Passenger side seat belt retracts slowly but sometimes not at all. Driver side retracts slowly.
Driver side middle seat, seat belt will not retract back in. The rear 3rd row seat roof belt does not retract very well at all either.
Front passenger seatbelt doesn’t always lock into the clasp. Sometimes it clicks as if it is locked, and the seatbelt will release without anyone or anything pushing the release button.
The contact owns a 2020 Kia Telluride. The contact stated that previously the vehicle was involved in a crash and the air bags were removed from the vehicle. The local dealer was contacted and the contact was referred to the body shop for the repair. The contact was informed that the replacement air bags were not available. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact had not experienced a failure. No further information was available.
