MAZDA DEALER IS REFUSING TO UPDATE SOFTWARE PER SSPC5 TO CORRECT A SAFETY ISSUE RELATING TO THE MRCC (MAZDA RADAR CRUISE CONTROL) UNLESS I FIRST AGREE TO HAVING MAZDA CONNECTED SERVICES INSTALLED ON MY 2019 MAZDA 3 SEDAN (CSP06). WHEN I PURCHASED MY NEW CAR MAZDA CONNECTED SERVICES WAS NOT INCLUDED IN MY CAR.
