There is a defect on all models like mine, and the dealer claims that it cannot be fixed. With my former vehicle, a 2019 BMW 340i GT, whenever I drove into a garage, the headlights would come on immediately so I could easily see where I should go. With the Lexus, it takes about 5-to-8 seconds for the headlights to turn on. This is unsafe to anyone walking in the garage inn that area.
Wipers don’t sweep close enough to the edge of the windshield. There’s about 3 inches between the edge of the windshield and where the wipers stop cleaning
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
