2010 MAZDA CX7. CONSUMER STATES THAT THE DESIGN OF THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER AND INDICATORS, IN BLACK AND WHITE IS VERY POORLY DESIGNED *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED IN BRIGHT DAY LIGHT, WITH BRIGHTNESS CONTROL AT ITS TOP SETTING, IT WAS STILL COMPLETELY DARK AND IT WAS LIKE LOOKING INTO A BLACK HOLE. *JB
I PURCHASE THE MAZDA CX7 ON MARCH 20 2010. WITHIN 3 WEEKS I NOTICE A RATTLING NOISE FROM THE ENGINE WHEN START UP THE CAR. I TOOK IT TO 2 DIFFERENT LOCAL MAZDA DEALERS OVER 8 TIMES SINCE PURCHASE AND THEY REPLACED 3 MOTOR MOUNT BUT THE PROBLEM STILL EXIST. THIS YEAR I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER TWICE AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO LOOK AT MY CAR. MY CAR IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I TOOK MY CAR TO 2 DIFFERENT CERTIFIED MECHANICS AND THEY BOTH ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE RATTLING NOISE DOES EXIST.I NEED HELP FIXING THIS PROBLEM. I READ ONLINE AND SAW LOTS OF COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. SOME WERE ABLE TO GET IT RESOLVE BUT THEY WOULDN'T FIX MY ISSUE. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 MAZDA CX-7. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER THE ENGINE WAS STARTED, THERE WAS A RATTLING NOISE COMING FROM UNDER THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AT LEAST TEN TIMES WHO REPLACED THE MOTOR MOUNTS, RING SEAL, CONVERTER, GASKET AND MAIN PIPE, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 27,000. UPDATED 4/11/13 *CN THE CONSUMER STATED THE REMOTE KEY WOULD NOT WORK AT TIMES. UPDATED 04/18/13
NEW HEADRESTS SINCE 2010 ARE TERRIBLE. MY NECK CONSTANTLY HURTS BECAUSE I LIKE TO SIT AGAINST THE BACK OF MY SEAT, AND MY HEAD IS PUSHED FORWARD AT AN ANGLE NO MATTER HOW I TRY TO ADJUST THE HEADRESTS IN MY CX7. THESE "SAFETY" REGULATIONS ARE CAUSING ME PAIN AND PERMANENT NECK ISSUES. THESE SAFETY REGULATIONS NEED TO BE REVISED. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 MAZDA CX-7. WHILE DRIVING AT 30 MPH, THE CONTACT EXPERIENCED DIFFICULTY READING THE GAUGES ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL IN THE BRIGHT SUNLIGHT. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE GAUGES WERE DIFFICULT TO SEE AT NIGHT BECAUSE THEY WERE ILLUMINATED WITH A WHITE LIGHTING. FURTHERMORE, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SPACE BETWEEN THE BRAKE PEDAL AND ACCELERATOR PEDAL WERE TOO CLOSE MAKING IT HARD TO DEPRESS THE CORRECT PEDAL WHILE DRIVING. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 700. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 414.
