WINDOWS FOG UP, DEFROSTER DOES NOT DEFROST SIDE WINDOWS, RESULTING IN NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE OUT OF SIDE WINDOWS.*AK
AIR BAG LIGHT KEPT FLASHING ON/OFF BEFORE REMAINING ON. WOULD ALSO CAME ON, AND THEN WENT OFF ON ITS OWN. BEEN TO DEALERSHIP AT LEAST 6 TIMES, AND MECHANIC INDICATED REPAIR WAS DONE. HOWEVER, PROBLEM REAPPEARED. *AK
AIR LEAKS AROUND THE DOORS, THE DOORS WERE ADJUSTED WHICH HAS ONLY SOMEWHAT CORRECTED THE PROBLEM, VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH A 5 MPH BUMPER, THE PLASTIC ATTACHMENTS DO NOT HOLD THE BUMPER TO THE VEHICLE SECURELY AND WHILE DRIVING OVER 50 MPH A VIBRATION WAS COMING FROM THE FRONT END. *SLC
DEALER SAYS CONTAMINATION IN GAS TANK-FUEL COIL,REPLACE FUEL PUMP,CLEAN LINES,ETC..
WHILE DRIVING EMERGENCY BRAKE LIGHT ILLUMINATED OFF AND ON. MECHANIC STATED THAT THE FRONT BRAKE CALIPER ERRUPTED. *AK
THE AIR BAG LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON. IT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP 5 TIMES TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS CAUSING THIS, BUT THEY SAY IT IS SAFE TO DRIVE. I,M NOT SO SURE ABOUT THAT.*AK
WHILE BEING DRIVEN ONCITY ROADS RIGHT FRONT TIRE BLEWOUT. AFTER TIRES WERE ROTATED, A SECOND TIRE BLEWOUT, SAME RIGHT FRONT TIRE BLEWOUT WHILE CROSSING A BRIDGE. PLEASE DESCRIBE DETAILS.*AK
WHILE DRIVING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS, ENGINE STALLS OUT. DEALER SAID IT WAS CAUSED BY CORRODED WIRING UNDER THE HOOD. *AK THE CONSUMER STATES THAT TWO WEEKS AFTER PURCHASING THE VEHICLE, THE VEHICLE DIED AND WOULD NOT START WHEN TRAVELING ON THE HIGHWAY. A WEEK LATER THE VEHICLE WOULDN'T GO IN REVERSE, CONSUMER WAS TOLD THAT VEHICLE NEEDED A NEW TRANSMISSION. THE VEHICLES AIRBAG AND ENGINE LIGHT WOULD STAY ON. REPLACED/REPAIRED THE FOLLOWING; REPLACED INPUT SPEED SENSOR, REPAIRED THE OPEN CIRCUIT/DRIVERSIDE AIRBAG, REPLACED LEFT FRONT HUB BEARINGS,INNER/OUTER SEALS, FRONT BRAKES REPLACED, AND THE ROTORS MACHINED. *SCC
AIR BAG WARNING WOULD COME ON SPORADICALLY. OWNER THEN TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP. DEALERSHIP REPLACED A SENSOR. VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A FRONTAL COLLISION IN WHICH NEITHER DUAL AIR BAG DEPLOYED. POLICE THAT CAME ON SITE STATED STATED THAT AIR BAGS SHOULD HAVE DEPLOYED DUE TO LOCATION AND EXTENT OF DAMAGE. PLEASE DESCRIBE DETAILS. *AK
ENGINE CHECK LIGHT COMES ON REPEATEDLY WITH CAUSE UNKNOWN. THE ONLY CORRECTIVE ACTION DEALERSHIP DID WAS TO CHANGE A CODE IN THE VEHICLE'S COMPUTER SYSTEM. FAULURE CAUSED VEHICLE NOT TO EXCEED 5 MPH. *AK THE BRAKES WERE MAKING A LOUD NOISE, THE AIR BAG LIGHT WAS ON, THE LEFT WINDOW WAS ACTING ERRACTICALLY, THE REGULATOR HAD TO BE REPLACED, THE REAR VIEW MIRRO WAS INOPERATIVE, ALL 4 DOOR SEALS WERE LEAKING WATER, THERE WAS A SHIMMY IN THE STEERING WHEEL, THE SHIFT INDICATOR STRIP WAS OUT OF POISTION, THE TRIM AROUND THE WINDSHIELD WAS LOOSE FOR THE SECOND TIME, THERE WAS A NOISE COMING FROM THE EXHAUST DUE TO THE SHILED ON THE MIDPIPE BEING LOOSE.*JB
CONSUMER STATES THAT THE MOTOR LOCKED WHILE DRIVING. THE DEALER HAS INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND REFUSED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. FEEL FREE TO PROVIDE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION. NLM

CONSUMER CALLED COMPLAINING ABOUT WATER COMING IN THE VEHICLE TRUE THE DOOR. ALSO STATED THAT HAS FILED FOR THE LEMON LAW. DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND ADMITTED THAT THEY DO HAVE A PROBLEM BUT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO UNTIL THE MANUFACTURE ISSUES A RECALL. TS
CONSUMER IS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH WATER COMING IN THRU THE DOOR HINGES. . DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT IT IS A DEFECT BUT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO.
