The contact stated that after stopping to inspect the vehicle it was discovered that the glass sunroof had shattered. The contact stated that there was no impact to glass sunroof to cause the glass sunroof to shatter. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 28,000.
2019 MERCEDES BENZ A220. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO ISSUES WITH THE WINSHIELD AND TIRES IN VEHICLE. THE CONSUMER STATED THE FRONT AND BACK WINDSHIELDS DEVELOPED BUBBLES AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AT 3000 MILES. SHORTLY AFTER, THE TIRES WERE DETEREMINED TO BE 50% WORN. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE NOTIFIED.
