TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 MERCEDES-BENZ GLC300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES WERE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AND THE MANUFACTURER FAILED TO PROVIDE A REMEDY. MERCEDES-BENZ OF FORT MYERS (15461 S TAMMANY TRAIL, FORT MYERS, FL 33908, (800) 351-7403) REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FOUR TIMES , BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE SEVERAL TIMES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS AVAILABLE. *BF CONSUMER STATED THIS IS A "DANGEROUS CONDITION" ESPECIALLY IN THE DARK. FAILURE MILAGE AND FAILURE SPEEDS WERE NOTED AS ALL. *JB
