CALLED THE DEALERSIP AND THEY SAID IF THE OIL IS LOW THERE IS A SAFETY FEATURE THAT SHUTS DOWN THE ENGINE. THIS CAR ONLY HAS 3000 MILES ON IT AND IS 3 MONTHS OLD. NO ENGINE LIGHT OR WARNING EVER CAME ON. I CHECKED THE OIL AND IT WAS A LITTLE LOW SO I ADDED A 1/2 A QUART. IN READING UP ON THIS VEHICLE IT SAYS IT BURNS QUITE A BIT OF OIL. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT THE CAR BURNS THIS MUCH OIL AND THAT THE CAR WILL SHUT DOWN IF THE OIL IS A LITTLE BIT LOW. THIS IS MORE OF A SAFETY HAZARD IF THE CAR SHUTS DOWN WHILE DRIVING?
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 JEEP COMPASS. WHILE THE CONTACT WAS ATTEMPTING TO TURN INTO HER NEIGHBORHOOD, THE VEHICLE HESITATED. THE FAILURE USUALLY OCCURRED WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH. ALSO, WHILE ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE, THE VEHICLE DECELERATED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO EAST CAROLINA DODGE JEEP RAM (3401 S MEMORIAL DR, GREENVILLE, NC 27834, (888) 848-5262) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STOP/START SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. A NEW SENSOR WAS INSTALLED;. HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,079. *DT *TR
RADIO HAS WHITE LINES GOING DOWN AND MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE THE SCREEN. THIS IS A BIG ISSUE BECAUSE IT CONTROLS LIGHTING OF THE VEHICLE CLIMATE AND MOST IMPORTANT THE REAR BACK CAMERA FOR WHEN BACKING UP. MORE THAN 3 MONTHS SINCE I TOOK IT FOR WARRANTY AND STILL NO ANSWER FROM JEEP
The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Compass. The contact stated that while his wife was merging onto the highway at approximately 45 MPH, the vehicle stalled. The contact stated that his wife stopped depressing the accelerator pedal and the vehicle restarted. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact's wife was able to safely exit the highway however, the vehicle would not accelerate properly and exceeded 30 MPH. The contact's wife drove to an auto parts store and added two quarts of oil to the engine. The vehicle began to operate correctly. The contact drove the vehicle to a dealer where the vehicle was diagnosed but no failure was found. The vehicle was not repaired and the contact's wife continued to use the vehicle. The failure recurred while the contact's wife was driving approximately 30 MPH. The vehicle stalled and the contact's wife was rear-ended. There was minimal damage to the rear bumper. There were no injuries sustained. The vehicle was returned to the same dealer and an oil consumption test was performed and it was determined that the oil consumption was normal. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the vehicle was still consuming oil. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
REAR WHEEL MAKING GRINDING NOISE. BROUGHT BACK TO THE DEALER ONE DAY AFTER PURCHASE AND DEALER SERVICE DEPT SAID IT'S A KNOWN ISSUE AND THEY REPLACED ALL FOUR ROTOR SHIELDS
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 JEEP COMPASS. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE BATTERY DRAINED, THE TIRES LOCKED UP, THE VEHICLE LOSS MOTIVE POWER AND STALLED. THE BATTERY WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO ROCKWALL CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (970 E INTERSTATE 30, ROCKWALL, TX 75087, (469) 698-2100) AND DIAGNOSED THAT THE BATTERY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS UNABLE TO IDENTIFY THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED HOWEVER, NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
AT AROUND 5000 MILES THE OIL PRESSURE LIGHT FLASHES ON AND OFF WHEN MAKING TURNS. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I LEASED IT FROM AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A "KNOWN" ISSUE AND TO COMPLAIN TO CHRYSLER. THEY CHECKED MY OIL AND IT WAS NEARLY 3 QUARTS LOW. THEY THEN GAVE ME THE OPTION TO JUST ADD OIL OR SINCE I WAS CLOSE TO NEEDING AN OIL CHANGE JUST TO HAVE THEM DO THAT. BOTH WOULD BE AT MY EXPENSE. THEY ALSO RECOMMENDED THAT I COME BACK ONCE A MONTH AND HAVE OIL ADDED, ALSO AT MY EXPENSE. I HAD THEM DO THE OIL CHANGE BUT LATER IN THE DAY IT WASN'T SITTING RIGHT WITH ME. THIS IS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE AND ALSO A LEASE, THE PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE FIXED AND IF IT CAN'T THEN IT SURE AS HECK SHOULDN'T BE MY PROBLEM. I AM NOW AFRAID TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE AS I WAS TOLD THAT IT COULD STALL AT ANY GIVEN TIME AND THAT I COULD BLOW MY ENGINE IF I DON'T PAY ATTENTION. I AM GOING BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER BUT I JUST WANTED OTHERS TO BE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE.
NAVIGATION SCREEN LIGHTING IS AT HIGHEST SETTING WHILE IN REVERSE. THE BACK UP SCREEN IS SO BRIGHT THAT THE DRIVER IS TEMPORARILY BLINDED BY THE EXTREME BRIGHTNESS OF THE SCREEN THEN RETURNS TO NORMAL WHEN PUT IN DRIVE. THIS HAPPENS AT ANY BRIGHTNESS SETTING OF THE INSTRUMENT PANEL.

THE SERVICE TECH ADMITTED IT WAS BURNING OIL BUT WILL NOT REMEDY THE SITUATION BECAUSE IT IS WITHIN SPEC FOR CHRYSLER ( BURNING 1 QUART EVERY 1000 MILES).

THIS CAR BURNS OIL WHICH I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT BY THE DEALER WHEN PURCHASING. THE ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND MPG ON SPEEDOMETER READ 99MPH THEN SKIPPED TO11MPH AND I WAS PRACTICALLY AT A STAND STILL. I WAS ABLE TO CAPTURE VIDEO OF THIS. THE NEXT DAY THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS OFF AND I FIGURED I'D TAKE IT IN THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY (MONDAY). WELL I DIDNT MAKE IT TO MONDAY. THE VERY NEXT DAY, SUNDAY, THE ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AGAIN ONLY THIS TIME THEN WHIILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. THERE WAS A MESSAGE ACROSS THE DIGITAL DASH STATING, "PLEASE PULL TO SAFETY, VEHICLE WILL SHUT DOWN SOON". THEN EVERY LIGHT ON THE DASH LIT UP AND THE SPEEDOMETER BEGAN TO SHOW WEIRD NUMBERS. IT LOOKED LIKE A CHRISTMAS TREE THERE WERE SO MANY LIGHTS. THAT MESSAGE WAS ACCURATE BECAUSE IT CERTAINLY DID. IT SHUT DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY AS I WAS ATTEMPTING TO PULL TO SAFETY. I WASNT ABLE TO CAPTURE VIDEO AS I WAS SCARED TO DEATH. I TOOK THE VEHICLE INTO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND WAS LATER TOLD THEY COULDNT RECREATE/REPRODUCE THE ISSUE. SO, AFTER REFUSING TO TAKE IT BACK HOME, THEY DECIDED THEY'D HAVE ONE OF THE TECHNICIANS DRIVE IT HOME TO SEE IF WOULD HAPPEN AGAIN. NEEDLESS TO SAY 7 MOS LATER THEY STILL HAVE MY CAR AND NOW IT JUST DOESNT EVEN START.