THE ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE DASHBOARD, THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM.*JB
WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE SUDDENLY LOST POWER STEERING. THIS WAS CAUSED BY AXLE FAILURE.*AK
THERE IS A KNOCKING NOISE IN THE TRANSMISSION, THAT RESULTS IN THE TRANSMISSION NEEDING TO BE REPLACED EVERY 37,000 MILES.*AK
CONSUMER'S VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A HIT AND RUN. CONSUMER LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE, HIT A GUARDRAIL, AND SLAMMED INTO A HILL. NONE OF THE AIRBAGS DEPLOYED. DRIVER SUSTAINED NECK AND CHEST INJURIES. DRIVER WAS WEARING SEATBELT.*AK
THE VEHICLES DRIVERS SIDE FRONT TIRE RIM DEVELOPED 14 INCH CRACKS ALL AROUND AND PIECES OF THE RIM WERE FALLING OFF. THE CONSUMER BELIEVES THE TIRE MAY FALL OFF. PLEASE DESCRIBE FURTHER. *NLM SON NOTIFIED OWNER AT @ 45K MILES THAT THERE WAS A STRANGE NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE AND HE THOUGHT THERE MIGHT BE A PROBLEM, PERHAPS WITH THE BRAKES. OWNER WENT FOR A RIDE WITH THE SON TO CONFIRM NOISE BUT OWNER COULD NOT HEAR IT. SHORTLY THEREAFTER, THE SON COMPLAINED TO HIS FATHER AGAIN ABOUT THE NOISE, STATING IT WAS NOW MUCH WORSE. OWNER TOOK VEHICLE FOR A TEST DRIVE AND HE COULD HEAR A LOUD GRINDING/CRACKING/POPPING NOISE FROM THE FRONT END. HE REMOVED THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE WHEEL TO INSPECT AND HE SAW LARGE CRACKS AT THE WHEEL HAT AREA ABOUT 2-3" ABOVE THE LUG HOLES ON THE WHEEL DISC. THERE WERE SEVERAL CIRCUMFERENTIAL CRACKS APPROXIMATELY 14 INCHES IN LENGTH ALMOST COMPLETELY CIRCLING THE WHEEL. WHEN HE REMOVED THE WHEEL LARGE PIECES OF THE WHEEL IN THE AREA OF THE CRACKS CRUMBLED AND FELL OUT ONTO THE GROUND. ALSO NOTICED FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WHEEL HAD SEVERAL 5" CRACKS IN SAME AREA. BOTH WHEELS WERE THE STANDARD EQUIPPED 13X5J STEEL WHEELS. NEITHER WHEEL HAD ANY SCRAPES, SCRATCHES, OR BENDS INDICATIVE OF ABUSE. REPORTED ISSUE TO DEALER AND MANUFACTURER, BOTH REFUSED TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE BECAUSE VEHICLE NO LONGER COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. OWNER TOOK VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT WHEEL SHOP WHERE HE PURCHASED 2 REPLACEMENT STEEL WHEELS.
AFTER DRIVING THE VEHICLE FOR APPROXIMATELY 35 MINUTES, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATES UP TO 100 MPH. THE DRIVER HAS TO USE THE EMERGENCY BRAKE TO SLOW THE VEHICLE DOWN. DURING THIS PERIOD, THE DRIVER HAD TO USE EXCESSIVE FORCE TO SHIFT THE VEHICLE INTO PARK. THE DEALER COULD NOT DUPLICATE OR DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER DETAILS. *PH
WHILE DRIVING AIRBAG LIGHT ILLUMINATED. TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER, WHO STATED THAT AIR BAGS WERE INOPERABLE, AND WOULD NOT DEPLOY. AIR BAG MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. ALSO, REAR SEAT BELT ON DRIVER'S SIDE DID NOT OPERATE PROPERLY, HALF OF THE BELT WAS TORN . *AK
WHILE TURNING ON THE VEHICLE ENGINE CHECK LIGHT APPEARED ON THE DASHBOARD AND REMAINED ON. VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION, AND MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT WIRING SYSTEM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. *AK
THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON ALL THE TIME AND THE VEHICLE WOULDN'T GO IN TO OVERDRIVE. *PH EVEN AFTER THE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE WAS REPROGRAMMED, THE VEHCILE CONTINUED TO STALL. *PH
